We went on Friday the 1st of September. We ordered and waited for over 30 minutes. So I asked for a refund and the manager said she couldn't do that, because she didn't have a key. I've been trying to get a hold of the store to see if a manager with a key, can give me a refund. Never answers the phone when i call and the mail box is full. We will not visit here for a long time!

Drove up and sat at speaker, no answer. Waited a few minutes, parked and went inside. 2 employees playing on phones and not even remotely aware of any customers in the building. Went back thru the drive thru and got someone. Ordered 2 original breasts, which are by far the 2 worst pieces of chicken I’ve ever tasted and are crispier than their crispy chicken. This place is pathetic and I’m sure will be gone before long.

This location is forever always out of chicken and there is always like two to three employees standing in the drive thru chitchatting like fr. They will not fry what they don’t want to. They have a very selective menu. This is every visit and I was hungry. While there last night I tried ordering food and no 2 piece dinner, nuggets, or bucket of chicken so I went to Popeyes and I say I’m now hooked. The food there was nicely cooked and flavorful.

Please alert the owner that this location needs major Management help or a complete overhaul. I have been trying to get food from this location off and on for a year. On each attempt, this location is unexpectedly closed or closes early, does not have food, or when you finally get to the speaker to order, the food that’s available is minimal. You are constantly losing customers like myself because we know now that we cannot depend on this location for service. This is a very sad and disservice to our Florissant community and a bad reflection on your company. No other restaurants in this area are experiencing this issue. Your competitors are able to get customers inside and in the drive-thru handled promptly, even during the busy hours and weekends. Please help this location to improve its’ service!

My food was greasy and I wanted to go through drive thru to pick up my order since that’s the option I choose through the App and they refused saying I have to come inside so the camera can see me. It wasn’t worth the time at all.

Customer service horrible the older lady running drive thru ghetto not professional chicken was super greasy and soggy was suppose to be crispy spent $28 for a 12 pc and this is what I got horrible won’t return

If I could give it zero stars I would. The store is a ghost town. 8 pm on a Thursday night, pull up to the drive thru, had to announce myself because no one was minding the speaker. They came on and said welcome to kfc, sorry we don't have any chicken ready. I asked how long, she said 15 minutes. I left and went down the street to Popeys. This store is terrible! They just run out so they don't have to work in the evenings! 6 cars in the drive thru... all turned away.

I just love repeating myself 3 or 4 times for them to still get my order wrong. Ordered ONE Mac and TWO mashes with gravy and got all 3 Mac. Why? Why the hell is it so hard for anyone to take a food order, and listen the first God damn time? I couldn't even get anyone on the phone. I still got my receipt so looks like I'm gonna drive 20 mins back out of my way to get my order fixed. A monkey can do a fast food job, but it's soooo hard for young adults to.
