We dined at the Olive Garden located in the city of Folsom, CA. We ordered the "Tour of Italy", Fried Calamari, Shrimp Fritto Misto and the salad & breadsticks. The portions were generous, we had to pack the leftovers to go. The foods were delicious. Heaven was our waitress. She was very delightful and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.

I feel so sick to my stomach. After ordering the zuppa toscana and eating a bowl they brought out my second bowl. I thought it was seasoning but it turns out the soup was covered in bugs. I had already eaten a bowl filled with them. I let them know and I saw people still eating the soup when we left.

Caterer was amazing. Food was incredible. Made my mouth water just thinking about it. Huge menu and beautifully made and presented food. Loved the caterer, he made the experience amazing. Thanks too him, my wife's birthday was phenomenal. Thank you Olive Garden.

The Service person was great. However, the food sucks. We didn’t receive our complete order. The service person requested the entire order, which took forever from the kitchen staff. On top of everything, they ran out of carry-out and had to give out small carry-out. We were informed they ran out early on the day of the large carry-out. There is a SAM Club in the same complex. This fall on the management. This Oliver Garden is recommend

We had a late lunch in June of 2023. We ordered soup & salad and garlic stick bread & tea for 2. We split the black tie mouse. Total with 20% tip = $50. That seems pricey to me. I wonder if we hadn't gotten bottomless soup & salad (which we didn't take advantage of) what our cost would be? I wish we were given the choice. The waitress cut our cake in half perfectly. I will go less often at these high prices. There is nothing special about the minestrone soup and salad. I would prefer real garlic bread over the garlic bread sticks. The food was good, but not great, especially for the price. The value wasn't there for me.

We felt rushed when there. First, the restaurant was almost empty, but they wanted to sit out family in the bar area. Minimal salad given. Not a relaxing time as the waitress kept asking if we needed boxes while we were still eating. We got better service on Sunday when the restaurant was full. We did have a male server Sunday, a long time employee. I had not seen this waitress before. Also, all enter should be served at the same time.

Love this place I had the tour of Italy This is one of my faves I save the left overs and I eat it all day long. This place is awesome. Pearl and Randy

My wife and I with there on I anniversary and the service was fantastic. The waiter was very helpful. When I got my food it was cold I informed the waiter that my food was cold in he took it back just so happens I seen the manager asking him what was wrong apparently the manager took food back in brought back the food which was just right. About 20 minutes later the manager came back and ask me was it just right I informed him it was excellent. Thank for your hospitality.

Was there for my birthday, Kalia was awesome. Also had free dessert (chose Tiramisù of course 😋). Food as usual delicious.

Olive garden has lost much of its charm in recent years. The food isn't bad but you can tell the place is run by accountants rather than chefs. On bringing breadsticks to our table the waiter remarked that it was unusual to have 4 breadsticks at a table for two since "policy" called for three. Likewise she said that "policy" called for two slices of tomato and three olives in each bowl of salad brought out. I wonder how much study on cost and consumption rates went into all that... Only bean counters think this way, certainly not Italian chefs!

Terry was our waiter. He honestly is the best waiter I have ever seen. Attentive and on top of all his guests. All while working hard the entire hour. I cant compliment his skills enough. The chicken carbonara was fabulous and so was the calamari. They served so much food that I we could only take a couple bites of our entree. The food was good but the service is what made the resturaunt worth the tip. I would eat anywhere that Terry is working.

All the food was incredibly delicious! The shrimp was cooked perfectly as was the salmon. Our server was just the right amount of attentive while not pestering us. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. Good amount of food for the price.

Every time I come here on my lunch break, it’s an issue. I come alone and it’s always a long wait with servers not attending to me but everyone surrounding me. Then, I come and there’s at least 10 open booths with hardly any customers in the restaurant and now it’s a “10-15 min wait” for me to be seated. But everyone who walked in after me, didn’t have to wait. Starting to believe it’s a racial issue here. Highly disappointed in the service at this location. Will never give them my business again.

Me and my mother in law came in today and we had Terry as a server. He was a very nice man and very responsive. He was timely knowing we were in a rush. He definitely is the best customer service person I have met at an Olive Garden let alone any other restaurant. Not to say the rest of their staff are not because they were so respectful and opened our doors and carried wine out to our car!

This was our first time ever at Olive Garden, and it was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and good at his job. I had the soup & salad, with chicken gnocchi soup, and I'm very picky about gnocchi, as it was a childhood favorite of mine. The dumplings were tasty and great texture. My husband really enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs as well.

Service is always good and the prices have stayed pretty steady. Food is always fresh also. We always get the calamari because it is a good size portion and it's better than most seafood restaurants. Plus you can't beat the bread sticks and salad!

Somehow in my 45 years I've never eaten at Olive Garden. I stopped for a late lunch, I was concerned because the parking lot was packed, but I did not wait to be seated. My server was outstanding, the wait was reasonable considering how busy it was. The food was good. Was it the best I've ever had? No, but it hit the spot and I have no complaints. Overall this location gave a very good first impression, for a chain that has a less than stellar reputation.

We had a wonderful experience dining for lunch at Olive Garden on Iron Point Rd. location in Folsom. This was a mother/daughter lunch date I had with my girls. Our server, Terry made this a lovely experience. He was kind, attentive, funny, intuitive and knew what we needed before we did! We never once had to ask for anything, he anticipated our needs and met each one with a joyful heart and a great personality! I would like to say, the best service I have ever encountered in my 60 years and can’t wait to go back with my family! The manager stopped by our table as well and was also very nice! And as usual, the food and wine was on point! Thank you Terry and thank you Olive Garden for a delicious and happy visit! 🙏❤️

Pleasantly surprised with this location. I hadn't been to olive garden in a while and the last time I went it wasn't so great. This time everything was perfect. Every worker that we encountered was happy and provided great service, especially our waiter Maximilian. He came back to refill our waters, soup, and bread sticks many times. I never had to wait for anything and I love that. He was also in a great mood, cracked jokes, and made it a fun experience. Food was all fresh and not over seasoned (like so many chain restaurants do). Kids meal is a great deal, too.

I ordered food at the bar to take out for a family of 4 for dinner. Drank a well made drink that was refreshing and the stall was wonderful. When I arrived at home,food was hot and delicious.

The waitress and staff were very nice, but my meal was not good. Very boring looking and even worse tasting. I had chicken masala with Alfredo noodles and the pasta was chewy and not cooked through. There was barely any Alfredo sauce on it also,(dry). The chicken was bland and had an odd texture. It was very sub par.

It was busy, so it took a little while for the food to come out, but that's to be expected. It came out hot and delicious, and our server, Josh, was awesome! He was on top of everything, took extra consideration for our split entree order, and had a great professionally candid vibe. Will definitely be returning to this location.
