I loved that large Italian sausage/bacon pizza with Bosses recommened choice of Imos sweet&savory hot wings to go with it ,first time actually going to this IMOS and everything was Good! Will Return, Thanks✌️

Need to listen to customers order. A chef salad is completely different from a Caesar. Drive thru needs to understand once Home problems cannot be fixed. Sad.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years. My last few visits has been HORRIBLE!!! The pizzas over SAUCED! Not enough cheese and sometimes over cooked. They pile cheese on their salads! I’ve complained 3 times already. Today the manager didn’t care a bit, he started he will put light sauce under my number. I will not be patronizing this location anymore. The one on Washington in Florissant has never disappointed me. Please give your business to another location.

Ordered pizza at 4:46... was told it would be 15 mins for us to pick up. We pulled in at 5:02. They brought out 5-6 other orders before ours so I finally asked a worker to check on ours since it’s 5:34 and we have no pizza. He brought both out and said he was sorry. Both pizzas cold (why wouldn’t they be they’ve been sitting there for an extra 20 minutes or more) plus I asked them to PULL both pizzas early from oven because I’m tired of ordering pizza and getting back all the way to my house and having burnt Imo‘s pizza. I get home with my cold pizza and it’s burnt, UGH ! 😡 I just want hot, cheesy not burnt pizza, why is that so hard to ask for. I keep telling myself I’m going to another, BETTER pizza chain but we like their pizza so much I keep giving it a try I think I’ll be done for a while because this is about the fourth time in a row that I’ve asked to pull early and we still end up with burnt pizza

I am very disappointed with the service and quality of food I received last week at IMO’s. I ordered before I left town and was super excited, and I was super sad about the the almost 2 hours I waited and the cold tasteless quality of the food. I will buy frozen Lena’s from now on.

I would not recommend ordering from here the delivery driver tips his self and when you call the manger he tells you it’s something you have done . Be CAREFUL BECAUSE THE DRIVER WILL CLICK THE TIP ON HIS OWN THEN HAVE YOU SIGN . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE my order totaled to 36.98 while my card was charged 44.21

POOR SERVICE September 2023 About 8:51pm Placed order via phone. About 9:00pm Arrived via car to site. About 10:06pm Made phone call to site. Asked if my order from 8:51pm was ready. Worker had me repeat myself. Worker said order was ready and that I had to go through drive-thru. Stated that I was not informed of that, never been to the site before, and saw a worker going back and forth from site delivering orders to cars. Worker said those orders were late. Worker asked manager and then returned to phone call stating manager said they cannot do anything. Worker reiterated about the drive-thru and I reiterated what I already said. My last word "Well-- God bless you. I'll pass." [End] Unfortunately-- my phone number was taken but was not used to make a phone call to me. Pre-red flags-- number of poor reviews via Google; vulgar Hip-hop trap music playing so loud in the background of the phone call that I could barely hear the worker. Sadly-- this order was for my family who was visiting from out of town. Conclusion-- I will never return to this site!

First of all I tried to do the right thing and tip the 15% .. But then I get slapped in the face … because I specifically put in the notes do not ring the bell because we have a dog that goes absolutely wild with the doorbell… So guess what .. he rang the bell…I even asked him if he read the notes and showed him the ticket and he advised he did not read the notes… So much for my 15% .. As far as the food goes can anybody please tell me have they changed their sauce or not … because this was the spiciest pizza I have ever gotten from Imos … ordered a large with pepperoni and sausage … also as it was the last couple times I’ve ordered they do not cut the pieces all the way through therefore you either have to cut it yourself or pull them apart if you don’t have any way of cutting them… I also order it well done because if you don’t then the dough is sticking to the box when you get it…Imos Quality control is going downhill…

I wanted to try this place out cuz I've never been. Ordered over the phone at 5pm. They had my order ready very quickly! Pizza was a little soggy with barely any crust but tasted fine! The wings were very dry and hard and not even the sauce could save them! The girl I talked to and the guy at the window sounded bored. The guy at the window seemed grouchy and acted like he didn't want to be there. I don't think we'll come back.

I will not be coming back after speaking with the store manager Tim. The wings were under cooked and still pink/ red on the inside. I called and spoke with Tim and he proceeded to tell me that the wings were cooked twice and there was no way they were undercooked, my husband also began throwing up within an hour of eating at this place. He proceeded to tell me it was not bc of the food. This man called me a liar without saying it, I eat Imos all the time and this has never happened. His behavior is unacceptable instead of apologizing and trying to fix the situation he wanted to be combative with me. Will never eat here again and you should not either

Called to ask about the free pizza for your birthday & just wanted to see if the still honored them & they hung up on me lol. All I could do was laugh. So I’ll take that as a NO & will spend my money with Pizza Hut 👍🏽

Even though the driver left part of my order behind I still was trying to tip him $5.00 but he snatched my money and was rude won't order anything from here again.

The food was good. The customer service was less desirable. I'm glad they sell these pizzas in the store.

I ordered 8 BBQ wings at 8:30pm one a Wed night. The served me refried wings and tried to disguise it with dumping an excessive amount of BBQ sauce on top. Normally they may give you a couple teaspoons per wing. Another business in Florissant I plan to stop patronizing because of poor practices. It's getting ridiculous. Food is too expensive to waste money on refried, nasty food.

Previously I haven't had any any issues with this location, but recently the service was less than desirable. To go order was missing utensils and crackers for salad, chicken bites/tenders were overcooked, and instead of my ordered cinnamon bites, they gave me sliced cheese bread covered in cinnamon and sugar. Unbelievable. Just tell me it's was unavailable when I picked up my order and don't charge me. Poor and unacceptable customer service.

Peaceful and quiet environment. Pizza was delicious and the green peppers plus the black olives tasted super fresh. Excellent customer service!

They never have your order ready on time, they never get the order right, and they aren't even friendly. Just seems like they enjoy making people wait even when the place is empty.

I really appreciate that we can drive up to get out pizza instead of walking in.

Needs more staff.. clean and quiet but needs more help. There's no reason a house salad should take 10 minutes to make. Literally lettuce and cheese.

I ordered hot wings, medium cheese pizza and toasted ravioli and everything was hot fresh and so good. Idk y he didn't bring napkins with my delivery but other than that it was really good! Thanks again.
