So let me say for the price, this place is very worth it. We stayed here for only $100 so, remember you get what you pay for. Pros: Staff is warm, friendly, and energetic. They seem happy to be there and enthusiastically support customers (except for maybe pool cleaning). Nice location but a pain to leave the site (right turn only). Not a bad place to stay. Cons: So while the rooms were clean enough, the pool and hot tub were filthy (see pictures). The front desk assured us we they get cleaned every day, however the scum stuck on there says otherwise. There were chunks of "stuff" floating in there, and the pool was cloudy. This isn't from one day...everything is caked on there. I felt really gross being in the hot tub and pool.๐Ÿ˜ฌ In closing, it's a decent place. I could come back but I wouldn't swim in anything there unless it's cleaned up.

Double hold on my card despite leaving due to bugs on the mattress in room 525, smashed food on the ottoman, and mold in the bathrooms-this place is so desperately in need of a total overhaul and fumigation. The two rooms I tried both smelled bad. Both were not cleaned well. Beds weren't made well. Front desk was very nice but nice doesn't make up for an infestation of what I was later told were carpet beetles on the mattress. ๐Ÿคฎ

Max is an amazing person to ask for all your queries! He even watched my door while I quickly got someone's attention! He is kind, and very patient! We kept asking him to open the door and he did so no problems no questions. 5/5

We had an amazing stay. I had surgery and needed a place to recover. The staff was very accommodating and even had a wheelchair ready and available. The beds were firm but not hard which is what I was looking for in a mattress. We also needed a lot of extra pillows and they were so kind to accommodate us.

The hotel and service was outstanding. I have no complaints about the property itself, but the location and view really had a LOT to be desired. I booked on line and thought I was staying at the one near Old Town Folsom. Anyway, the gym was open and no mask was required, so that was a nice break.

Love the digital key option. Room was clean and nice. Dont think you are getting a decent breakfast....it was horrible. No fresh creamer for coffee, powdered eggs, muffins cold and hard. One waffle maker caused backup line with 20 minute wait. And, we had been mysteriously "checked out" of our room when we went to breakfast at 9 a.m., and had to call the front desk to let us back in!

Right off freeway 50. Lots of food options around the area and shopping. We went to the buffet at Red Hawk Casino which was only about 15 minutes away. Folsom is beautiful. Breakfast was good and the staff at the hotel were super friendly.

Overall, it was a nice experience. The breakfast menu was different every morning and very delicious. The comforter and pillows were comfy and cozy. The facilities/janitorial staff were great at clearing the trash we set outside our room door and also quick in responding to our requests for more towels and sheets. The location is perfect and surrounded by great restaurants and grocery stores. The reason I took 2 stars away is because the pool and hot tub did not look well maintained. Our room looked a bit outdated. I usually am given an option on the app to choose which room I would like to stay in but during this stay, the hotel chose it for me. When we first arrived, the lady at the front desk was not very inviting and even when we would pass through the lobby it was the same reaction from her and a different lady. Not sure why but I hope it's not because of our race or that my son is autistic and could be a bit loud when walking down the hall. But as mentioned, overall, it was a nice experience.

Very nice hotel, was pleasantly surprised. Much nicer than some high end resorts Iโ€™ve stayed at. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a wide array of options available. The beds and pillows were comfy and clean. I do have to mention that the floor is very dirty from guests dirty shoes, our socks were stained with dirt (as expected). Definitely bring slippers / socks for your stay. Also, the coffee machine is in the bathroom. What?? That was definitely strange and gave us a good laugh. We did not end up making any coffee LOL. Love the large fridge and microwave. That was a big plus. Location is great and very close proximity to food and shopping. We ended up walking to have dinner. Would definitely return! We enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the price. The rooms are very small. The hotel interior is ugly. It's one step above days inn. My boyfriend described it perfectly saying, "it's not up to Hampton standards". The staff was very nice. The pool was a mess. Literally we chose this hotel for the pool but for $300 a night you think that you could keep the pool area clean. They literally have junk around the pool. The safety bar of the pool had fully rusted off. My daughter slipped and fell in the pool. She wasn't hurt but we let staff know. By the next morning they had closed the pool and begun repairs. The free breakfast was small but the kids loved it. I almost slipped in the bathroom because the tile suck and they don't give you bath mats. I forgot my razor the front desk gave me a free razor and shaving cream. I didn't know hotels did that. It was a good time but the price just wasn't worth it.

Great staff who get to know their regular customers and treat them like royalty! My son in law is a truck driver. So we occasionally go there when he's on his 3 day route. Love this place! It's a mini vacation for me.

The staff was friendly and helpful with my stay. The rooms were clean and so nice. I felt like I was at my own house.

Clean hotel but definitely in need of a refresh. Furniture in the public areas is pretty beat up and not very clean. Super slow elevator so we took the stairs all the time. Decent pillows and mattresses, very small TV's. Nice quiet AC units. The breakfast was quite a let down. Very limited choices. The scrambled eggs looked like they were ground in a food processor after they were cooked and very bland. Some of the worst coffee ever. Pool was closed which they did not mention when I placed the reservation. Very nice helpful staff though. Close to many restaurants and shops.

Not the best stay at all. Our athletic team was staying at this hotel and all of our keys failed to work 5 minutes after we received them from the front desk. After being reprogrammed, 2 hours later, and they didnโ€™t work again. Very disappointing. The pool complex is also closed until May 31st. Breakfast was actually better than expected, fresh waffles and more options than usual. Overall not the best stay though, and, for the money, you can find much better.

