The guide was exceptional and very knowledgeable, the timing was right and allowed us to have an in-depth and engaging visit in two hours. The welcoming and kind girls accompanied us during the visit. Highly recommended for everyone!

If you only have one afternoon to visit Florence, the city and Uffizi tour is perfect! An hour and a half walking tour in which the guide provided us with many particular and interesting anecdotes of the historic center. Before going to Florence, I bought a Tuscany tour (75 EURO) from this company (online). Whenever I wrote to the WhatsApp number on the website and asked a question, I received an answer after a long time (after repeating my question). On the tour date, Friday, October 19, 2018, I went to the meeting point at the time stated in the e-mail they sent. Even though I waited for minutes, the tour vehicle did not arrive. While I was waiting, I called the WhatsApp number and the office, but no one answered. Completely by chance, I learned that the tour I was going to join was transferred to another tour company (My Tour) in the opposite corner. I got on the bus at the last minute and had a pleasant day. The company is irrelevant, wouldn't it be informed that the tour was transferred to another tour? Instead of buying a tour from here, I recommend you to choose My Tour company.

A beautiful family experience... The very good guide was able to involve a small group of children in search of the "Florentine animals" hidden among the monuments of Florence! At the end of the tour a nice ice cream! I recommend the tour to families... Interesting for us adults too!

They did not provide the guided 2.5 hour, maximum 10 person combo tour of the Accademia and Duomo, with a gelato tasting and free gift that I bought. (The tour description Viator offered) The cost $117/pp, I bought 4. It was a substantial amount. The voucher redemption instructions were confusing, as were any message responses I received from them. Their office was closed and when we tried to call, the phone was disconnected. Viator cleared up the voucher/ticket confusion, but when we arrived at the mtg point we found out the tour had changed. We did not want what was offered, but they didn't inform us of this change in time for us to cancel it. We ended up with a 1 hour guided tour of the Accademia and a ticket to climb to the top of the duomo on our own. No Gelato or gift either. As this was not acceptable, I contacted and FINALLY received support from Viator. I recommend that you document everything by taking a screenshot of the offer, the conf #, the product# etc. and any other info describing what you are paying for. Hopefully, you won't need it.
