Worst Dairy Queen in the area I’ve been 10 times and each time I’ve experienced worse customer service than any place I’ve been. Save your money and go to Culver’s. I’d give negative stars if google would let me.

Looking for a job, can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to see if this location is even hiring before I even bother with the online application process. Maybe the manager is busy yelling and cussing at the crew?

I haven't had food from here in a while. But the ice creams are delicious. I'm giving 2 stars because every time I've come, there's a manager or someone who's in charge yelling at the employees. Not just a "hurry up and make orders" but literally cussing at them.

We like to go here occasionally after dinner or after a day of shopping. It wasn't busy so we figured 4 people simply wanting ice cream wouldn't be too bad. Wrong. It took quite a bit of time to get these 4 simple items. There was only a family of 5 and 1 employee *on break* in the dining area. Over 3/4 of the tables were dirty. There was ice cream that had been dripped on the floor from the front door all the way back to the bathrooms. Also quite a bit of food particles and ice cream on the floors between, under and around the tables. Not to mention sticky chairs. From the area where you pick up your order, we could see at least 5 if not more employees. It wasn't busy in drive through and the lobby/front entrance can be seen from the front counter. WHY wasn't anyone coming out to check the condition of the dining area?? Or cleaning up ice cream all over the floor?? The employee on break didn't seem to care that the dining area looked like a food fight had happened. The conversation heard from the employees was basically 'who should be doing what' and 'I'm trying to help out don't you see that'. Where is the manager?? Why wasn't anyone checking the front? The condition of this restaurant has gone down hill very fast. Customer satisfaction is a key ingredient in keeping a business strong. I've always told my employees in past jobs 'you have time to lean, you have time to clean.' Whoever is in charge of this restaurant doesn't seem to care that people don't want/care to eat in a dirty restaurant. And that they will find other places to frequent. We won't be returning here.

The young lady that waited on us was just wonderful. Well mannered, very polite and seemed to enjoy her job. Would recommend this place for everyone and anyone of all ages.

We went through the drive thru for some ice cream and blizzards. I do not like spending $16 for 3 ice creams, but I guess for special occasions I will let it slide.

I will NEVER go back to this location after how I was treated today by the staff and the manager. Today around 3 pm my husband and I stopped by to get some lunch on my break in between shifts (I’m working a double) we go in and was not greeted . Then a young girl comes up behind us and rudely asked if it was for here or Togo. We replied to give us just a moment to look the entire time the girl had an attitude. We place our order and ask for our blizzards to come out after we eat. We get our drinks and sit down. A few moments go by and the same girl comes out with our food and SLAMMS it on the table. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in and we were very kind and polite. Once she slammed our food down it upset me. So I asked my husband to get a bag so we could take our food Togo. The girl replied in the rudest of ways.!I manage a restaurant and would never let an employee act this way. We get in the car and I’m still very upset so I ask my husband to go in and talk to a manager which he does and the manager states the employee is always like that and that she is young and this is her first job. That is no excuse. Then my husband proceeds to ask for a refund and the manager made a rude remark about me to my husband The young lady’s name is Abigail. I did not get the managers name but I will never be back this is no way to treat a customer whether you are young or not. Everyone should be treated with respect. This employee needs to be shown how to talk to customers and shown proper customer service

Went to Dairy Queen tonight after a long day at work. 9:20 pm . I was craving a chili cheese dog! I was told that they were out of Chili. I was like darn, that's the reason I came tonight, I guess I'll have to pass. Very nicely! The lady taking my order said , ok. Fine by us we don't need your business anyways! Holy cow I did not expect that! My fiance actually owns a nearby restaurant and I could have very easily just ordered from there but I decided to give Dairy Queen my business which will not happen again. Just wow.

I was surprised by this place, to be honest. I expected a lot less. When I walked in the front door and got into line was when I realized how clean this establishment is. You can see all the way into the kitchen and it was also very clean. The bathrooms were small but kept well. The food came out fast enough and was brought to our table. The food was good. All in all this is a good place to eat for families or lunch breaks. I think I was in and out in about 30 or 45 minutes. I ate inside, the air was up a little too high though, but working in a kitchen gets hot. I get it.
