Da molti anni frequento questa palestra e sono molto soddisfatta sia per l'ambiente, l'accoglienza e le varie opportunità che ci sono: Sala attrezzi, sala cardio luminosa, spinning, sale corsi, sala funzionale, ci sono poi corsi specifici per la postura e la schiena, la piscina ed una parte esterna per allenarsi all'aperto. Inoltre è comoda anche per correre all'aperto in direzione Cascine o Renai magari nelle giornate di sole. Ha anche un bar interno per fare un break o semplicemente recuperare energie. Personale reception ed istruttori di sala sempre disponibili a dare consigli/informazioni. Consiglio di provare le varie opzioni di questa realtà a tutti gli sportivi e non.. che poi magari lo diventeranno.. Buon allenamento 💪🏻😉

Un'ampia palestra ricca di sale e corsi pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza, un plan sul quale contare ogni giorno ed ogni ora. Anche la possibilità di avere 3 spogliatoi (anche quello della piscina) è un gran lusso e permette di evitare ammassi di gente perpetui. I locali sono puliti ed il personale è ottimo, non mi sono mai sentita dire "no" e nonostante fossi nuova sono stata accolta a braccia aperte da tutti. Gli istruttori sono qualificati, allegri e disponibili a spiegarti ed inserirti nei vari gruppi di lavoro.

Ampia palestra con sala pesi, sale corsi, centro benessere e piscina. Non manca nulla. Molto variabile anche la tipologia dei corsi che ti permette di scegliere il raggiungimento degli obiettivi anche se hai poco tempo a disposizione come me.
