    I was followed in the store by security because I am black. I tried speaking with a manager at the store but all he told me to do was this survey. He did not address my concern. He did not speak with the security. I am very hurt. I am a kind hearted person who works hard and should not be misjudged by the color of my skin during my shopping experience. I went into the store today to purchase my son a power bank to charge his phone during our summer vacation road trips. After being watched, while no one else was being watched in this store, I felt high anxiety and uncomfortableness and the only answer your manager had was to address it in a survey when he could have addressed it himself at the time directly. This experience was with your staff was disrespectful and a careless act.

    this is likely the classiest target you will ever endure shopping at.. the inside is beautiful.. plenty of space between products so theres an open floor visibility.. it has all the name brand products stocked.. its slightly smaller than other targets but all the shelves actually have product.. so its about the same availability.. theres plenty of convenient parking..

    Terrible experience using the shipt delivery option. I paid $9.99 to have 6 storage bins delivered to my home as I was not able to go to the store to pick them up. The bins were delivered on time, however, they were missing the lids.. I notified the driver immediately as she had sent me a text message to tell me the items were delivered. She said the order did not have lids on it so she could not go back for the lids. I checked the site and the order and it does have lid in the description. Lids are not sold separately. They come with the bins. What good is a storage bin without a lid? I called the 800 # for Target on the website and they told me I would have to take the bins back to the store and get a refund. The whole reason I used the service is because I do not have time to go to the store. I paid to have this order delivered and now I am stuck with useless storage bins that didn't get delivered with their respective lids. Terrible service. Very disappointed and unhappy, both with Shipt delivery service and with Target for not making it right. They should have sent the driver back to the store to retrieve the lids. What a hassle.

    I bought a pair glasses from the Folsom store, and at the time of purchase, they informed me that I had a warranty for free replacements. Sometime later my glasses, we're scratched, and I inquired in regards to the warranty and what I should do. The lady said there was no warranty and there's no free replacements. I informed her this is not what I was told. She said there's nothing that she could do. So I went onto the Target website to fill out a store experience form on a link. I then later received an email with a link to file a claim. I use the link and was sent an email by LensCrafters. They said that they have nothing to do with target optical and they would try to reach out to the store manager to help. Today I received an email from LensCrafters with the following statement from the regional manager of Target, Danielle. "Hi, Please close the loop with this guest. This is a guest that has a history with consistent issues (all notes in his file) and how he communicates with the team is hostile. He had two remakes due to him not understanding his rx. He did not redeem the WFPP previously. Appreciate it and thank you, Danielle" All the statements in this message were lies. I did not mistake my RX and did not have them remade. I had my lenses replaced under the warranty for free because they were scratched. The store manager wouldn't even speak to me because they said the optical dept was separate from Target. I am not a hostile person. I do not have a criminal record and I take great offense to this statement from Target's regional manager. Very unprofessional and I am still waiting on a resolution to this problem. They have lost customers for life.

    Awesome and always a great help in hand. The employees are great and they come with Beautiful smiles. This store is very convenient and I recommend this place to everyone. Great place to shop for electronics.

    Everytime I bought target gift card for my friends and relative’s birthday .My friends says Target gift card does not work and it says card is not activated.Even-though I give gift receipt .This is very poor service by target.they are trying to scam people who are using thier gift card.It’s kind of insulting for the person who is buying target gift card as a gift.

    I have to admit the older I get the more I hate shopping. However, Target is the best when it comes to ordering online and picking up. It’s a very simple process and delivery to your vehicle is exceptional. I order thru my app and then receive notification my order is ready. I then hit the button that I’m on my way, drive to Target, park in a numbered spot, and fill in the numbered spot I am parked in. Employees come out quickly. And one other thing—no appointment needed.

    I’d give it no stars. William, the cashier I dealt with, was incredibly rude. I was trying to use my rewards and when it didn’t immediately scan he told me to just use my card. I said I wanted to use my rewards (I was spending over $200 on school supplies) and his only solution was to roll his eyes and sigh. He did finally call a manager but by that point the line was getting longer and he neither apologized for his rude commentary or for the fact that he was wrong to begin with.

    Online order for pick up was easy and worked well. They give you the option to list a different person for pick up. I often ask my partner to pick up on his way home, very convenient.

    Quick and easy. Found all my items on shipping list. Sale on board games so stocked up on three. Wanted regular playing cards, not in shelf where app started, found them on a pop-up in LEGO aisle.

    It's the typical Target retail store. Although it often would be quite clean and decked out for any holiday in decorations, which is always adorable and homely. This would be one of my go to stores that I would find myself in quite often, be it would be for better or worse. Also, staff is always pleasant and willing to help, which is always a pleasure to witness. All in all, it is a very pleasant local Target to stop by.

    I am a frequent shopper at target! I had a product that didn’t fit and the return process couldn’t be easier. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. I didn’t have my original card, so I easily got my refund onto a gift card. The customer service was wonderful and my shopping experiences are always pleasant.

    Sunday morning at 10 AM and there are no people checking people out at the checkstands. It is all self service, come on target do better. People need jobs. That's how people become consumers in your store. that's how we buy stuff at your .

    Verity of assortment, clean space, helpful employees. There is Starbucks and express Pizza hut on site when you need some snacks. I like this store, nice and pretty quiet considering how popular place this is!

    So many items out of stock. Not a single call button or team member in A block to assist. Went to front end to ask GSA to call for a hardlines team member but nobody was at front besides cashiers. Left without purchase.

    Had to get a baby shower gift for a cousin and Target was perfect. So many things to choose from, including nicer looking kitchenware. It was perfect. Got a card, some baby clothes and a blender. All for a decent price too. It is a bit more than the competitions but the quality and availability is there. Made it real easy to get my cousin what she really wanted.

    I honestly do not like this location as much as the one in Rancho Cordova. Some of the shelves are often not very nicely stocked at this location, unlike Rancho. Especially cosmetics, bath products and some grocery items. I have also noticed that this Target is also not very well air conditioned, which I hate especially during the summer months. And it's kinda stuffy in here during the holiday season too, to the point where I feel like I have to take off my jacket regardless of how cold it is outside. I also feel like they went too far with the remodel a couple years ago by moving everything around, which the Rancho Cordova store did NOT do when they remodeled. For example, the men's clothing section here is smaller and tighter than at Rancho. The clothing feels a little more hidden here and the racks are sometimes a little disorganized.
