    I'm not sure what the heck was going on this particular night I went but I've never had an issue with this White Castle EVER! I was so disappointed in the non-service that was given. Myself and many, many, many other vehicles waited at the speaker in the drive thru to order only to never have anyone speak and say what the problem may be. So I rode around to the window just to see what looked like the manager and one young man standing at the register, I couldn't tell if they had trouble with the headset or speaker or if they just didn't want to work but I knew I wasn't staying so I drove off. My thing is this, if something was wrong with the headset mic or the drive thru speaker, there were several doors the manager could have walked out of to explain the situation to all of the cars, he could clearly see there was a line because White Castle has glass windows all around except at the drive thru speaker. Do better because I literally like you all at this one so please do better. Blessings to the staff and their families. I'm giving it a three star because I know this is a four star restaurant but I have to see what the next visit brings.

    This location has taken a change for the worse. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building and they only use 1 lane to take orders. Inside they are friendly and the order is always correct. I love the breakfast slider and why I usually go there.

    Worst experience ever...went into the restaurant because the drive-thru was long...no one was in line and I stood there to get my order taken no one waited on me nor even acknowledge that I was there to place an order. Poor customer service.

    Lol they give u orders that they messed up on πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ€£ but the lady was so nice to serve my food knowing they have me a order that they messed up on. And it was fast too so I knew right then

    I picked up food for my grandmother and she wanted the 1951 sliders. This is how I recieved her sliders and in the bag was an opened BBQ sauce all over the bag and sliders. Never again will I come here.

    Hadn't gotten my "crave" on in a long time so my sister and I decided we wanted some and low and behold White Castle had special, 10 cheesy sliders for $8.99!!! We ordered a sack of 10 and divided them into 5 apiece. We had us a delicious late night snack b4 going home. Great job, keep up the good work WC!!!

    Ordered 2 1921 Bacon BBQ BURGERS, NO BURGER PATTY ON EITHER, 5 PIECE MOZZARELLA STICKS AND THEY WERE HOLLOW SMH. WAITED 30MINS IN LINE THEN THIS. CALLED MANAGER WANTED ME TO COME BACK WOW

    Got White Castle chicken sandwich meal. What a disappointment! The chicken was wafer thin, and overcooked. Like chicken jerky on bread. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in stale fish grease. I want my money back.

    Was in the drive-thru for 15min. 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered 2 Cheeseburgers and a coke. They gave me 1 cheese and 1 plain. Went in everybody in store has to see receipt like I was trying to get a free piece of cheese. Cheese wasn't melted and bread cold.

    Very and I mean VERY dirty in the inside. Won’t go to the location ever again. Customer service was OK but I felt like I needed to take a shower once I left that’s how dirty it is here.

    Too long of a line !! Maybe because white castle is one of the only fast foods that's open. Don't go to the rallys off hwy 67 nasty burgers I've had in a long time.

    Horrible customer service, untrained, poorly educated staff and management. Slowest fast food place I've ever been to. It took them over an hour to get my order to me. I did not even get what I ordered. I couldn't even get my cup for my drink after asking for it 3 times . NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT THIS LOCATION. NOT A SINGLE PERSON . I'LL COMPLAIN UNTIL IM HERD! The entire staff was the RUDEST PEOPLE I EVER come across IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I did end up getting a White Castle Gift card for $10 in the mail and an apology. I appreciated that. I surely did not spend it at this location. WOW, horrible attitudes, the manager being the worst one. I ask her several times for help and she was no help at all . But thank you owners for the dinner at the other location. Where they know what they are doing .

    We waited for 30 minutes only to know that they got our order incorrectly. And then we told them that they got the cheese wrong, they threw it out and now we have to wait for another 10 minutes for our food. Horrible service, they should not have thrown it out and let us wait.

    Arrived to order my food, I was told to wait a second. I waited 5 mins and even had cars back up and go to the second line and ordered and move pass me. I asked are they ready and they said yes. Guess she forgot I was there waiting. The fries and burgers were not hot, barely warm. The tomatoes and lettuce tasted aweful. I removed them and burger still taste like old microwave food.

    Food and service were fine. We went at 10:30pm on a Friday, it was very busy, parking lot was full of drive thru traffic as well as people just "hanging out" talking. Atmosphere was a bit scary. Won't go that late anymore.

