    I ordered 3 medium pizzas today and they all looked like small pizzas. Barely any sauce. More crust than anything. I received a text saying my order was ready but it was not ready when i went to pick up my order. They had to remake one of the pizzas. All of the pizzas looked terrible and the 2 young guys working there were laughing and not professional at all. The worst I've ever had.

    Spent $30 for an XL New York style with 2 toppings. The topings were so scarce that some slices had like 2 pepperoni. And there were only 8 slices. Won't be going here again. Not worth it.

    I was in need of a snack, so I opened the good Ole papa John's apps and ordered some jalapeño papa bites. I get them all the time, but this time, they were burned. I would have returned back to the store, but I was headed out of town. I won't be ordering from this store again. I'm afraid the pizza may be the same way. It took about an hour for the burned paper smell to leave the car. Edit: Today, I went back to give another chance, and they were not burned, but it took 45 minutes to get them. I think the owner should look into the people he hires or be there when it gets busy to see how they handle the pressure of being busy.

    Don’t know if they changed management but my pizza was good! It was delivered early, it was still hot and made exactly how I ordered it. My usual complaint with all pizza in this state is no sauce, but this one was made with plenty of sauce, loved it!

    Do not order here. Multiple times we have had poor service in deliveries and quality of foods. Previous order was missing cheese and sauce on half the pizza and the store blamed the Door Dash driver, stating there was nothing the store could do. After bringing the pizza back to them and placing it on their counter with customers there, did they finally take the time to realize it was cooked very poorly. They remade the order, but took 45 minutes without any rush on it. That takes me to today, giving them a third shot (first one was a train wreck as well). Placed order at 12:41, initial delivery window of 1:15, watching papa tracker and it jumped to a 2:00 delivery time. We called when we saw our new delivery window was now 2:14 and they told us It was wrongly delivered to someone else and they were remaking our order. Ok, mistakes happen, and apparently for this poor excuse for a chain, quite frequently. Finally had our order delivered (incorrectly) at 2:20. They missed half our order and this blew my mind. Called and told them it was an incomplete order and they said they were very aware and it would be another 40 min or so. The lady on the phone was rude, arrogant, and made it seem like we were ridiculous for expecting to have the items we paid for delivered to us. I know, crazy right?!? It’s now 3:15 and we still don’t have the remaining parts of our order and they’ve been rude everytime we’ve called to ask about things and what’s going on. This place has shown time and time again how pathetic customer service has gotten, and how difficult it is to look at a piece of paper, read it, and compare that to the physical food in front of them. Unbelievable… don’t waste your time, money, or support for this place. Go to Dominos or anywhere else so that you can eat the same day you order.

    I ordered delivery and when I got my order the orea bites where burnt and had no icing 🤢 You would think whoever boxed the order up would have had them redo this

    My experience makes sense after reading the other reviews... Didn't even get to the point of actually getting any food this time.. You'd think placing an order over the phone would be easier than doing it online. Called to confirm hours, as they are listed differently than on the app. Took me 4 tries to finally get my order placed correctly. Each time she confirmed my order, it wasn't correct, haha. Translation errors maybe. But flavored crust is in no way close to pepperoni stuffed crust. Then, after we finally get it sorted. There's extra charges for buffalo instead of pizza sauce and the crust flavoring costs now as well? Should have ordered through the app as she said her system rings things up differently. I was over it at this point. While we're here... Last time: Since Papa John's used a 3rd party delivery driver that, come to find out, (app said my delivery had arrived) decided to stand in front of the wrong house for actually 15 whole minutes. While I repeatedly called his number (I confirmed this when I found him around the corner) his conversation he was having was more important. Food was ice cold.

    The food from here is good but there seems to be an issue every time I have them deliver to my house. They use DoorDash as drivers… so the pizza is delivered cold . the delivery driver will forget items like drinks or drop off the wrong pizza.
