We
like
to
go
here
occasionally
after
dinner
or
after
a
day
of
shopping.
It
wasn't
busy
so
we
figured
4
people
simply
wanting
ice
cream
wouldn't
be
too
bad.
Wrong.
It
took
quite
a
bit
of
time
to
get
these
4
simple
items.
There
was
only
a
family
of
5
and
1
employee
*on
break*
in
the
dining
area.
Over
3/4
of
the
tables
were
dirty.
There
was
ice
cream
that
had
been
dripped
on
the
floor
from
the
front
door
all
the
way
back
to
the
bathrooms.
Also
quite
a
bit
of
food
particles
and
ice
cream
on
the
floors
between,
under
and
around
the
tables.
Not
to
mention
sticky
chairs.
From
the
area
where
you
pick
up
your
order,
we
could
see
at
least
5
if
not
more
employees.
It
wasn't
busy
in
drive
through
and
the
lobby/front
entrance
can
be
seen
from
the
front
counter.
WHY
wasn't
anyone
coming
out
to
check
the
condition
of
the
dining
area??
Or
cleaning
up
ice
cream
all
over
the
floor??
The
employee
on
break
didn't
seem
to
care
that
the
dining
area
looked
like
a
food
fight
had
happened.
The
conversation
heard
from
the
employees
was
basically
'who
should
be
doing
what'
and
'I'm
trying
to
help
out
don't
you
see
that'.
Where
is
the
manager??
Why
wasn't
anyone
checking
the
front?
The
condition
of
this
restaurant
has
gone
down
hill
very
fast.
Customer
satisfaction
is
a
key
ingredient
in
keeping
a
business
strong.
I've
always
told
my
employees
in
past
jobs
'you
have
time
to
lean,
you
have
time
to
clean.'
Whoever
is
in
charge
of
this
restaurant
doesn't
seem
to
care
that
people
don't
want/care
to
eat
in
a
dirty
restaurant.
And
that
they
will
find
other
places
to
frequent.
We
won't
be
returning
here.