    White Castle is not my personal favorite (I love the rehydrated onions but my stomach doesn't), but my family loves it and so it is in our rotation of fast food. That said, while the food tastes fine and is prepared quickly, the last two times I have visited this location I have returned home to discover errors in my order. The first time I was given a smaller bag of chicken rings when I had ordered the "sack", which was frustrating but not worth returning for. Today I checked (cursorily, so I bear some responsibility) that everything was present before driving off, but when I got home and unpacked the bags I realized that unfortunately instead of a sack of onion rings it was a smaller size, and where there were supposed to be six jalapeno sliders in the crave clutch there were only four. The cheese mistake is relatively minor since I still got the right *number* of sandwiches, but it's getting a little tiring to pay for one size of something and get a smaller one. In fairness, on both visits the drive-thru was extremely busy, and given how much my family like their sliders I know I'll be back. *But* I'd recommend checking your order well before leaving the parking lot... especially if you are visiting when they have a long line and might be making mistakes from rushing. The food we did get is always tasty, the bathrooms and interior are always clean, and the employees are unfailingly polite. The only thing bringing down my rating are these fulfillment mistakes.

    I waited at the counter for 11 minutes before an employee addressed me and my guest. There were no greetings. The employee at the counter walked up and just grumbled "what do you want" The cheese burgers were cold and the bread so soggy it was not palatable. There were no pickles on the cheese burgers. The fries were made incorrect, they were supposed to be cheese fries.

    Visited this restaurant through the drive-through for lunch. They prepared my order wrong. I requested a refund since I didn't have time to wait on them to remake my food. The cash register credit card machine went down, so I ended up waiting anyway. The manager was less than nice, but we got it done. Tell me, why can't you ever get napkins at Whitecastle? You have to ask for napkins, which should be a given. Then they give you one napkin in an oily bag. I have this location 3stars because my order was wrong, malfunctioning equipment and at-at-atitude!

    Came in for a doordash, waited 20 mintues and was asked the name 5 times and counting. During the wait the assumable manager sat there belittling an employee as he expressed his frustrations about being overworked. Ultimately not only did i end up canceling the delivery, but this place and the manager have left a very sour taste. Wouldnt recommend to anyone, customers or dashers alike.

    Did not receive my 2 double cheese burgers, ranch tub and cheese tub . Chicken rings were not plain like I remember having I have no idea what was on them so I threw them out. Not going back because I paid a lot of money for a portion of my order. Nice service doesn't mean much when you rob your customers.

    Rude. Asked the girl for a moment while I looked at the menu, but she kept rushing me. Then she made me wait because I told her one moment. Food not good. Fry box half empty. Burgers mushy. Spirit soda tasted strange. Great reminder to just eat at home.

    Nice service but food was horrible nasty the onion rings were mushy undercooked. The fish sandwich don't taste like real fish it tasted like a big hunk of plastic. They also not changing the grease they fry in.

    Hello everyone just would like to let you all know about my experience with this White Castle the drive-thru worker very rude and was rushing my family and I to order because they had a lot of cars behind us we we were in drive-thru and they got our order wrong also the hamburgers e spoil the meat the chicken rings taste like three day old chicken rings if I were you all I would stay away from this White Castle because the staff as well as the manager very rude I had called and spoke with the manager once I got home because they messed up my order and the manager was not trying to hear what I the customer had to say the only thing she kept saying was the order was videotape saying that my family and I said something else which we did not we told her correctly what we wanted the worker at the drive-thru I'm talking about the one that was rushing us to order because she had a whole line of course behind us and she was mean and attitude you guys don't go there and give your business and your hard-earned money to them they're not right and they need to get some better workers with great customer service because that one lady and drive-thru very rude I would never in my life go back there again just letting you all know before you go to that White Castle the food is very horrible thank you for reading just letting you guys know to be aware before you waste your money there on spoiled hamburgers and three-day-old fries and chicken wings

    The evening shift is absolutely ridiculous. Drive thru and inside moving slower than molasses. Been waiting to place my order for over 15 mins. This location has never been this bad.

    After ordering online 20 minutes ahead and getting there 10 minutes ahead of schedulec they were 15 minutes behind scheduled pick up time when oorder completed. Other than that the food was everything i ordered correctly and hot and tasty

    White Castle moves fast and.serves up delicious food. They were pretty busy but still completed our order in a timely fashion. There is a great deal on their chicken rings currently and their honey mustard is always a delicious dipping sauce.
