This shop open until late. I was looking for a café around the city and it was open. Was so good to find a place to drink a hot drink.

today we went into mcdonald’s and sat at a table on the side of the entrance, and there are some teenagers sat behind us. they threw food at us, shouting abusive language etc. we told staff and problem was solved instantly, and they were kicked out. great service and great restaurant :)

This branch of McDonald's I give 5 stars for atmosphere, thanks to the fun guys behind the counter, singing along to the music and generally enjoying being together and working like well oiled gears!

Not sure what's the deal? All McDonald's have been very good with the social distancing around Hampshire, but this one and Dover North were a total health hazard, Dover way worse.. But here no door staff so nobody cleaning hands on entry or wearing masks, place was dirty, bins full, struggle to seat as tables not cleaned or clear, never saw order screen or doors being cleaned... a chav flying around on elec scooter and not spoken too, staff seem scared of these youngsters... Best advice find another branch, just not Dover 🤢🤢

Have a word with whoevers making those hot chocolates today. They taste incredibly watery compared to previous ones iv had. Shame as i rather like this branch usually

I had come to mcdonalds beacuse i thought i can get a quick coffee before college only to have to wait half an hour just to get it with maybe the off chance its just hot water as it was what i got, not only that if your looking for a hot spot for angery customers this is your place to go highly recommend to avoid, park farm is far better and safer. If your wanting a coffee go to either a local cafe or even the costa get far better service in there then you would here.

Being a vegetarian there's not a great deal for me to eat and usally use McDs for convenience like on this occasion had the Mc plant burger..i ordered it using the screen + Table service the waitress came over to my table at a fast pace supplying a selection of sauce s the Result Burger was Hot and cooked perfectly and the fries where hot .

I had an issue with my order and the staff member Connor was extremely understanding and helpful to correct it and provided an amazing customer service and I am fully satisfied (he deserves a bonus)

Clean and spacious restaurant. Usual high McDonald's quality.

I had a rather bad experience today at McDonald’s, as I have a big family to feed I had to order 10 ketchups and when I looked in the bag there was a complete 0 ketchups I can’t believe this rubbish service I shall not be coming back from now on I’m going to park farm🗣️

Staff was very efficient, friendly and happy,food was good as always and it was clean and tidy.

Filled with horrible children invading personal space and being obnoxious. One group started throwing stuff at each other and a coin zipped past my head. I have PTSD startling me isn't a good idea. I stood up turned to them and gave them an Anders brevick stare. They left. Staff chose to ignore the disruption they were causing.

I have never dined in and don't plan to. The place is usually pretty crowded with loud kids and doesn't look that clean. The food sometimes isn't warm enough. Not the best McDonalds.

All good, but the display says the food is ready for collection before it actually is.

My order number was 27 and it was not showing in the display. I asked the guy at counter. He asked me"did you pay for it?" Its worst service compared to canterbury McD where I live.

Tom the manager went above and beyond, to rectify a delivery problem. A real asset to the company. Thank you.

It was really busy...the lady working was really nice and took our tray and offered to do it herself. Very sweet and accommodating.

McDonald's is what it is. Standard of food normal, service was the usual in good time for business and atmosphere was created by the customers

The food was hot for a change. The restaurant gave an instant uneasy feeling on entry. Our table hadn't been wiped from the last customers. We had to sit there and wipe it ourselves as it was the only table left, with enough spaces. There are only 2 ladies, toilets which had no toilet roll and aren't very big at all.

I ordered the Big Tasty. I took a bite and could feel something strange and hard so I took it out to see what it was. Thank God I did! For whatever reason there was a long bit of plastic INSIDE my burger and once I had unfolded it I realised that if I had swallowed it I would have chocked on it as this thing was basically the size of the whole burger. This is really scary as it is such a risk towards customers, maybe a worker thought it would be funny to carefully fold up a row of plastic and hide it in the burger? Absolutely disgusted with this place. Ive already told around 30 people who said they wont be going there to order food again and I plan to tell many many more :)

That's the best quality McDonald's I've tried so far. Has a few places to sit, but orders are processed really fast.

