*****DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY***** I applied online on 01/28/22. I paid $149.00 for app and admin fee by money order since the site would not allow me to pay online. I applied for a 2bedroom 2bath and the website said that the rent would be $750. I was told that my unit would be ready on my requested move in date which was 02/22/2022. I was also told that someone would contact me in 2 business days to let me know if my app was approved. I called many times and left many messages and emails. To this day, I have never received a call nor email reply back from The Groves Apartments. On 02/15/22 someone finally answered my call after I had called so many times in 3 weeks with no prevail. I went to the leasing office on that same day 2/15/22 and was told that my unit would not be ready until the first week of March. I was also told that the rent was $875 and not the $750 as the website said when I'd applied. During this visit, I was also told that my app was approved back in January although no one informed me of this info previously as promised. I was told yet again that someone will contact me in 2 business days with an update. I have not heard a peep from The Groves. The unprofessionalism is so real at this place. This place lacks basic customer service skills and the attitudes are extremely rude over the phone. This was the worst experience that I've ever encountered!

I have been here for 7 years and when I say the last 1-2 years have been HORRIBLE! Whoever took over this place should never take over another! The grounds are always trash and maintenance sucks!! Do we even have emergency maintenance??? My air conditioner have gone out 2X this summer, called emergency maintenance and "surprisingly" no one came!! The units are outdated like in the 1980's and your pay over $800. Do not move here! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau! Again, don't be fooled! DO NOT MOVE HERE! RUN! Spend your money elsewhere please! Wish I didn!

Thank you to the tenants who provided pictures and feedback. To the investors of this property… for better ROI, spend the money and turn this property around! I could easily afford this rent and the location is so convenient for me. However, there’s No Way all of these people are lying! So, there’s No Way I will move here.

I have been living here almost 4 years the maintenance service is Horrible my a/c has been out for two month nothing has been done .I call almost everyday no update.I ask for a window unit they claim they put one in and my apartment is 80 Degrees this is unacceptable DONT MOVE HERE

I hope the reviews are looked at before any decision are made. To see someone ceiling falling apart, and the respond is nothing can be done about it. The statement is heart breaking. I would be reviewing apartments in another area.

The groves is a very nice place to live. I've lived here for 4 years and in 2 different locations and each transition was smooth, professional and very accommodating. There has been a few transitions but overall a very nice comfortable place to live. Rhonda the assistant manager has been great to me from the first time I stepped foot in the door. The new Property manager Denise is very nice and personable. Looking forward to renewing my lease!

I've been living here about 2-3 years and I have had no A/C It takes them months every year to fix the it. Maintenance comes when they feel like it. It was so many things that needed to be fix when I moved in some things still aren't fixed. They went up on the water bill.

I'm 49 years old and I lived in The Groves Apartments when I was 10 and 11. My parents bought a house so we moved but I loved it there. Always kids to play with and always felt safe to us.
