This was my first experience at this venue. I am so sorry to have this be my first solid negative review. First we had to drive around to receive the second burrito they forgot to add to the bag in first arrival. When we got to our destination and I unwrapped my burrito I was extremely disappointed in what I saw. The burrito was no bigger than the packet because it was missing ingredients. I had ordered the traditional breakfast burrito which is supposed to be bacon, egg, cheese and breakfast potatoes. Mine only had eggs and bacon, missing cheese and potatoes. Therefore when they rolled it it was a good third of rolled tortilla.

This place is the worst sometimes. I order here at least once a week and the salads I get have been getting lower and lower to the bottom of the bowl. It’s like the portioning have been getting less and less. When the store opened, the portioning was great. I’ve been referring all the people that I know to this place and now, it’s just a disappointment. For sure I’ll be letting everyone know how poor of a service this place is. Sometimes the employees are nice and at other times they ain’t.

I love Salad and Go and eat here 3-4 times per week. Like several others, I have noticed the salad sizes drastically decreasing in volume at this particular location. When the place opened, the salads were of good size. Over the past few months though the bowl is barely 1/4 full. I asked at the drive through to get extra lettuce on 2 separate occasions and one of the times there was actually less lettuce than normal instead of extra. Also, like others I have noticed that the other Tucson locations are not like this. Please fix this Salad and Go or I will have no choice but to discontinue my business.

I decided to try them since everybody said how great they were. I ordered my salad got home and the amount of black pepper or something spicy on the chicken was unbelievable making it completely inedible. The red pepper was already spoiled and the lettuce was on the verge of being bad. I understand it's not expensive but it should at least be edible.

5/10. It was first time and the staff were so nice and I loved the Caesar Salad. :) June 6th… my salad was only half full:( with no tomatoes or croutons

It was my first time ordering food there, and I told the cashier that. I ordered two breakfast burritos and a mango green ice tea. The burritos were cold, like they just came out of the refrigerator. I guess that's OK, albeit unexpected, but I didn't see it written any where, nor did the cashier tell me I'd have to warm my own food. Once warmed the burritos were mediocre. The green salsa was bitter. The tea had no mango flavor. The cashier was generally polite though, and the food is very affordable. So I give this place 2 Stars. I will try one more time, but will be ordering salad.

The cashier slapped my baby out of my arms and called me fat for trying to order tofu with my chicken! She then proceeded to flip me off when I got my salad and when I got home to eat my salad there was NO TOFU!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I've been wanting to try salad and go for a while now, since they put one down the road from my house! Finally made it today! Got me a Cobb salad with ranch and a delicious lemonade 🍋😋🍋 the salad was very good!! I will be going again, and I will recommend anyone who wants a nice cool delicious salad and fresh lemonade on a hot day🥵 go there!!

Found this place today and decided to try this instead of the usual lunchtime burger and it was the best change of mind I could make. Had the Greek with chicken and it was awesome and filling. And it was cheap! Excellent service, affordable and plentiful, and super healthy. My new go to from now on.

Salad and Go is amazing! Prices are very reasonable, two salads and two drinks under $17 after taxes. We eat here every week for an inexpensive but very healthy and delicious option. Thanks for the great service at La Cholla and River location.

You can not beat the value! Their southwest breakfast burritos are excellent and for $3 and change, you can’t get a meal for that price anywhere else! I’m a little bummed they got rid of the caprese salad, but all the other ones I’ve tried are equally as good.
