    The hotel was very clean and fairly quiet. The staff that I dealt with was very friendly. I was only there one night and left at 5:00 am the next morning so I cannot comment on the breakfast food.

    Felisia did an awesome job when I was checking in despite the telephone ringing off the hook. She handled the check in process flawlessly! Daija, not sure if I am spelling this correctly, prepared a great breakfast and had a great, pleasant attitude while interacting with all the patrons that were eating breakfast. Karmen was also amazing during the checkout process. I am a frequent traveler and although my stay was only one night, it was a great experience and I will be returning whenever I am in the area!

    The front desk lady was not very welcoming to start..... My room had dirty towels. The AC didn't work all night so we didn't sleep well. Sweat all night. Gross. The curtains wouldn't pull shut so the outside lights were shining in. The pool is a hazardous place with slippery tiles. No coffee in the morning and the staff didn't want to make any either. For $200, I definitely could have spent my money somewhere else. This place makes you appreciate just staying home. On the plus side, I did like the giant TV.

    It's unfortunate that I've been charged $150 for a smoking fee when I do not smoke. The room smelled of a cigar upon check-in, so hopefully the person prior to me was also charged. I hope you've made plenty of extra funds and are happy by charging erroneous fees. I'm waiting for a call back from management. Hopefully the situation is rectified and I can adjust this review. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks *** I have spoken with the manager, Maria, who would not reverse the erroneous charge. I have email communication with Hilton Customer Service who have been unable to assist and have taken Maria's word to be truth. She told Hilton Customer Service something different that what she told me. At any rate, I'm at an IHG hotel tonight with six other co-workers and I'd highly recommend not staying at this Hampton Inn.

    As soon as I walked in to get my room I knew it would be fine. The air smelled unusually good. The staff were extremely helpful at checkin and checkout. The accommodations in the room were fine. The sheets had that clean linen smell. The breakfast bars were more than I had ever hoped for. Kudos to this hotel and its staff.

    One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I travel alot. The staff was the best, the room was the best. They went over the call of duty to make us feel at home and the made my kids cookies...I had a few too...it was just the best and I will tell everyone to stay here including my company I work for..the staff need raises in their pay. I was just blown away..I don't believe in coincidence so this was meant to be..

    Hotel was AMAZING!!!! Clean rooms and a very nice breakfast. The staff Karmen, Felicia, and Ebony were amazing and very very sweet!! Karmen went above for me and my family and helped me as much as she could with no attitude. I love this hotel and definitely will be back. Me and my family really enjoyed this place and did not want to leave!!!

    I did not experience any of the rooms because I was here for a class for work for 2 days. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and nice. I've had a stay at Hampton Inn elsewhere and everything was great, so this location seems to follow suit with the chain.

    Very good hotel. I asked Karmen for an early check in and She nicely and cheerfully provided our CLEAN room which was ready waiting for us. Breakfast was also good. I asked Karmen for a late check out and again without losing a bit provided us with the request. I have never been disappointed and the customer service is very good! We go there for our Son's soccer tournaments. Very happy with this Hotel.

    We've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is perfect for what we need. Always clean and efficient -- nothing special but it has what we need and a complimentary breakfast.

    Checking in to any hotel can be stressful if the person checking you in is not friendly and especially if you are there because of death in the family. Ebony, front desk, was very, very welcoming and super friendly. She is such a people person that she even remembered me from the previous stay. She made us feel at home away from home. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is in close proximity to shopping and eateries.

    Having been part of a family business for over 100 years I certainly understand what it takes to run a good business. The entire crew at this Hampton Inn were exceptional. The front desk… The cleaning crew… The breakfast crew..Daisher in particular , went above and beyond in her job. She was helpful, friendly , engaging….really made breakfast enjoyable. AND The food was good. The location was convenient for shopping and eating. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Wonderful hotel. Always clean, have never been disappointed. Customer service is excellent! Daughter is in College so we are frequent flyers. Jimmey and Ebony are amazing!!! Very happy with this establishment.

    The room was very clean! This is probably the cleanest and most affordable place my family's ever stayed in. We were very happy with our stay. And the staff were kind and awesome too. Thank you!

