Tried this first time, and it was really good. Glad that we got some Mediterranean option around here. Their self order stations were nice and quick. Falafels were fresh and crispy, lots of toppings to opt from. Bowl comes with a side of pita. Will definitely come back.

A nice Mediterranean place with a variety of combinations to try, however you have to order and try multiple times to perfect the combination which suits your taste. The food quality is really nice and the falafal's are really nice.

The food is delicious. It's honestly better than cava in my opinion because the flavors are great and you get way more food than cava. However, I've bought three bowls here in the last week and they've all been incorrectly prepared. I keep returning because I enjoy the meal, but they really need to focus on getting the orders right. I got someone else's order the first time I went, but I live twenty minutes away and didn't want to return for my order. My falafels were forgotten in my second bowel, but this time I made sure I checked in the store. In my third bowl they forgot my hummus and harissa. I believe they are understaffed and rushing to fill orders, if that’s truly the case they should hire more workers. It's really annoying when your food isn't properly prepared.

Great option for a quick and delicious lunch. They offered you the opportunity to customize the topics, allowing you to often taste a different dish. The service could be a little quicker as it takes a while between you order and you get your meal.

Visually stunning, but the taste just wasn’t cutting it. Falafel and Kebab was dry and did not taste fresh. Rice was dry and reheated. Fries were sad. The hummus and dips are the only thing that saved the meal. Great options but the taste doesn’t match the price. Underwhelmed.

One of the worst meals I've every eaten. Any review more than one must be fake. Falafel was tasteless and apparently made way in advance.... was not even warm. Their "signature" dish sucked. Wrapper inside pita, it was a mess to eat. Staff knew nothing about their menu, except where to point at it, and that you cant customize "signature": dishes because they are "pre made"... I thought she misspoke, and meant that the recipe was fixed, but apparently the meals are "pre made" so they can pump out volume, something that is not a problem in this location. Place was clean and in a good location, but don't be tempted. Great mediterranean right around the corner, we should have gone there.

Surprisingly large dining area. Good music, simple seating. Ordering is done at a kiosk, and this led to a bit of a bottleneck as some struggled with the ordering system. Food was delicious and customized to perfection, with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Loved the impossible kebab.

The food is so good but everything else is unpleasant. Restaurant was so cold (during summer) we could not stay and decided on takeout. Order is placed on a tablet kiosk that is unintuitive - you have to fill parts of the order with "nothing" instead of just skipping to what you want. I waited 30 mins then asked the kitchen who only then started assembling the order. Glad I checked my order before I left as it was incorrect. Multiple unhappy customers waiting and growing impatient. Not an employee issue as they were there and working, but a training, management, workflow issue. No I won't be emailing anyone. Just fix your operational issues. I'll be back because the food is worth it but I just hope I can edit the review to be more positive in the future.
