something needs to be improved with this spot.. in the kitchen & servicing skills.. the bar is dope.. along with the bar tenders / attendees.. the rest needs to be re-examined & remain within quality standards of folsom.. its location is a walk to both theaters.. but this parking garage is perfect for smoking on top..

Stopped by on a Friday late evening (around 10pm) and the restaurant was empty. Literally not a single table seated besides 1-2 guest at the bar. We were seated right away and food came out promptly. I got my usual go-to royal Red Robin burger & it taste the same every single time. Amazing. Also ordered wings as appetizer and we enjoyed them.

Husband and I were out in Folsom doing some shopping and decided to have lunch here. I'd eaten at the Red Robin in Roseville and knew it's usually a good place to eat. We both ordered our burgers and asked the server to bring a basket of fries to start. He did. They were ice cold. I asked for a hot basket. He brought a "fresh" basket. They were slightly warm. Even the fries on on my plate with my burger were lukewarm. Burgers were good! He brings us a basket of fries when we were almost done with our meal. They were hot out of the fryer! Probably won't be going back to this restaurant.

I have never had a worse dining experience. My kids and I decided to go out to dinner on a Tuesday. We ordered quickly and our food came out in a reasonable time. My order was not as requested but I ate it without complaint. My son didn’t like his food, but he can be picky, so I just ordered another entree for him so we could continue to enjoy the evening out. I asked for a box for the meal he didn’t eat so I could eat it for lunch the next day. However, the waitress brought his new entree to go. I thought she just got mixed up, and let her know he would be eating it at the restaurant as they were slow and the rest of us still had plenty of food. We even asked for more fries. When she brought the fries out, she took our plates and drink glasses while we were basically still eating and rushed off. It was beyond rude. She never asked if we wanted refills, they were not busy and it was early evening. I had planned on ordering dessert but at that point just decided to leave. I called the restaurant when we got home and asked if I could have the manager’s name and was told they couldn’t pronounce it, that it was “Nick something.” This used to be a decent place to grab a burger but we have no desire to ever go back. Just a really unpleasant experience overall. I did leave a tip considering it could be a new/inexperienced server, but they have some serious training to do.

We had a great lunch with 3 boys 5-8 yrs old that are picky eaters! They ate more than me! And our server (Koda) was fantastic!

My daughter and I went to your restrurant this afternoon, October 28, 2023 around 4 pm. Since there were only two of us your hostess said we could go into the bar area and not have to be seated. We sat for approximately 10 minutes before a waitress came to our table. We reveived no menus and had to ask for them as the waitress walked be she held the menus upt to her face and told her cowokers that we seated ourselves. In addition we did not recieve any silverware or napkins. The barbeque chicken wrap was the worst I have ever had and based on the service and poor quailty of food and that our waitress never came back to see if we wanted more fries or anything, I will NOT be returning to your restrurant ever. I will be posting a review on Yelp as well

After a long day of my wife shopping and dragging me from location to far flung location I saw an Oasis of cold drinks and delicious food. My wife got a hamburger with egg on top and sweet potato fries while I chose a scorpion burger with Onion rings. I had a soda while my wife opted for a peach iced tea which I have to say from the taste I had was delicious. We had a wonderful dining experience with a super attentive and kind waiter.

Had such a wonderful time visiting with friends. Miguel was a terrific server who was pleasant and extremely attentive. We stayed way too long, but weren't rushed out!