    When I hear Hampton inns I expect to feel like I am in the Hamptons as that was what the hotel chain was to reflect. Instead I can see they tried to make it like that, but fell well short of the mark. It feels like a new renovation but they reused all the old furnishings to fill out the rooms. The desk is broken, the chair is old and worn, the shower curtain is yellowed and seems it came from an older hotel. The TV stand/refrigerator/dresser is dinged and worn out. The tub spigot feels like it's about to pull right out of the wall. It feels....lazy or they don't care. The service is lacking, no welcome feeling, no offering of a cool bottle of water when I first arrived in a 91° heat until I asked for it....This is the first hotel that charged me upfront on my corporate card so as I don't cancel my reservation and go elsewhere? The worst is that I gave up a king suite for a high floor and away (very far away) from the elevator instead they put me right next to the elevator. When I mention it, they move me two doors down from the elevator and pretend they did me a favor. The room smells like a cat urinated all over the room. After a long drive I'm too tired to change rooms again....as a silver member a few stays away from Gold, I will definitely not come back here. You're better off elswhere.

    Phenomenal experience! My family and I were traveling through from Oklahoma to Orange Beach and everything about this place was solid! Great customer service, comfy beds, GREAT location, and affordable! A+. Definitely recommend!

    Hotel was great! Karmen had a bubbly personality, assisted multiple guests, discussed the benefits of the app with another guest and had us all chatting! My new favorite for when I'm back in town!

    We had booked at another hotel and it was a disaster, so I got in my truck and called Hampton. I got Ebony and explained the situation. She was great got us a room and was so helpful. We had a great stay, very nice hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and chain.

    The front desk worker was very nice and caring. I even saw her sanitizing her work area! Room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner in our room blew cold which was awesome! BUT Someone on our floor was smoking marijuana last night. IT WAS STRONG. The pool was cloudy and had a ball of hair floating around looking like sea weed. Other than that accommodations were good. It's in a location surrounded by other hotels and I felt safe going in and out.

    Hotel itself looks to be in need of a refresh. But the staff keeps it clean and tidy! Zero breakfast was available 30 mins before it’s closed. I asked, and they did seemed to care that they were out. It’s really a sham, I think I will be thinking twice before I stay here. In reality, it’s probably best to stay somewhere besides Jackson as a whole.

    My daughter had a dance competition in flowood I made a reservation arrived there at 9:00 p.m. checked into my room with ease. The front desk attendant was very pleasant, the rooms we're very clean but the decor seemed very outdated the carpet in the hallway very outdated I had the feeling of a pink '70s retro theme. It sounded as if the people above me that night were jumping running as if they were having construction in the room above me for most of the night. It came with a complimentary breakfast which was like a 50 car pile up.

    This hotel was clean and everything was well-maintained and working. Even the pool was the perfect temp. Secure location with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff there (shout out to Jessica the office manager) was professional and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when in the area.

    So many reasons why it was excellent. Time u walk in the door I was greeted w kindness. All staff eager to assist me. Clean environment. Comfortable beds. Computer room. Daisher was our breakfast hostess. Hot breakfast w many items to choose from. Daisher kept the area clean, was ready to help me in any way I needed & kept food stocked. One of the best places I have ever stayed at.

    This is a beautiful facility. We were in town briefly for a funeral/memorial service for a family member. The manager, Sabina, helped us resolve an issue that was really upsetting our three young children. The day of their Grandpa's funeral was a lot easier to deal with thanks to her. She went above and beyond, showing a true Mississippi heart for hospitality!

    The hotel is good, but I made the mistake of not double checking if it was smoking or non. Honestly, I thought smoking rooms went out with raw hides, but hey, it was a place to take a nap before catching an early flight. The room was clean, but a awful smokey smell asked to be moved, but they were booked up, again my fault. The staff was very nice and appreciated their efforts. If it is smoking, I would like to think a little extra time is taken to eliminate the old sleepy bar inn smell.

    my family stayed one night the pool was nice room was too but the air didnt stay cold . The breakfast was horrible the sauasge was cold and not cooked . Then the housekeeping came in the room while we were sleeping and they kept knocking on the door . only gave two stars for the pool and the lady that was there at checkin she was really sweet

    The whole cleaning crew walked out that morning. The beds were not made up when we got in room! The cleanliness of the whole hotel was horrible!!!! I have no clue why this is a 3 star hotel! It is like a 0 star!!!!!

    First off. I am a Diamond Member. I stay over 150 nights at Hilton Properties per year. This is BY FAR the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The first room they checked me into was filthy. Dirty floors, hair and other “stuff” on the linens. So gross. The second room wasn’t much better. While the linens were clean, the floors seem as though they had never been vacuumed or cleaned. Breakfast was a joke. It was an act of congress to get a bowl and milk for cereal. Its seems the folks here are lazy, lack attention to detail and just don’t care. I will NEVER be back.

    So, the location was phenomenal. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Waffles were amazing. Air was blowing cold and that is a huge plus.

    We really enjoyed our stay a few weeks ago. It's close to several places to eat, and not too far of a drive from the museums we came to see. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool and fast internet. Our only complaint was our room did not get cool enough to our liking.
