Purtroppo nel Marzo successivo ho avuto un brutto incidente a sciare e ho dovuto ricorrere alla fisioterapia per un problema oggettivo! Due menischi lesionati, rottura del crociato anteriore e dislocazione dei menischi dalla loro sede di ancoraggio. Sia prima che dopo l’intervento il gruppo dei fisioterapisti del centro zen sono stati presenti, partecipi e costanti nella lunga riabilitazione che sto ancora facendo con assiduità. La loro presenza però è diventata fondamentale nelle mie giornate e andare al centro zen è diventato per me un appuntamento imperdibile e in quelle ore condivido vita vera che esula dal lavoro e da routine schiaccianti. È così che ho capito quanto importante sia prendersi cura e regalarsi del tempo per recuperare l’energia con l’aiuto di professionisti. Andrea Mangini che principalmente mi segue è una persona solare, Competente, parecchio brava, oltre che puntuale, partecipe, intelligente e simpatico. Sono tutti molto bravi, Sara, Giacomo, Sofia, Simone, Vittorio, Federico, Andrea, ognuno con delle caratteristiche che fanno del gruppo un fisioterapista perfetto. Meraviglioso anche Andrea Moretti, il medico nonché direttore sanitario della struttura la cui consulenza e sempre importante. Le ragazze alla accettazione fantastiche instancabili e sempre premurose. Proseguiró con la mia riabilitazione, non solo fisica ma anche interiore. E trovare il centro Zen è una grande opportunità . Ringrazierò sempre Andrea per la sua bravura, competenza, professionalità ma anche per la costante presenza e conforto e per la sua pazienza, soprattutto con i miei ritardi e la necessità di conferme!

Frequento il centro zen da mesi, perché affetta da sindrome di De Quervain e da borsite alla spalla, due patologie antipatiche e recidive, curate con laser, tecar e ginnastica. Al Centro zen ho trovato il raro connubio tra professionalità e umanità, soprattutto nella persona di Alessia, la terapista che mi segue con pazienza e competenza. Anche la medicina dello sport è ottima, come lo é stata la prima visita coi terapisti.
