    The sweet iced tea was horrible. It tasted like a week old tea. I order asiago chicken club sandwich and the chicken was burnt. I could taste the burnt oil. I hope I wont get diarrhea. I really tried to eat the sandwich but it was horrible. I was to far away on the highway to turn around. Check your food before you leave. Wendy's claim fresh and it's a lie.

    That place needs a complete change I can't honestly remember a time when they had good service or got a order correct. And this goes on for so many years. Lack of staff for years. Portions of food went down and prices went up. Also had several times where they charged me for food and get up the window and it's suddenly oh we don't have that in stock. It's something you should know before you charge someone's credit card. Just saying.

    No sense of urgency. The cashier isn’t welcoming. I understand your drive thru is busy. But acknowledge the guests waiting inside. Left without my food. I was given a refund instead of 911 my order since it was neglected. Thanks Wendy’s

    I ordered a Jr bacon and 6 piece nugget and wanted a small frosty and eventhough I asked for it she did not put it in my order. The amount was supposed to be $4.67 without the frosty and they charged my card $6.60. I am not petty but these little snakes charged me $2 for a small frosty. I was dumb enough to not ask for a receipt but will be calling their "customer service number" during business hours. Beware and make sure you get a receipt a few of these in a day and they have a nice undeserved tip.

    I walked into the bathroom and it looked like a dinosaur exploded. there was dookie all over the walllllls and I vomited. however,, it was the perfect it was the perfect setting to execute my plan. i subsequently changed out of my work clothes and into my scuba and proceeded to swim around in the concoction. it was the day i met the love of my life and were happily married for years later.

    No cream or milk for coffee. The server said “we don’t have any”. The 2 burgers were lukewarm. It seemed that I was bothering them as I had to call to someone in the back to come to register although they saw me Can’t wait for robotics and AI to get rid of these indifferent and useless workers.

    The app doesn't work well, I placed and paid for an order, the app had no record of it on arrival. I was able to show my payment thru banking app. Management partially fixed by providing partial replacement of a prior order I did not receive. Bonus's and offers are worthless because of technical problems.

    Staff would rather finish their own little circle of conversation than wait on customers. You never know if the service or food is going to be good. It's never great service or food we like frostys and fries.

    It is Wendy's... The service here was exceptionally SLOW inside the restaurant. I have managed fast food places, and this one is hurting for good management. No, I don't want the job. I am a retired system engineer... and IMO, the order taking and product delivery are very poorly managed. The food was Wendy's quality and consistent.

    1. No bacon on my Big Bacon Classic 2. No Drink caddy's (carrying more that 1 drink) 3. called the phone number on receipt - got a recording 4. could not let them know that my order was not right. WONDER IF THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS

    Very nice visit through the drive through! Food was well put together and HOT! The strawberry frosty was the perfect way to cool down and love the new grilled chicken ranch wrap, fresh lettuce for a boost of flavor! Would recommend this location any day!

    If you want your correct items or at least warm items do not go to this Wendy's. Ordered bacon pub fries waiting for 15+ mins and got cold fries with cheese not even melted. Ridiculous

    Drive-thru menu board contains false pricing. Posted for French Fries: junior size, $1.79...plus .39 for a small, so small is $2.18 plus tax. At window, charged $2.39 plus tax. I told employee. Response: "they went up". I told them what the menu board said. "Ya, I'll tell someone." Improper and unacceptable customer service...I don't care how small the price difference. The posted price should be honored. Basically, this Wendy's has been ripping off every customer that has ordered small fries...and of course, it adds up!

    This place was as disappointing as ever. Out of both items we wanted to order, and this is yet another reason that it will be a while before we try to return to this location. There were out of both potatoes and chili......as I said, not the first time we have had this issue here **Update: 10/30/2022 I just made the mistake of trying to patronize this establishment again, but of course a new trip a new issue. I ordered my food and paid slightly over what the total was, expecting change. As soon as I handed the money off and the worker took it, she pulled out her phone and stepped around the corner. I sat there for a few minutes waiting for my change and the receipt, both of which I had to ask for. Even though my change was a miniscule amount it all in time can add up, and this shouldn't even be an issue.... Apparently it was a manager. Regardless of her having personal issues or not, if there's a problem she should excuse herself and handle it in a more appropriate manner and not try to hide while being on the phone

    Just stopped there my granddaughter wanted chicken tenders they were busy went in the store drive thru was busy .staff was friendly food was hot thank you all great job !

    Ordered a Dave’s double with no pickles and no tomatoes as I’m allergic to pickles… Does this look like no tomatoes no pickles? This is now the 3rd time in the last few weeks my order has been messed up. Wendys what happened

    This place has gone down hill bad. Food is usually old. The lobby is closed alot. The place is usually dirty. And make sure you get your straws and or spoons if going through drive through.

    Staff members began fighting in the kitchen about 10 minutes after I recvd my order in late afternoon. An employee came out from the kitchen, asked all customers to leave, then locked the store. How's that for customer service?

    Wendy's, in my opinion, is the best fast food place. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it. Food is tasty vs salt-lick tasting food. Food also tastes fresh and satisfying. Try the fresh lemonade drinks. You'll be hard pressed to find anything comparable. Again, not cheap but delish! Try it out.
