I was very disappointed with my visit. I was in Florence on holiday and popped in to ask them to adjust the micro adjustment On my Rolex as it was a little tight due to the heat and they told me they didn’t have time even though they had no customers waiting. I popped to the other Rolex dealer on the ponte de vecchio and the chap did it in 30 seconds as I would expect from any boutique if I’m wearing their brand

I paid a visit also on the street to Chopard and Bulgari botiques, so I understand that the gates are usually locked and only when I show an intention to pay a visit would they open the door. I also visited Omega at Venezia and the staff, nicely asked me to wait because there was an reservation with others. But this Rolex retailer is intolerable. I tried to enter 3 times and no one, for once, was even willing to open the door and explained to me like 'Sorry you have to wait outside a moment because........' I cannot expect worse attitude from any other who truly tring to sell something.

I intended to buy Rolex watches today and according to their information (displayed and on Google) they are open, but in fact it’s Friday 5:30 and they are closed… disappointment and not acceptable

The lady salesperson has attitude problem, unfriendly and racist. Just a sales person but so arrogant. Went to do many luxury watch shop, never encounter such a bad manner look down on customer attitude

Terrible service and racist . We all understand the rolex situation but the employer don’t even know how to lie and gives you ambiguous answers. They don’t deserve to be in charge of a store like Rolex . They are a shame for the brand .

Tried to visit the store with friends today, to my surprise I was turned down by the doorman condescending and dismissive body lang. Please don't waste your time visiting this store.

Terrible service. Made me wait outside while texting on his phone, then once I was inside he continued texting...once he finally decided to give me some of his "valuable" time he went on to ask me a few uninterested questions (didn't seem to know what an OP was...) and finally just told me he didn't have anything available. What an awful experience and total waste of time.

Review: I had a truly disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. It was evident that they had no regard for treating people properly, especially when customers are willing to spend thousands of dollars. The lack of courteous and respectful behavior from the staff was truly disheartening. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided and would not recommend this store to anyone seeking a positive shopping experience.

Worst experience ever, I tried to enter this store with my wife who is Asian, they told me to wait (as they didn’t realized we were together), then they let my wife enter and her 2 Asian friends, but not me, telling me I should wait until they realize their mistake… only few mins after they come out saying that now I can enter their store… sorry guys, too late… you really need to step up your game at your door,especially considering that I’m a 20 years’ customer of the brand, stop wrongly profiling people, when your job is to create a luxury experience around your brand, that’s an unacceptable miss…

Not much of an experience. We were shewed away like animals when we tried to walk in the door. Coming from 4 loyal customers all wearing Rolex watches. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. Would not recommend even stopping by.

I generally don’t share reviews, whether good or bad. This I will share some comments. A prior reviewer summed up our experience. We were also sho’ed away from the door. No interest in acknowledging us at the door but after some moments of standing there hand gestured us to wait. We were immediately told no Rolex’s are available for sale (yes, we’re aware) but the words were terse, nor expressed any interest in inviting us to browse other brands. If the store was busy, there was no mention of that. (If you are busy, it’s OK to say so.) For context, I am fairly mature in the watch game. I enjoy stopping by watch stores on my travels to see what may or may not be available and strike up a small conversation if there’s engagement. There have been plenty of lack of enthusiastic engagements, particularly at Rolex boutiques / counters. Unfortunately, I’ve come to expect this but there were moments where I had enjoyable conversations so I continue on whether it’s Rolex or other brands. I understand and most of us probably understands the sales persons perspective given the supply/demand for certain brands/models. However, this brief experience at this boutique was unacceptable. If the store finds this customer experience unacceptable, do something to fix this. Clearly, it’s a recurring issue based on prior reviews. Many things in life are based on first impressions. Let’s practice some curtesy and respect.
