have
a
nice
selection,
the
prices
are
fair
and
they
play
gospel
music:)
But
like
most
beauty
supply
stores,
they
have
a
no
refund
exchange
only
policy.
Today
I
had
to
exchange
an
item
and
wanted
to
purchase
3
packs
of
hair
for
a
quick
weave,
but
they
didn't
sell
any
of
the
5
brands
I
was
looking
for.
So
I
settled
for
something
and
noticed
I
bought
the
wrong
length
on
1
of
the
packs
and
exchanged
it
for
a
longer
length.
While
sitting
in
the
car,
before
leaving
I
googled
the
hair
I
purchased
and
saw
that
it
was
on
sale
for
$10
cheaper
and
there
hasn't
been
a
Youtube
review
of
that
hair
since
2012.
The
hair
didn't
look
to
be
of
quality
and
that
video
got
15
likes
and
14
dislikes.
So
I
decided
I'd
better
exchange
it
for
something
better.
When
the
husband
saw
me
coming
from
a
distance
he
grumbled
and
said
ma'am
this
last
time,
no
more
exchange,
you
exchange
4
times
already;
which
isn't
true.
I
said
no
problem
and
thinking
to
myself,
you
have
a
limited
selection
anyway.
While
looking
at
another
brand
of
hair,
the
wife
came
over
and
explained
it
was
a
better
brand,
but
more
expensive...yeah,
$15
more,
but
it
was
buy
1
get
1
half
off.
I
found
the
wife
to
be
friendly
and
helpful
with
a
good
attitude,
unlike
her
husband.
But
his
attitude
changed
when
he
found
out
I
was
buying
"more
expensive"
hair.
He
said
you
have
a
$20
store
credit,
go
find
something.
Afterwards,
he
was
back
to
his
friendly
self
and
said
Thank
Yooouuu,
Happy
Easter.
He's
an
old
guy
with
a
quick
temper,
but
I'm
glad
it
worked
out
in
the
end.