Come here with your kids if you'd like to hear people shouting and swearing at strangers across the restaurant, while the staff and management act like nothing is happening. Otherwise, plenty of other nice places to eat in Folkestone.

Food ready and prepared quickly. It was very tasty. Saw a worker who's been there many years and had a chat. The whole experience at McDonalds was very good.

Magnet for the worst Folkestone has to offer. You really get to see what McDonalds food does to people's brains. Staff just seem to shrug and accept the language and aggressive behaviour. Avoid.

This restaurant needs to get rid of the skanks that hang around! Mac muffin bun is getting smaller and could've been fresher. Hash brown was too oily. Rubbish Macdonald's as they go.

We went to thus McDonald's while the airshow was on. It was well organised with one way in and one way out so everyone was queuing instead of there being loads of people everywhere. We managed to order quite quickly and our food didn't take long to be given to us. We took our food out with us because it was so busy so limited setting but that's what you would expect when a big event is on. All in all I think they handled it well.

No napkins and the kitchen equipment screaming and bleeping constantly. Felt like I was in an operating theatre. Hash browns were scorching hot yet undercooked and the sausage and egg mcmuffin was warm and tasted funny. Probably wont go back there again

It's pretty hit & miss here to be honest... and they seem to try and skimp you out of a cup holder when ordering take away with multiple drinks... don't make sense but ah well...

Absolutely shocking!! me and my boyfriend went to just grab some quick dinner after we finished our shift we went in and sat down and was surrounded by school children, normally we arent bothered by this however this group of children CONTINUOUSLY went round between our table and a few others asking for “kings” to roll a cigarette, they must have been 13 at the eldest, they were acting like wild animals costantly going around mocking random customers and being an absolute nuisance McDonald’s should have something enforced against this kind of behaviour!

Forty litter strewn outside waited 15 mins to get portion of veggie bites had no soft drinks eg mango or other suggestions made ended up with a really not wanted with milk shake then told they had no sour cream and chives no mayonnaise or salad cream dips eventually had to settle for kethup I counted 16 people who came in after me got their food before me at increased prices £6 something wouldnt go there again .

It'd good like most McDonald's are. A double Big tasty on the menu would be good and all year round not just a promotion and pancakes all day would be nice but they will never do that. Plus no mayo sachet is always a let down.

I have already commented on McDonald, mostly to say that it does what it says, fast food. And everywhere in the World, when u walk into a McDo, you know what you'll get. Today, i would like to speak about the restaurant, meaning when you eat in. Again, it is fast food so you cant expect the same service as a regular restaurant, but for the time I stayed for lunch, an alarm has been going on non stop, sometime joined by another one or 2... I know that McDo aim and moto is quick, fast, chop chop, in and out. In fact, i have read somewhere that in order for the customers to stay at the restaurant as little as possible, the tables and chairs were made lower than what is usually the norm and the colours of McDo, yellow and red had carefully been chosen for not going together, so badly clashing, hence pushing you out as soon as you've had the last bite of your burger! Well, today I doubt I will eat in again! For info, the McDonalds I went in today is located in the town center of Folkstone..

Great little mcds. Staff were on hand too clean tables and was great service.

Food is ok if you need something quick, polite staff, clean, touch screen for self serve, no drive through and no parking unless you are disabled and can park right outside. Seating was not great but was very busy managed to find somewhere in the end.

The place was busy. I saw the children all sitting at a long bench playing games on tablets and looking as if they were enjoying themselves. The premises were neat and tidy and my order was served in good time by friendly staff

Tall lady manager today 28/6/23 midday motivating staff in a lovely genial atmosphere. Food much improved. Waiter service with an extremely helpful team member.
