A beautiful B&B in the heart of Florence, right at the corner with Piazza Duomo, with a very welcoming atmosphere and polite staff. Rooms are large and well furnished (I had the best mattress I've ever slept on!), bathroom clean and with all items you may think of. Common living room is accessible 24/7 including some snack and coffee always available. There's no reception, so the staff stays only on some hours, but they are reachable by phone in case of need. A place i would definitely recommend.

I just couldn’t imagine the better option because this place was definitely perfect! Alessandro is very polite and attentive host and he made our Florence experience very smooth. The guest house is made with the great attention to details, so I’d say it’s really better than a stay in a chain or even independent hotel. The location is literally unbelievable, it’s in a heart of this beautiful city of Florence, however it’s quiet and safe place as well. I’d mention that the room was rather spacious and everything was clean and neat too.

I stayed here for my last two nights in Italy and it was perfect! Really nice bedroom and bathroom, A/C, free coffee and tea, secure, and friendly and accommodating staff. Was very grateful that I was able to pay the tourist tax with my card rather than having to exchange for such a small amount.

Best place we stayed in our whole 3 week trip! Perfectly located, best service and super comfy room. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Florence. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation in Florence, less than 1 minute from Santa Maria del Fiore. The location is quiet (except for the church bells, but those are not a problem), but also very close to all important sights (walking distance). All information was received prior by e-mail and whatsapp, the host was very nice.

Central location perfect for sightseeing as well as dining out. Cosy, spacious, light and airy rooms. Well equipped shared kitchen always kept spotless. Efficient communication with truly accommodating owner who is quick to respond at all times and ready to assist with any requests/issues that may arise. If we ever return to Firenze, we would definitely stay here again!

This was a most wonderful stay! A beautiful guest house in an ideal location with charming, competent hosts. The price was also excellent for the quality. Thank you Alessandro!

Stayed here three nights in August. The AC was a welcome bonus. Rooms are quite large with huge 20ft. ceilings. The communication with owners was easy and they were very attentive. Location is perfect to see all sights in Florence. One note is that they no longer have breakfast service.

Great Service and Location. A little hard to find and the key system a bit tricky at first but definitely a two thumbs up for everything.

I loved it here, the caretakers are very nice. The location is dangerous for your wallet though 😂😂. Next door is Gucci store and across is Prada. Florence is beautiful.

Best B&B ever visited. Adjacent to Savoy hotel and above Gucci and a cross from Prada. Great staff and room. VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET. HIGHLY RECOMENDED😎👍

We had a great experience at this B&B. It's location is fantastic. Right next to the Duomo. Alessandro and Marco did a GREAT job meeting our needs. The room was well appointed, bed was very comfortable, WiFi worked well, breakfast included fruits, croissants, yogurt, cereal, juices, ham, cheese, variety of espresso, coffee and tea. The common area was available any time we wanted for a cookie, coffee, espresso, or tea. Alessandro helped us with reservations, printed out confirmation and tickets, and even help translate so we could help out a friend in need. Basically, they took care of whatever we asked for help with. and even brought in an additional cot for when our daughter spent the night. The only challenge with the location is that it is so close to the Duomo, the bells woke us up each morning at 7AM. I travel weekly for business, and this place is a good value.

This bed and breakfast is a little hard to find and get into the first time. Make sure you let them know your time of arrival. The main entry is through a code on call box and then use key to enter. The location is perfect, minutes from Duomo. Lots of eateries closeby. The room was big and airy with windows facing the road. Gets a little noisy at night. Breakfast was good with fresh sandwich options. Overall 4/5

The best bed and breakfast to stay in! Alessandro and Marco both were so helpful. The bed and breakfast is near to all monuments in Florence. The breakfast variety was not a lot. But it covered the basics and was good enough for anyone to to enjoy a good breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Florence again!

Wonderful location, right on the corner of Piazza di San Giovanni. It is very central, and not farther than a 15 minute walk to all the touristy must sees. We often made many pit stops to drop off purchases or fill up water bottles (they offer free filtered water!) just because it was so convenient and didn't take much time at all. They have a communal kitchenette that you can use to warm up food with plenty of seating. The room was simple and very clean. The cleaner was very nice, he always greeted us happily and did a great job with cleaning our room. I have never seen such well tucked sheets in my life before. Thank you sir for making our stay so comfortable. The host, Alessandro, was very prompt with communications whenever we had questions or concerns. The details provided in the emails coming up to the trip to explain checking in were very detailed and easy to follow, I never felt confused or lost trying to navigate to the hotel. Overall a fantastic location with great pricing. If you book with this hotel through their own website and not 3rd parties, you get such a good deal for being so central (less than $100 a night). I will definitely be booking with them again when I visit next.

The location was excellent very close to everything, the Duomo, all the shops, restaurants and all attractions in walking distance. It was very pleasant to arrive to a room that was nice and cool after walking from the train station. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We had a little problem with the security code outside but someone let us in and after that it all went smoothly. Alessandro was very responsive to all of my questions and very helpful.

This was an amazing place to stay in Florence. The room I stayed in was extremely clean including mattress, sheets, pillows, and the bathroom. It is literally right next to the Duomo, which is really cool. The only negative thing I have to say is that the WiFi is extremely slow, although that has nothing to do with the quality of the room, service, etc. If I plan on coming back to Florence, I will check here first to see if they have any rooms open.

As advertised online we were expecting air conditioning and had booked the room for 4 nights. When we got to the room the air conditioning was not working. After trying multiple different settings and methods including speaking with the manager we were left without AC for 2 nights (causing the room to be 26 degrees Celsius or 78 degrees Fahrenheit). This left us no choice but to keep the windows open all night. These windows did not have screens so we were constantly waking up in the middle of the night due to getting bitten as well as enduring the loud noises in the street. We woke up each morning not getting much sleep with a lot of bug bites causing us to eventually go to the pharmacy to get medication to alleviate the itch and pain. We then asked for a partial refund due to not receiving the advertised services. After speaking with the manager on multiple occasions it was clear that he didn’t care and had no intentions of mitigating the situation showing us the lack of care and hospitality. Based on the disrespectful messages received from manager we are very disappointed and we will definitely not be coming back. A side note for any coffee drinkers, the coffee from the machine in the kitchen is disgusting and not drinkable.
