    Mobile ordered the wrong store🤦🏽‍♀️ ‍ when I got to the window, I showed them my receipt and they made my drink anyway! I was running late to my appointment at kaiser so it was very nice of them to accommodate me rather than have me drive to the other store. Thanks for being so understanding!

    Every time we go here, they make the drink wrong. We even use the mobile app to make it more convenient for the employees, but its like they ignore the extra fee we pay to specialize the drink.

    I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The workers are not honest nor are they knowledge about their promotions and products (I was not giving the half off iced drinks on Wednesday afternoons even after I asked). I ordered a grande but he claimed I ordered a venti. He insisted I ordered wrong and so I was charged the higher price. Additionally, when they took the order they were very rude and demanding. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.

    One star rating comes from not having good service, Employee “Lina” who claims to be the manager had a horrible attitude when serving us through the drive thru. (If you don’t like your job Lina , get a different one ! Don’t put your anger out on the customers)

    Their service is way too slow, at least for me. I have never been there once where I don't wait less that 15 minutes. Parking absolutely sucks. However, they always nail the taste in the coffee.

    Worse place to get a coffee. Servers can’t even look at you in the eyes when you’re speaking to them. So impolite and rude. Also needs to update hours they sure as H E L L are not open till 10 they close at 8 and the drive through is what’s open till 12am. Moronic that they can’t update their apps. Ordered through the app and couldn’t pick it up had to wait in a drive through like when my hot drink was waiting for me at the counter because I saw them place it for me there when to tried to enter to pick it up and NO one would tell me why I couldn’t pick it up. No one would even acknowledged me! I had to call the place to to check why and they just kept screaming over the phone “cafe close cafe close!” How would anyone know that without any signs or without being stated on the app I ordered on. Definitely not coming back to this corner T R A S H hole. Two thumbs down.

    Dude okay so I made an amazing drink today you gotta try it! I had a venti pistachio frappacino with an add shot AND a scoop of matcha and heavy cream! You won't regret it. It was amazing! My friend had the regular pistachio frap.

    The staff is usually rude and condescending. I ordered a Peppermint Hot Chocolate from a different location and they accidentally gave me a Peppermint Mocha. I'm not picky but I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, so I can't have caffeine, so I couldn't drink my order. My husband and I went back to Starbucks a little later to try again. We chose this location this time. We asked for a Peppermint Hot Chocolate and we asked that they make sure it does NOT get turned into a Peppermint Mocha. Instead of a simple "OK", the batista condescendingly snapped back, "Uhh, the Hot Chocolate doesn't have coffee. That's a Mocha. Do you want a Mocha orrr...?" Yeah, no. Still 3 stars because it's a drive-thru next to a gas station.

    Rude employee got his panties in a bunch because we “passed the screen” in the drive thru when we were just picking up a mobile order. *backstory…there was only one other car in the drive thru lane. I had a mobile order and I tried to go inside to pick it up. I saw it on the counter but the doors were locked even though it says we could pick up in store…so I got in drive thru line knowing my drink was ready and just drove straight to the window. Rude employee at the window was very upset and said that next time we can’t just pass the screen. What a clown just give me my damn drink. This was around 9:50pm. Avoid this Starbucks.

    The baristas are always very friendly at this one...unlike a lot of them at the other South Fontana Starbucks. They are also very fast and efficient...much appreciated! Thanks everybody!

    Very bad Customer Service, they need a better trainning!! And a good manager around to help them on how to improvise when a computer or system is not working. I had already 2 bad experiences here and I am not comming again to this Starbucks.

    Staff was great, drivethru area is not the ideal location. Shared area, driveway and entry with the AM/PM corner gas station, plus strip mall with Fatburger. It can be a daunting task getting coffee.

    The online app. Is taking orders. Then you try to pick it up. The lobby is closed. The hot stuff is cold, the cold stuff is hot. They take your money and say I have nothing to do with it. Not good customer service 1 star. Close the online if tonnworking it. Not that hard. If no one is working it.

    This was my first visit to this Star bucks. It was bogo free day. The store was packed and the drive thru had at least 25 cars in it. I had ordered in my app but it didn't register the bogo. No worries; the associate ( the other associates) all were calm and professional. The associate helping me deducted the error and also showed me on the app how to pay with the app without my Starbuck's card. Truly professional associates!

    I needed a strong coffee and barista helped me choose a new coffee to try. And specify it to my liking despite the line behind me. After he had me try it before I left to see if I liked it. Wonderful service and salted caramel cold brew was delicious and did the job. 😍
