I have been an instructor at CDY Fitness since 2016. And while teaching Yoga and Buti Yoga there, I have truly found a Fitness Family. Liz is an amazing person to work for, and she puts her heart and soul into keeping the gym clean and well kept.

If you need to lift and do not need a lot of frills, this is the place. They offer group fitness as well. Imagine general fitness center amenities with an extra room with a dash of powerlifting. It is a locally owned business, and it is a good place to work out.

AMAZING!! Liz has changed my life as my boxing/kickboxing coach and her gym has truly become another home for me and my family. Lani is an awesome yoga teacher as well! Things are always kept really clean in here, the people are friendly and it's the best gym around!! Highly recommend to everyone!

I live in St. Charles and belong to a large gym there, but I recently started spending more time in Troy where my boyfriend lives so I decided to try CDY where he is a member. It has everything I need to get the same workout I do at the larger gym. I also enjoy meeting new people because it's small enough where you recognize the dedicated members. Liz is very friendly and greets everyone by name and with a smile. I highly recommend this gym.

CDY Fitness is an excellent gym that has everything from weights, to yoga, to swimming and even boxing. As a weightlifter only, I like the organization of the weight rooms and the 24/7 member access. I really love the location too....very easy to get to at Hwy 47 and 61. More importantly, going to CDY Fitness is like going to a family member's house. Liz Drew, the owner, is very professional and friendly. She knows everyone on a first name basis. And the gym members are very friendly too. Whether you are a gym rat or a beginner, members at CDY Fitness are very friendly and supportive. I'm glad and proud to call CDY Fitness my home away from home.

I've been working out at CDY fitness for about 6 months. It's nothing fancy, but for a guy like me who needs a place to break a sweat and throw some weights around over a lunch break, it's perfect. Nice variety of machines, plenty of free weights, and big enough that I never have to wait for anything. Rates are affordable as well.

I have been going to CDY for about a month taking both the boxing and yoga classes. Everyone has been amazingly encouraging and supportive. We push each other to give it our all and never give up. We cheer each other's personal triumphs.

I gave up my membership a couple of years back and never wrote a review explaining why. The owner lives for drama. Everytime I went in there and she was working I noticed some sort of drama was always taking place. The last straw for me was when she went around harrassing everyone about some vehicle that was improperly parked. She came up to me in the middle of a set, wanted me to remove my ear buds and tell her the type of car I drove so she rule me out. I told her the car I drove then left right after. I know she owns the place, but I still see her as "the help" and I don't talk to "the help" unless I actually need help. I also moved out of that disgusting town entirely about a year ago and at up my own gym at home. Public gyms are for plebs.

Joined a few months ago and couldn't be happier with the experience. The members and owner are very nice. *Support Small Business*
