Decent place, could use a water fountain/water bottle refill area because I was parched after going through the tunnel and could have refilled my bottle there in preparation (was looking for a spot). Washrooms are very nice and good capacity.

Our crossing time was postponed twice with no explanation. We eventually travelled one hour and fifty minutes later than booked. Our son and daughter in law, who also had the same crossing time but in the high vehicle train, were postponed by two and a half hours so that we could not drive through France together and arrived at our destination separately, very late. This is far from acceptable, especially as our tickets cost five times more than before covid. What on earth has happened to this previously excellent service? Why book so many cars if you don't have the capacity for them? After 20 years of frequent travel (which Eurotunnel no longer provides tickets for) we will be seriously considering a ferry crossing next time.

OK so we were here in the middle of the night (3.30 for a 5.00 crossing), Starbucks apart, there was absolutely nothing (apart from the toilets) open. The cost of tickets, at peak season, do not fall for early morning crossings to sufficiently compensate for the total lack of services here.

Took our dog Barney over to France and Iโ€™ve got to say how easy and straightforward the crossing was. The lady in the pet reception was very friendly and helpful and even got us on an earlier crossing. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

This place clean and tidy but unfortunately came after midnight everything was closed. Only automatic vending machine operated during midnight.

Good facilities inside the main building, plenty of car parking and one for larger vehicles too, last few times we've been through very quickly and the staff loading and the ones on the train have been great as well, once we had to have the van x-rayed so had to get out and the waiting area was appalling as it's open to the wind and rain but it was a few years ago so might be better now.

Nice terminal, very clean, good range of shops and services but my only suggestion would be more 24 hour or shops with earlier opening hours. We only had Starbucks to choose from at that time, I think the rest of the stores opened at 5am. And at 4am there were a lot of customer already in the terminal building. Toilets were clean and parking outside was pretty straightforward.

I recently traveled through the Eurotunnel Terminal Building in Folkestone and was impressed with the efficiency of the operation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I was able to snag a nice pair of sunglasses at a discount in one of the shops! Make sure you ask for a money off leaflet in the shop. Overall, a great experience that I would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

The food outlets arenโ€™t open 24hr and there was only a Burger King or Starbucks open when we visited. No real options for buying something non greasy for a dinner so we just made something ourselves in the camper van and ate outside. The toilets were pretty clean and tidy and the waiting area seemed well maintained too. Not much to keep you entertained or occupied here particularly in the evenings so Iโ€™d advise to eat elsewhere before arriving or bring something of your own.

Good clean toilets, plenty of them too, so no long waits. Plenty of fast food choices and places to sit. Duty free shop had good offers on.

We have only been to the Pet Reception. A very friendly gentleman helped us. There was a sign at the side of the desk which explained their policy regarding aggression etc and how they can make use of their right to deny you access to the train. I assume that sign is somehow necessary, but I just donโ€™t understand it. The staff at the reception desk in England as well as in France is always so friendly.

Very efficient and well organised, but don't arrive too early!

Up there with the best airport terminals. Clean, spacious, and with retail, and food and beverage options to take advantage of while you wait for your train. Entrances are all flat and very accessible. Pets are welcomed with their own lounge. Very impressed.

Despite there being massive delays to the point of the car park being full the terminal building operated very well and efficient without many queues and with a few spaces for people to sit down. Dogs are allowed inside which is a real plus and there is a great outside area for dogs to walk (including a special isolated section for female dogs in heat) There is also a very decent selection of shops inside with the staff being very polite. Overall I was surprised with how good this terminal was!

It is practical. A place where you can find some restaurants to eat (fast ones, as i remember). A Starbucks, if you need tea or a coffee โ˜•๏ธ you can also find a shop where you can buy some souvenirs and some chocolate if you want to. And more importantly, for every traveler, you can find toilets ๐Ÿšป

Easy to get to. Straight forward. Showed passports twice, went through security..parked up right outside main building...burger King, duty free..drove straight on and off the train really easy.on the other side in France just drove straight off the train straight onto the motorway..no stopping....amazing first time...Will definitely do it again

Excellent experience, it was very congested early morning in peak season but immigration and customs checks are hardly the responsibility of Eurotunnel. Great crossing both ways, didnโ€™t like having to exit my car to let customs look in the back in a thunderstorm much, but again not the fault of the company. Much better than a car ferry.

Sufficient parking (all free). Seating inside - not always enough. Duty free shop well stocked with everything you could need. Starbucks and a few other eateries are there too. Toilets were clean.

Not too busy today. Good, clean facilities and several places to eat. Nice to see more EV chargers being installed alongside the Tesla ones.

Crossing the channel in 35 minutes is great, but its much more expensive since COVID. Prices need to come down. Not many people there when we visited...are people staying away because of Prices snd Brexit.

Very busy on the day we arrived as the tunnel was suffering from delays so lots of people having to hang around for a few hours. Huge queues at the Starbucks. Genuinely good offers for wines and spirits in the duty free shop though

We arrived about 45 min early for our crossing and took a comfort break and drank a truly awful coffee made with boiling water, FFS! To say the place gets the use it does the facilities were pretty good really.

Bearing in mind that it was quite when we travelled, checking in was painless, passport control was quick. Only had time for a quick coffee โ˜•๏ธ before boarding the train, so I can't comment on the facilities too much, although the toilets were very clean.

For food maybe good if you love fast food. Nothing else. Everything dirty like always, seats, toilets, around building. Staff on LaShutle service are full of ignorance. But they know you don't have to many choices to travel to Europe, so make huge amount of money and spend nothing.

Food, duty free shops and toilet available. Also there are 8 Tesla superchargers so thatโ€™s pretty neat.

We arrived early to get our 2 dogs checked through pet passport, the male attendant was very friendly helpful and understanding as one of our dogs is frightened of people and new places. Dogs were cleared with ease. We were then put on an earlier train. Passport control fluid no issues, gas bottle check and on our way. The boarding facilitator was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a once again great experience.

Very easy, no queue at pet reception and, as I arrived early they offered me an earlier train instead of waiting about. Staff very helpful throughout

It was empty. Seams Brexit taking its toll. See pictures. That was during school holiday.๐Ÿ˜‚

Nice building. Clean and tidy. Good range of facilities. Also has EUR atm.

So Eurotunnel charged way over double the standard price saying on their Web site that this was an extremely busy period for them. As you can see in the photo it was empty. Either no one was booking due to the high cost or they all cancelled due to COVID!

Good experience on the way back to the UK, not so good on the way out a week earlier. I suppose a power cable failure isn't something you plan for at the start of a term holiday. But customer experience could be greatly improved in such cases. For one thing: there was no cold water on site in all the 10 hours we waited for our train to depart...
