Had a wonderful dinner here. Food was so good and my husband loved the Draft Club Beer and Philly Cheese Steak. I had the grape leaf appetizers plus the crispy chicken sandwich and they were delicious! Play place for kids and restrooms on first level. Each floor has a different dinning experience. Really enjoyed the sit-down restaurant. Ready to go again!

Wow !!! An amazing lunchtime here today. It's my second visit so I can conveniently review the place with confidence. The service and waiters are amazing really. The waiters are all on alert,no one sitting or standing idly around. They care about the clients meal and time here. They are well trained for the job I'll say. The same waiter served me the last time,he did well. I will like to list the highlight of the place at lunchtime today; *very tasty and freshly fried chicken and French fries. Fresh from the oven *The loyalty card *Nice ambience *Table service(serving clearing cleaning) top class Transport either private or public is good to access the place,the location is excellent. One thing is that it's not accessible to wheelchair or other special need. It's upstairs.

Had a great family lunch at Monroe Chicken and Bar. Living in Southern Italy and not getting a chance to have chicken had taken a toll on me, but Monroe uplifted my spirits again and the food was delicious. The service was prompt and professional and we got our food in no time. The place is decorated with wonderful works from various artists showcasing their talents. There is a game room downstairs for the kids and a nice open air bar on the third floor.

This place is honestly amazing. The staff here are ALWAYS pleasant and greet you with a smile and are suuuper pleasant to be around. This is top tier customer service. The two that I see when I'm there usually are Arthur and Abba and one more who's name I did not catch. Aside from the fact that the food is also AMAZING, those 2 arthur and abba alone are enough reason for me to keep coming back. This place is top of the line seriously.

Monroe Chicken is one of the luxurious and best restaurants in town. When I first visited the restaurant, I played over an hour at the indoor playground for kids, watch TV and read a lot of histories before ordering my food. Monroe Chicken is the Best!

Truly unremarkable. Three stars is generous, only because we had caring personal attention from the owners. The chicken was average. First fries were tepid, so they were replaced with fresh fries that were barely salted. Onion rings were just dreadful, and actually inedible -- I make far better at home. Very poor attention to hygiene, whether during a pandemic or otherwise -- the woman at the counter put the pen that you are supposed to sign with in her mouth! Eeuuwww...

Wow, this place was awesome. Loved the food, the servers were all super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. There are 3 floors where you can eat, and each one offers a different experience. First floor is more for families and children, 2nd floor is more like a restaurant, and a small 3rd floor is more formal. Food was excellent! Nice menu with a lot of options, from fast food to more formal restaurant style food. We ordered a variety of items and everyone in our group was very happy. Oh and they even had beer on draft!! Highly recommend especially for foreigners who aren't really sure where to go or if they can trust the food. This place is perfect!
