    I love the dentist and the hygienist. The front office is terrible. I don’t know what is going on in this place, but telling me I have credit for overpayment, then saying I have a balance isn’t okay. I called the insurance myself before I went back to check. They were overcharging me. They are still trying to collect money for my child’s last procedure that I was told was a zero balance the last visit. All covered by insurance according to them. But suddenly it isn’t. This place makes you come back three times to get your services done. It’s this way for a 5 yr old or a 50 yr old. I only go here bc they accept my insurance. The dentist is super sweet. Love her. But the billing department is a mess. Don’t think you will ever go here and get your teeth cleaned on a first visit. It will not happen.

    In the 60s I had a fantastic dentist who made our visits actually fun. I have not had a caring dentist since until 15 years ago. 15 years ago, I luckily walked into this fabulous practice. Everyone in the building makes you feel as if your wellbeing is the most important thing to them. The person who greets you, the wonderful person who takes X-rays, the one of a kind hygienist, and dentist too all give their patients the best of care. Even the business person is caring! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and have caring chairside expertise. Some family members have had trauma in their lives and this caring practice has helped make their lives definitely better. Yes kinda unique for a dentist office.

    I’d stay clear of this place. The office staff was very rude when going over a care plan. I shared that with my insurance it seemed very high. I went home and found that they sent me with someone else’s care plan and information. The office said they wouldn’t clean my teeth and I needed a “deep cleaning”. My insurance pays for a cleaning and a deep cleaning is more money for the office. I received a deep cleaning 12 months ago, so I went and got a second opinion at my previous dentist and they went ahead and cleaned my teeth. There’s plenty of dentist in Flower Mound. Do yourself a favor and find a different one.

    My experience at this dental office has always been a great one. The dentists, hygienists and staff have a great attitude and are patient with questions I may have.

    I receive great care here. Tamara and Kevin have been taking care of me, my teeth, and gums for two years now. I look forward to seeing them every six months. My teeth and gums always feel nice and clean afterwards, they always teach me something new about how to care for my teeth and gums at home, and I never feel like they are trying to up-sell me. I appreciate their honest and thoughtful care.

    Kevin you are awesome 👍 you bring such good energy keep up the awesome work. And my dentist I totally forgot your name 😭 but they know who you are look at my chart 😁 lost for words you have always been awesome as well great energy great work as well I only trust you in my mouth that's for real keep doing great work you two👍. And as far as the new manager how NO customer service skills what so ever very rude and so was the receptionist cuts you off when you're talking. Glad there is two great people I see when coming in for my appointments.

    The techs, hygienists, and dentists are amazing, but something has changed recently and now the company’s overall business practices have a very corporate feel. They present you a form at check-in with line items of things they will charge (even when it’s your 6-month, insurance covered cleaning). Now, you have to cross out those items unless you want to get charged. I was even told that there is a specific x-ray (that insurance doesn’t cover) that is required every 3-5 years. It feels like they are trying to nickel and dime the patients and charge them for these supplemental services. If a patient takes this form at face value and doesn’t know that they can decline these line items, they will end up with charges that may not have been necessary. Maybe other dental practices have moved this direction, but it is very off-putting.
