The highlight of this location is the live Wok court and food service. Compared to other Bel-Air's, this location lacks proper packaging/freshness with the lunch to go. I didn't the the quality of the sushi, sandwiches, or the salad's.

Bottom shelf produce at a premium price! For those who love paying top dollar for wilted lettuce and beat up fruits & vegetables, this is the store for you!!

Problem with stocking, always seems to be something on my grocery list that’s not in stock at this Bel Air.

I shop this store every week as it is near my house. Today I went to get deli meat and the guy behind counter was sweating so badly that I watched sweat drip from his head to the meat he was packaging for me. Needless to say I did not want it at that Point. I really like this store. So if anyone monitors reviews you may want to see why your staff is sweating so badly and explain why this is not good to serve customers this way.

The produce is often moldy, wilted or soft. Today, we were shopping for lemons and the bin had at least 5 rotten lemons and fruit flies flying around it. The deli department specialty cheese may also be kept at the wrong temp. I’ve looked for gambazola twice and both times it was a little pink inside the vacuum seal. Gambazola is a cross between Brie and Bleu, but should not have pink mold in it.

I came in for a single 20oz cold Coca-Cola. Usually, this would be an item near check-out. Not at this location. After wandering the store for a couple minutes I left with nothing. I opted for AM/PM where items are located in more logical places. Store was well kept though and for regular shoppers here it's probably a better experience knowing where items are hidden.

I have been here several times. Most of the employees here are not helpful or friendly. There is no customer service. When they say they will call you back, they do not mean it.

This store is always really clean. Everybody’s nice got a little more than a pound of Cherrywood bacon, which is my favorite.

Courteous professional employees. I can't believe that they have drunken monkey nightlight on top.. There are many beers and wines available it's available to sit down at the local bar with barbides and a gathering room. In short this is the best Beller I've ever been to.

Don't come here if you need service in the morning. I went to get a drink to go before work and they had one women doing EVERYTHING in the bakery. It took over 10 minutes when I realized not only was she doing drinks, she was getting pastries too, with no help ever, so i left without my drink. They set her up for failure and that's not fair for her or me. If the labor shortage is affecting the store, there should be a sign for customers that certain parts of the day will be slower.

Clean, well stocked, not too busy after work. Some of covid imposed baracades are gone. Like why was the end of the liquor row blocked?

I prefer the Bel-air in Cameron Park, but I live closer to this one. Store is nice and clean, and staff are helpful.

This location consistently sells expired and rotten meat and cheese. I will go out of my way to not return despite the convenient location.

😠 You can easily tell that this particular Walmart is not well-managed. The issue is not the number of employees as there appear to be more than enough hanging out and talking to each other. My guess is the issue is a complete lack of leader ship. What do you think after looking at these pictures?
