I arrived at 9:30, no other cars in the drive up. Employee started by saying they only had chicken strips and it sounded like she said they only had 3-5 strips, I asked her to repeat herself because I didn’t understand, I asked again and no answer, I waited a minute and asked again, I said hello and still no answer. I finally pulled around and saw no one at the window, unbelievable!!! This is normally a good location, I’ve never experienced anything like this. I expect this from KFC down the street from them but not from Lees Chicken. How can a chicken fast food run completely out of chicken? I’m just asking!

Personally I would have rated one star but the managers are very cooperative and gave me a full refund. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Just make sure you check your food before you drive off cause I’ve also had issues to where my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way.

It was a PIECE OF HAIR COOKED IN THE THIGH.. They lucky I stopped by right before closing & I didn’t see it til we got all the way home because I would’ve definitely got my money back! The people in the back couldn’t be wearing nets. They will never get my money again.

Today I ordered 6pcwings and potatoe wedges. Everything was cold. I came around 2pm. Think they opened around 10am. But my food tastes like it's been sitting around since 8am that morning. Lee's, this is food we're serving not 🍬candy. So please do better!!! Or turn the heat lamps on if u can't cook everything to order. Had to come home and reheat it all In the oven. And I thought everyone should know when they consider to eat from here......

This is my local store and it used to be fabulous but I don't know what's going on lately. Things are out of stock and soggy crispy chicken. We go to st. Charles or a west Florissant now and this location is only a few minutes from our home.

I had to take some time before writing for this review. The lines are always long, but if that's what my family wants, I don't mind. But what I do mind is if I'm spending 60 dollars on food and you tell me that I can only have four packets of honey sauce, followed by the look of and your not getting anymore, it is just crazy to me. I was told that I could only have four packets because I was only getting for biscuits. I politely said, "No darling, the family meal comes with 6 biscuits, plus I purchased extra." She told me that all I could get for free was 4, but I could buy more! I was already tired and frustrated from work that I just looked at her with the mother glare and drive off. I know I should have asked for a manager to explain how to count, but the line was long, and I was being considerate of others.

Please do not allocate funds to this location! Management and employees are rude. Even calling corporate was an embarrassment! This location messed up an order and had the nerve to have an attitude about a store error. If I could rate 0 stars I would. But I’ll be sure to continue to protest against poor customer service. Adding on since the management answered: you can see the disconnect as there was NEVER an issue with bringing the food back! This has been stated several times. The issue is the treatment of the customers. The employees cannot see value in the customers if the management and owners are not willing to listen to the actual complaint of the patron visiting the store.

Livers where hard to eat. Service was great. Restaurant was clean. Sick of the food being the way it is at this Lee's. The sides were lukewarm. It makes no since. I frequently eat at a Lee's restaurant 2=3 times a week. But this one always has substandard food. WHY!

(They say I should of been a Baptist Preacher bcz All I eat is Chicken)😄! Me and my family loves this place too ,(1.-One being able to Sit Down in total comfort and Enjoy your meal)2.- And if you take meal home food is still HOT,3.-"Close to Home" ! Also been going to this LEE'S for 30 years too, There is a change in Faces❤️🤎 but to me there is no change in the GOOD chicken🐔🐓that's what matters the Most 4.-The new girls they got it down👍 ✌️5.-Baked chicken and Pot Pies Corn on the COB🌽,Apple pies🥧

If I could give it a zero star. Ordered a 3 piece chicken was so smalli didn't even see the 3rd piece. My food was given to me so sloppy. Baked beans were mixed with my green beans and when I said something the young lady said Sloppy and closed the window. I looked in the window and the other worker was rolling her eyes at me. I hardly ever go to this one due always getting bad service.

Generally I have a good experience with the food and service but today at roughly 11:35 am the person who waited on me at the front counter was very dry and not personable. Maybe she shouldn't be at the front or needs more service training. The food though came up very quickly and looks tasty!

I always get the original recipe chicken with mashed potatoes green beans and coleslaw. The service is always good they get you in and out even when the line is long. Good food always hot and fresh.

