Update: Oct2019: I would recommend this nail salon location to anyone that needs professional service in a timely and efficient manner. The prices are about standard for the area. Tony, the manager and the nail technicians are always professional in the completion of both of our nails, toes, hands and feet. I brought my wife here to get her nails and toes done today before she leaves for work on Monday. Tony, the manager is always great and a very caring person who gets us in to the shop as needed. Tina who is out of the shop right now, normally does my nails, but Cindy does my toes. Both of these technicians always do an awesome job and will correct any mistake immediately when brought to their attention. Even while we're in the shop, we are offered frozen drinks, wine, and the massage chairs for each customer. Sept2018: First time here with my spouse who paid for the gift. It was good. My second visit was significantly better to warrant another star! Cindy and Lynn are great and care about doing a great job. There were multiple televisions on in the salon during the time of our visit that were on various channels to watch.

Chris was amazing, actually all are amazing we lived in Flower Mound for three years and I have over the time tried numerous locations and we always come back to Grandlux. Without a doubt this IS THE nail place to come to. Try it, love it, then leave and go somewhere else…. you will always come back, I promise. Nothing is comparable to the customer experience and quality!!!!

This was my final quality test at the place and it’s only gotten worse over my last three visits I brought my son with me and both of our nails are just horrid. His simple polish is sloppy and looks as though he did it himself. My get set is lumpy, the tips are sloppy, and the tech actually forgot to seal them the first time and had to redo them I called to ask if they can get me in to simply remove this trash from my nails and the receptionist was extremely pushy insisting they have someone who can do them. If after THREE times, why would I trust what you’re telling me My pedicure was fantastic, as the girl was new and still learning (she didn’t follow the typical pedi protocol)

I came to the salon to get eyebrow and lips waxed couple times now. I wanted to come back to get them done since they did a great job most of the time. However, this time around, I ended up having bald spot on one of my brows and “comma” looking shaped brows where they were thick in the front to middle sections and thin at the end. Worst of all, I end up getting a staph infections on my lips. It was the worst experience ever. I came in on Saturday around noon time and called the salon right after. I was promised that the manager would give me a call later in the day but heard nothing. Hannah was the person who worked on me. At the salon, I was already displeased and confronted her but instead of apologizing and attempting to correct it, she said that I don’t have hair in the bald spot area and suggested that I use makeup to cover it. During the cleaning up the wax process, she applied enormous amount of pressure to get the wax out around my lips area to the point where my skin ripped. This is unacceptable.

Omg JENNY is the woman to see for all of your pedicure needs! Not only does she take her time painting your toes to perfection, she also gives a thorough Grandluxe massage. I was falling asleep and she spend at least 10 minutes on each leg. I’m a server and am on my feet for 8-12 hours, and this is just what I needed!! Love love love Jenny!!

I liked the atmosphere and the woman who helped me. This location is big and they even offer you something to drink. I came in for a pedicure $59.00(don’t mind my tan lines)

Nick and Helene are absolutely amazing! So kind, thoughtful and funny! Me and my sister had the best pedicures here. If you want relaxation and good quality nails come here!!!

they are open Sundays, have lots of technicians working, and I've always been able to walk in and be seated within 10 minutes. prices are in line with most other businesses in the area. it's in a shopping center so there is no "upfront" parking but there is ample parking. I bring my own polish, in case I have to touch up the tips of my nails, but they have a great selection of colors. they have great new massage chairs, and the techs give a really great leg massage when you opt for some of the "higher end " pedicures. I'll keep coming back.