Adrian (breakfast team) and Pahola made our stay one of the best! After canceling the stay at Hampton Rancho Cordoba (Because it's dirty rooms) and booking at last minute at Folsom front desk team is awesome, rooms clean and bedding one of the best! 5+*******... for this hotel. Definitely I recommend. Breakfast is different every day and Adrian is super friendly. See you soon awesome team!

Front desk clerks vary by day most are very pleasant. The mgr is a bit touchy and intrusive. But it is the area you are in a bit bougie. I think the hotel is a tad overpriced for what it is but again itโ€™s the area. Most of my stays hear are pleasant just a tad overpriced. Mixed variety of guests that stay here. From business executive to construction workers.

Breakfast was ok. Kids running around during breakfast touching everything.... We were on the 3rd floor and the room above was so noisy during the night that we had to call for front desk help. Sounded like bowling balls dropping or furniture moving. 10 pm.

Great breakfast. Great location. Great indoor pool. Good, clean room. Okay beds (not firm enough for our preference). Great price over Labor Day weekend for 2 nights.

I had a fantastic stay here. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and much more spacious than I expected. The A/C worked great, which is important in Folsom in July. On the third floor, it was very quiet, even on the weekend. The interior is somewhat dated, but they nailed the important parts (clean, quiet, comfortable).

I had a week of self-driving tour and this hotel had the worst experience. The hotel's hair dryer is too old, and after taking it out, it cannot be fixed securely, and it is easy to slide down and hit your toes.

Worst Hilton owned hotel I have ever stayed out. Staff is rude the halls and rooms feel like a sauna. The place is so loud that you can't even sleep. Don't stay close to the pool it's open tell 12am and it's a party out there. The front desk won't do anything about excessive noise coming from people's rooms. If you like to sweat and not sleep this is the place for you.

The staff hospitable and helpful. The room nice and clean. I used the pool and area was clean and stocked well with towels. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of items choices.

Was told could have one time for a late checkout when I called the hotel but then was told an hour earlier when I arrived, which did not work for our plans. Need consistency. Reasoning I could not have the later checkout was because the hotel was "very busy" so needed the room, yet, I was able to pay for another night immediately. Though they discounted slightly, I had to pay for another night to accommodate our plans. Thankfully, appears we ended being charged for only one night at checkout as there was a different person checking us out, which was greatly appreciated. Still need some consistency though. Also tub did not drain properly but otherwise clean.

Room was comfy. Staff were nice. Location perfect. Gym was great with a variety of equipment all to yourself as it was rarely used by guests. The pool is small but perfect for little kids, elderly or disabled...they have hoist equipment for lowering the disabled. The hot tub is perfect after a tiring day. Breakfast is okay... scrambled eggs or omelette with sausages waffles, toasts, bagels, apple/banana, cereals, etc...all the usual fare. Overall a nice hotel.

Great room, clean property, friendly staff. Access to highway is a bit of a challenge. Leaving hotel highway access is to left, but the road is a no left turn. All intersections for approximately 1 mile are no u turns. It's a bit of a hassle.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Smells wonderful. Free coffee is delicious. The location is perfect across from a lot of shopping and food.

It was my second time here.. I felt it was old this time... Had lot of issues with the room door.. Key was not being detected by the door lock... Had to call Front desk multiple times... He was very friendly and helped everytime... Curtains were badly stained in the room which was really bad because cleanliness should be most priority right now... Full hot breakfast was complimentary which was really good... That was definitely an advantage of staying here... The chef at breakfast counter was really polite and helpful too...

Everywhere I go I always choose Hampton. The beds are always comfy and clean, plenty of space in the room and of course the breakfast (my favorite part) breakfast buffets are a thing of the past but Hampton still has 1. Thank you๐Ÿ‘

We had a great stay here - value for money, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast selection. They offer bagels, muffin, waffles, eggs, sausages, oatmeal and fruits. Wifi was fast and strong. Guest can also do their own laundry for free here. Fitness Center was compact and adequate for an upper body workout/cardio.

Average by Hampton standards. Would have liked more flexibility in a late check out, even when willing to pay extra for it. Rooms were fine. Location is good for the malls and Costco nearby. Breakfast is typical of Hampton Inn with a couple protein options, eggs in some fashion, sausage or bacon, and typical bread and cereal offerings. Pool and spa were closed when we came which is either by design or fluke because it was a swim meet and softball tournament weekend and would have been crazy.

We checked in and the room was hot. We spoke to the staff who offered us a box fan. Temperature was 70 and not cooling down. Then received a call at 930pm to say there was a noise compliant (which was not us) and they had to call every room. We have three children who were in bed sleeping when the call came. Talked to the front desk because of the heat and compliant and the front staff was rude and didn't care. Said they were "doing their job." We come to California twice a month for work and will never stay here again. Totally incompetent. I think motel 6 would be better at this point.

clean place, comfortable beds (but not the sofa pull out bed- that is as expected- very uncomfortable w/ thin mattress and the frame), decent pool area with good amount of seating and a small, fenced outdoor area. plenty of clean towels. the jets in hot tub need to be better, could use some cleaning or refinishing, but overall, it's a pool decent area. the complimentary breakfast is decent. the staff are pleasant and accommodating, the location is perfect to have a variety of food outside of the hotel and venture out to find things to do and see. short drive to cinemas/shopping/eateries. We stay here every time we go to Apple Hill in Camino, Ca. it's about 25 min drive. they're just as good as their Embassy Suites chain.

Toilet was plugged all night, portable air conditioner unit that was noisy and to small for room didn't cool well, I have never stayed in a room where the top sheet was tucked under the pillows so you ended up sleeping with just the spread would not recommend for the $195 we paid
