I've read some recent bad comments and reviews and also some people saying bad things on FB about the Mugshots here in Flowood so I decided to try them out myself. I've been there twice now this week, and I've experienced exceptional service and the food I ordered was fresh and more than perfect! No complaints here, I'll be going back again and again that's for sure! Highly recommend.

Was referred by a close friend.. She was spot on with this one! Great food and awesome customer service. Jessica was great. Loved our burgers and fried pickles.

So this is my first time here and I sat down to order got me some wings I got a 10 piece half fried lemon pepper half fried Sriracha order me a glass of wine of course they ran out of rhine and the manager Chris came out to solidify things and offer me a beer so I tried the Abbotts strawberry which is very smooth and taste the bartender Brooke was very attentive and on point and cater to my every whim and every heart desire that I need it at the bar from food the drinks and everything so I am very pleased with the service that I have received well I come back again most definitely.

There are mixed reviews about this Mugshots but I’ve never had an issue. The Hick chicken Philly is the only thing I order. They are always consistent with it being the bomb. It’s on the same bun they use for the burger which has a hint of sweet flavor to it. The seasoned fries pair well with the flavor. Thanks

I used to love this location. But now... I'd advise that you go to Pearl location. Seating is slow, service is slow, my food arrived cold, and my drink was not made right. Server was sweet and attentive, but doesn't make up for pricey cold food that you waited forever for We will head to Pearl location next time, but meals are still large enough for four of us eat for the price of two... #splittinburgers

very fast service, and friendly employees. the cheese on all of our sandwiches hadn't been melted though as if they forgot to melt the cheese with the rest of the food. you can see one of the sandwiches with unmelted cheese in one of the pictures. also whoever cooked forgot the fried egg on one of the sandwiches, but the server was able to remove the charge for it, luckily. it was delicious and not as crowded as the other location though.

We loved it ❤ food was wonderful. Our waitress was really nice.

I used to love this location! But it has definitely went down. I place my order when I got there it was no more then (7 other customers) still had to wait for 35 min. I assume they all went on break they seen I was still seating there and no one stop to ask was I okay are did I place my order are ask to check to see if my food was ready. I had enough and ask them! Where is my burger. I guess it was just sitting there. Got home and was even more disappointed. My burger was cold fries was cold and they only gave me like 7 fries. The taste was not the same. I was to tired to walk back in and ask for a refund. Just very disappointed. Could have save my money and cook my own burger and fries

My burger was awesome. I got the garlic burger with mushrooms. Omg, I want one right now. The fries were amazing as well. Definitely will go back. Service was great. Very good experience.

Ordered the mcdowell. The patty was burnt and no barbecue or ranch on the burger. Felt like I was eating sand it was so dry. Loved the tiny amount of mixed fries. Is that a new side?

The food was delicious... especially the fries. (So good - crisp outside coating and tender inside) Atmosphere was casual and friendly, and service was quick for our party of six adults. The only downside was out the wait staff we had disappeared after the initial service, and we had to rely on other wait staff for service.

We love eating here! The food is consistently good and that’s a hard thing to do. We had a great server and you could tell he loved his job. Highly recommend!

burger was burned to a crisp. However the servers and atmosphere is top tier. i’ve been here before and it’s normally good but today is unacceptable. Barely any fries and a burnt burger. 3/10 experience.

I had the parmesan garlic burger. The cheese wasn't melted and I was expecting a saucy creamy burger. However the beef had great seasoning. The California gold flavor was very good on the Buffalo wings. I will definitely buy them again.

My husband and I dined here today. He got the tenders tossed in Mild Sauce w/ fries & a side of ranch and I got The Mombo Combo with Southwestern Egg Rolls, Cheese Wedges & Sean's Nachos with fries & a Root beer float. Everything was great except the Southwestern Egg Rolls. Our server was the best.

The young waitress was very sweet. My husband enjoyed the dad joke. She did a good job but the food wasn't hot, sweet potatoe fries were mush. It was our first time and we were not impressed at all.

So I visited Mugshots while in Flowood,MS. this past weekend. Let's dive into it. Saturday afternoon, Lee was our waitress, and from the jump, she was very pleasant. She took our order and was very attentive to the details. She was fast, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. We received our food and everything was great! I was rather impressed with the food and service I thought I'd take my group of 14 hungry guys to Mugshots before we hit the road heading back home. Lee was our waitress again. She was calm, cool, and collected. She got our drinks and appetizers out swiftly and started our oders. She got to me and said, "I remember you." I said give me what I had yesterday and recalled my order! I was rather impressed. If I ever make it back that way... Mugshots will be on my list for lunch or dinner.

First time here, good lunch. Was looking specifically for Hamburger Steak and saw it was on their menu. Service was friendly and efficient. The grilled veggies were a nice surprise, hamburger steak was good to order. Ate everything. Good sweet tea too. Will be back to try something different.

Super friendly staff! Waitress came to the table often to check on us without being intrusive, and made great recommendations. Food was amazing for the price, and I can see why they say they have the best burger in town, that is not hyperbole.

Great atmosphere and the food is delicious, we had a great time, I got the Pato Burger and sweet potato fries, we had some of the Tee's cheese wedges, both were delicious.

I tried the Mac and cheese burger and it was a 6/10 I don’t think it needed an extra slice of bread on each end of the sandwich. The meat needed extra sauce added because it was slightly dry. The Mac and cheese was delicious on the burger and helped with the flavor. The fries were perfectly salted and delicious.

We went, at night, on a Saturday. It's wasn't very busy, and the service was so terrible and rude, we thought about just leaving. The food when it finally (everything took forever) came was okay, but I had to just flag down a server for a to go box and she just threw a whole stack of them at me and said just leave what you don't use on the table. I've heard very good things about this place and it was my first time going, but I don't think I'll be returning. It's worth noting the owner responded to my rating so perhaps it's not a common thing.

We arrived at 9pm. My server was excellent. I ordered a mushroom burger,onion rings and a coke. Coke was week, burger patty seemed a bit smaller and onion rings we over cooked so I could not eat them. Server fixed everything to my full satisfaction. Just sorry I can remember her name. Looking for a new burger joint.

Casual atmosphere, southern hospitality, and the tastiest burger ever! I will definitely stop in again if/when I'm in Mississippi. Bonus that my soda was served in a plastic cup and topped off right before I left. Server also brought me a lid with the check. A simple thing, but appreciated. That's how service should be!

Called a carryout order on evening of May 5, they said itll be ready in about 20 minutes. I showed up at mugshots 30 minutes after I placed my order, and it was not even started. The place was not even half-full but it still seemed understaffed. I was told by the host to go to the bar to pick up my food, but there was no worker who could help me for around 5-10 minutes. With the buildup of carryout orders, I decided to just go so.ewhere else. Maybe it'd be a different experience if we ate there, but I would never recommend ordering carryout or delivery (as 3 other waitr/uber eats drivers were also waiting for their food).

Great experience! The pepperjack fried cheese were to die for! My A1 burger was fantastic too! My kids also loved their meals. Great service!

Da Big Kahuna was absolutely amazing. The fries were also superb. Will definitely try them again when I'm near Jackson. Highly recommended
