Great customer service! The pasta was great. The place is always clean. They have outdoor seating and BYOB.

I ordered a large pizza double pepperoni and half sausage. The restaurant is not a mile and a half away. Yet, the pizza showed up cold. Double pepperoni equates to one pepperoni per 3 inch square. This is by far the WORST pizza I've had in a long long time. I called to talk to a manager but the manager only works Thursdays through early Sunday. In other words, no resolution to my issues. I haven't ordered from Marcos which is the same area but I recommend them before Palios. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT PALIOS!!!

I've been over 4 contents in my life.. And more than 20 countries including Italy.. The land of pizza This is the most delicious and amazing pizza I have ever had. The place is clean and beautiful The employees are nice. Everything is amazing.

Pizza is great, a treat for the family apart from frozen pizza or other cheaper chains. Staff is very friendly. They do serve some pizzas with nuts on them so if that is an issue for you be sure you know everything they put on it! Specials are worth it.

We don't always eat pizza, but when we do, we go to Palio's in Flower Mound.

When we’re craving fresh pizza we usually call in an order over the phone, and come pick it up. It’s always hot, fresh, and delicious! I am gluten free (Celiac) and my husband is not, but generally we’ll split a large Grace’s Alfredo pizza on GF crust. It is very good!

Order the Calzone today for the first time. I’v never seen a flat one, but it was really good. I had the pepperoni & cheese. I think I like it better than the pizza.

Convenient and quick, service was fine, but we found the pizza sauce too sweet and the alfredo sauce too heavy in salt for our palettes. Clearly there are those that enjoy this, but sharing for those with similar taste preferences to ours.

Man this place is great all round Great environment great waiters but more importantly the head chef is what makes it connect right I think his name was alex or something like that but i recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good food and good quality service

I've had a good experience with their pizzas a while back and wanted something different than domino's. Well I got it I guess. The crust is obviously prefabricated and frozen. It looked and tasted like a make-your-own pizza type crusts of the 1980s. The King toppings were very weak in flavor and I question if the pie was premade and just thrown in the oven. Very disappointed. Guess I'll look somewhere else. In response to Palio management... My wife and daughter ordered the pizzas in person which is why you do not have my name in your records. Trust me, it was your location.

We called and ordered a large pizza for delivery. They showed up with 2 and we were charged for 2. We called the store to see what the problem was and encountered the rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with. He called us liars. Screamed at us. And refused to correct the problem. We can prove only 1 phone call was made. They do have a brand new trainee. We have been long time clients but that ended tonight. Beware!!

Family loves the pizza cold/crisp salads. There’s a relaxing patio with pretty lights - really nice to bring a bottle of wine and relax. They’re very flexible and make dietary accommodations upon request.

Fabulous place. Food is fantastic! Food is made fast. Atmosphere is to die for. Very clean. Love it here. Great date spot and also BYOB.

Good options including gluten free. Pizza was good and it was ready for pickup when I showed up. Only real complaint was that it was fairly expensive for the size you get.

Lunch specials include salad and a personal size three item pizza. Excellent thin crust.

The Maria’s BBQ Chicken Calzone is beyond compare! Simply amazing! The baked Ziti keeps me coming back, also. Their staff is friendly and their service is fast.

Pizzas are great. Cannot say the same for the service. Seems people work there to pick up the phone particularly hate their job. The stars are just for the food. Horrible experience with the rest every single time! Horrible customer service from my perspective. Mixed up dates, time, rude tone, and manner among all.

We ordered two medium pizzas over the phone and told them we had a coupon. We we got to the restaurant they did not allow the coupon, because they said it was too old...but there was no expiration date and they still did not allow. The Manager blamed our President and the economy. I paid the extra $10 and told them I would not buy any more pizza from them. Ultimate bate and switch. If you have a coupon...buyer beware!

Probably the best pasta and pizza I've had in my life, and I have traveled the world over. Keep the great work guys.

This is usually my favorite pizza place but Wednesday we were served the worst hawaiian sunrise pizza (with alfredo sauce) we have ever had. This pizza should not have big, thick pieces of ham and suffocated in sauce! Please watch quality control before leaving the kitchen! This location is starting to go downhill. Also, please bring back the fountain drink cream soda!