The chicken pot pie had bones in it. I bit something crunchy, and I didn't like that . This is the 1st time I experienced something like that. Disappointing 😞

If I could give 0 stars I would even they don't even deserve the one star it's not even the food really but the women behind the counter rude for no reason, I don't know if they are on their cycles or what, stank attitudes for nothing. Just fire them all and hire people with better attitudes or offer re training on how to deal with customers in the correct way..

Everytime I order the spicy jumbo wings meal I received two side items and, 2 biscuits, because the young lady was in such a hurry I did not receive my biscuits this time. It pisses me off because the biscuits is my daughter's favorite I wish you would address this to the employees to make sure and double check the orders... Please

Complete embarrassment for this company. Young kids taking drive thru orders begging for help not knowing how to read orders from screen, asking about product multiple times from the other workers, they were being ignored and laughed at. Lady boxing chicken, wearing a bonnet, cussing, on the phone and boxing chicken at the same time. Another worker eating a chicken leg while bagging sides. I spent 50 dollars and had it refunded, this place is a disgrace! They need major training and new management.

Food was hot and fresh, they did forget my wedges in the drive through but good thing I checked the bag before leaving. They gave us our wedges with no argument.

Manager on duty at 3:40 on Thursday 7 September should be fired. She is rude, disrespectful. We waited 30 minutes for two meals. The staff was talking loud, cursing, playing with each other, on the phone. Simply horrible service.

Update: After having food cooked into my chicken, although accidents happen is still trifling. I finally was able to speak with corporate about how poor the management treated me after his store cooked my food with hair in it and they sent me a $5 lees coupon to cover my 2 pieces of chicken. :) Good luck eating here. The manager thinks he owns the staffing by the way, he doesn’t treat those kids like humans.

Rolled up to the Drive-Up window at about 7:25PM on Sunday Feb 5, 2023, to order a 12-piece SPICY JUMBO WINGETTES and we were greeted with THE MOST NASTIEST ATTITUDE, that we've encountered in a long time?! And that's saying A LOT, these days! The girl shouted that they had NO MORE?! IT'S A LITTLE AFTER 7PM AND Y'ALL ARE NOT GOING TO COOK ANY MORE, HUH? Shocked at how we were being yelled at, we asked if they were going to cook any more. This time her tone reaked of Major disgust, and she snapped that we need to come back tomorrow?! In the past 2 or 3 weeks, we have spent over $200 on these wings, FROM THIS VERY STORE!!!! WE DON'T APPRECIATE THE DISRESPECT, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE'RE SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY HERE!! MAYBE THE LEE'S ON WEST FLORISSANT WILL BE NICER, EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE FARTHER FROM HOME!

Our chicken tasted like it had been fried in very old grease and was not fresh. Our family corn on the cob was bad, and we couldn't eat it at all. The only thing decent was potatoe wedges and brownie treat. We were quite disappointed and will not be going g back to this one.

Food was overcooked, salty and cold. Chicken sandwich had stale bread and was cooked so hard you couldn't eat it. I will never go back. Furthermore the staff is about as friendly as a den of pit vipers. ZERO professionalism.

I gave a rating of four because the main item, the chicken, was very good. I got a family meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. It also came with biscuits. I can't comment on the mashed potatoes and gravy because I didn't have any of that. The green beans were alright but could have used a little more seasoning for my taste. The biscuits and macaroni and cheese, however, were both big disappointments. The biscuits were just lumps of flavorless bread and the mac and cheese had a pretty color with practically no cheese flavor at all.

The Baked beans are no good anymore! It's just pork and beans and bacon bits! It used to be great!

It's good of they get your order correct..you always have to check. the one time I didn't I was disappointed

This is my neighborhood location. Food use to be consistently great. Now food is different depending on the time of day. Sometimes shorted on number of pieces or not given right mix, i.e. 10 piece dark with more drumsticks than thighs. Staff changed as well. Sometimes short and inarticulate.

Food was not hot. Everything was warm. It didn't taste the way Lee's brand taste. Chicken was dry, mashed potatoes bland, baskets dry, and hard, gravey was cool not hot. It was very bad!
