Great experience here. Everyone is really helpful and patient. Garrett was exceptional and accommodating for a gift I was trying to find for my mom. Really appreciate the service here in comparison to the Sacramento location.

Edited to add. This business is not honest. They stated that they do not share the same computer system with the Howe and Carmichael location and that they could not see the amount I paid previously. I went to the Carmichael location and they were able to see my information from Folsom and Howe. They also provided me a much lower quote. Now I see why I was turned away... Heads up to others ---> I had an extremely bizzare experience from the Folsom location. The customer service is not great like another reviewer had mentioned. I inquired about the resizing process and cost after receiving quotes elsewhere. The sales associate Monique recommended I go elsewhere to have my ring resized as she stated the jeweler and her associates felt I wasn't comfortable choosing their location, which wasnt the case at all until that was mentioned. The other associates were lounging behind the counter socializing. Weird experience. Don't recommend this shop if you have questions.

We went in today at the last moment before our vacation to get the clasp fixed on my bracelet. Not only was the price excellent but the customer service was outstanding. They had it ready when we got done shopping so within 2 1/2 hours. And they cleaned all our jewelry we were wearing. We have been coming to Sharif’s for a few years now and will always return. Came in to look at watches and they have one of the best selections around. I was assisted by Karim and he was very knowledgeable, addressing all my questions as I tried on a variety of styles. Landed on the perfect watch and I love it. Would definitely recommend.

They are absolutely fantastic! I went in looking for and Omega speed master and they had such a large selection. They had the one I was looking for and I got to take it home same day! The staff there is really educated on watches and very helpful! I will for sure be back

I normally don't write or do reviews but my experience here was outstanding. I had come in once before to get the clasp on my necklace fixed and through normal wear and tear the chain on my necklace broke so I figured I would came back again. I'm so glad I did and will always come to Sharif's as long as I live in California. Sarah was absolutely helpful and honest in helping to find a new chain for my necklace and even let me trade the old chain to help as credit for the new chain- she even took the clasp I had paid for before and put it on the new chain- she didn't have to do that and easily could've tried to sell me another one but she didn't and I greatly appreciated that as nowadays everyone is just looking to make a quick buck which is why I don't like having to shop in the first place, but not this experience. She even offered to have my pendent cleaned so it looked brand new when I picked up. They even had it ready by the end of the day so I didn't have to wait as I was expecting. As their slogan says, "You don't have to be rich and famous to shop at Sharif's." But with their superior customer service they will make you feel rich and famous and their Turkish coffee is delicious! 10/10 would recommend 👌🏽
