Staff was really rude. Was hoping to pick up the new pair of Ralph Lauren's and maybe some Maui Jim's. Instead purchased nothing due to rude employees. Still looking for new sunglasses. I will be damned if I buy from them again though. Not going to happen.

Same issue I see on here many times. I bought sunglasses here went back to return them and the Manager told me I could not because there was a scratch on the lens which didn't exist. Sounds like this is what they do so rhey don't have any returns. I filed a complaint with Sunglass Hut corporate.

I wish I could give them negative stars.when I bought shades as a gift, they sold me one with scratches on the glass which is invisible to naked eye and when I went back to return salesperson at the desk said he sees some scratches with magnifying glass. They are cheating people with double standards

They refuse returns saying your lenses are scratched even when they are not.

Our sales person was so helpful! She helped me find a pair of sunglasses that complemented my skin tone and face shape. She also cleaned the pairs we purchased to make sure we left the store with our glasses in perfect condition. I couldn't have had a better experience!

When I went to go pick up my online order at 5:45pm the store was closed up even though they don't close until 8pm. Looked in the window and there was 2 employees inside and one looked at me and went back to working. Knocked and called and no one answered. I at least wanted to know if they werr closed for a few minutes or the rest of the night so that I had the option to wait rather than coming up there again.

Lots of selection and styles , prices moderate-to-high but lots of brand names. If you really want a good pair of sunglasses you could probably find it here.
