This hotel is relatively new the main road to it is under construction. The rooms are clean modern beds are comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool area was closed and there appeared to be no discount on the room rate. No warning on the website that the pool was shut down

As usual, the Hilton rarely disappoints. Nice room, good internet, nice bed, polite and helpful employees, very clean and new, decent breakfast (not the same thing everyday). The location picks up noise from the freeway, so just be ready for that. Fitness room is decent, they even had a Peloton.

Unfortunately I had found a bed bug the morning I was checking out. I am concerned for the cleanliness if I was able to see a beg bug on my sheets. Stayed there for 2 nights. And have had a few bumps from after leaving. Everything else was okay, but this discovery has made my rating very low. I hope action was taken.

I've traveled everywhere, 100's of hotels. This hotel earned 5 stars. Super clean, really sweet, friendly and fantastic staff including the woman when we checked in evening 5/5/21, Young man when we checked out on 5/6 and the young woman running the kitchen. All so kind and friendly and helpful. What a great little hotel.

I broke down 2 days ago I 41 and the staff has been very accommodating I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone looking for a place to stay they made me feel incredibly welcome

Great comfort and Breakfast inclusion. But lit lack basic room necessitys, what kind of hotel doesnt have a plunger in the bathroom? Even motels have that.

Couldn't be a more convenient location. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Service was first rate, rooms clean, neat, and well appointed. Will be our Hotel of Choice when in Fond du Lac

Can be noisy rite next to highway but not near a exit. very neat and clean. Walls are thin. I herd them just as much as they herd me lol

The hotel seemed fine. I only stayed at me night but never saw anyone at the front desk at either arrival or when I left.

Relatively clean hotel with decent beds and pillows. Shower heads are horrible in my opinion. Easy in, easy out location with ample parking spaces but the parking spaces are narrow.

I was very happy with the stay at the Hilton Hampton inn, the breakfast was great, the people are nice and the rooms were clean. Be careful when you are reserving a room, a third party answers your call to ask for reservations, and they make you think you are speaking with someone from the hotel itself. Many times I do not go through third parties because you can get a better deal if you call the hotel direct, so ask if you are speaking with Hilton or a third party.

the hot tub room was so nice to relaxing and be able to watch TV. Is over The Road truckers it's very hard to find hotels anymore with hot tubs or even bathtubs. This was a blessing in disguise to spend our weekend in. Room was very clean service was great breakfast was good with very friendly staff. Find ourselves back in town we will definitely reserve the room again. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The only thing I would critique would be the softness of the bed, but my husband enjoys a little firmer than I do so no need to give less than a five star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had to book a one night stay here because our usual hotel was not available. Considering that this is one of the more expensive hotels in the area, it was disappointing. It is newer than some of the other hotels on the frontage road, but for more than double the price, it is underwhelming. We never did get Wi-Fi working properly, and the hotel charges a daily fee for "premium wi-fi." The pool was closed for repairs. The tub was not clean when we arrived, and had hair in it. It was quite obvious, so that calls into question what other cleaning might have been skipped. The room had a "space efficient" floor plan similar to recent "budget chain" hotel designs, including a sliding door that covers either the bathroom *or* the closet, by sliding between the two. While a clever use of space, ours would not stay in position, and kept sliding open when the bathroom was in use. We had to jam it in place with a washcloth. There's also no privacy latch on the door, something my teen daughter found to be appalling. If you have a choice, stay at one of the two Radisson properties instead. This one isn't worth "Hilton pricing." I only give it two stars because it is overall a newer and cleaner property than some others I have stayed at in the vicinity on other visits.

Nice clean. Good location. Pool was closed for repairs when we went. So if you want to use the pool, call before to make sure it will be open. Easy to get to interstate from hotel.

This place is great. Our jacuzzi room was modern and clean. The jacuzzi was huge and really clean. The room was huge and the bed was super comfy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Best Hilton I’ve stayed at so far!

The rooms seem pretty nice and the staff have been friendly. The pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance, but I don't fault the hotel for that. My biggest issue is a flaw in the design of the room we stayed in: the door to the bathroom is a sliding door that can instead cover the closet, and it does not have a latch to close it. When the door closes the bathroom, it creeps back along the track enough to open a small gap in the doorway. It also cannot be locked. In a room with one bed, it would be a little less weird, but our room has TWO. If the people occupying the room aren't sleeping in the same bed, they probably aren't comfortable using the bathroom without a door. Our room had a mini fridge, a large TV, a desk and chair, and a coffee marker. Edit: the WiFi isn't working, the trash cans are too small to be useful, and the air conditioner is very loud. I won't be staying here again if I can help it.

Great hotel. Its located near an array of businesses and restaurants. The only thing I can say critically is how slow the wifi is, I never broke 1MB, but other than that, the room was nice and clean, and the staff are friendly. Can't wait to return in a few days.

Several members of our family had rooms in this hotel for a gathering to remember two brothers who we lost earlier in the year. We were very comfortable with the staff and the space that we could visit in during our 5-day stay. The hotel rooms and the breakfasts were exceptional.

Rooms were great, clean and priced right. The only real complaint is while we were trying to eat breakfast which was great by the way, they were mopping er the floor. Not that that's a bad thing but we had a 86 year old with us and now we have wet floors to deal with. Also not very appetizing. It was only 8:00 am so it wasn't like they were shutting it down.

We booked and paid for a room with a jetta tub. We got to the room, no tub. We were told it wasn't available and they gave us the option to keep the room they gave us or check out. The tub was they reason why we booked at the Hampton.
