Loved the food 1st class service.

Soooooo gooood! The Mongolian beef with the rice is absolutely delicious! Don't forget the brownies!! Didn't eat inside, but did have the food catered via my company. Orange chicken was also very tasty and soo saucy. Even rewarmed, this stuff is great.

I love the food and the customer service to match great place to eat.

Love the idea that you can order online and pick it up. When you get there, it is ready and my order is always correct. I love their house chicken.

I ABSOLUTELY love the food at Pick Up Stix. However, my most favorite is their Won Ton Soup. But, I can't for the life of me figure out why it never, ever taste the same, twice. Ordered the soup Friday Night and it was perfection. Ordered the same soup again yesterday, Saturday and it was GARBAGE. The soup is supposed to have shrimp in it and there was NOT ONE SHRIMP in my soup yesterday. This is one of the reasons that I stayed away for over a year. Sorry!!!

The shrimp fried rice is my favorite but its all great i recommend it come see for yourself the service is above and beyond thank you guys

I order beef and broccoli but wasn't like before. This one was to sweet and the. Chow mein was to salty disappointed for the food I been costumer long time and this is the first time I dont like the flavors look is not consistent the customer service was good. But I will think twice now to order food from again

Awesome place to eat hot, fresh food! We always end up taking food home and the leftovers are great too! The manager Scott is always happy and takes your order quickly. They make you feel at home here😌Love the food and the people here💗

The food here is pretty good but also a bit pricey for what you get. Avoid mobile orders & delivery orders. Food order will often be wrong. Always double check your pickup order. The restaurant itself is kind of messy. Don’t recommend eating at this location.

Always good. Thai basil noodles and the best won ton soup ever!

Veggies eggrolls are to die for. Crispy on the outside and full of piping hot veggies. Yums all day.

Don't eat here unless you're looking forward to being disappointed. Cold, mushy brown rice. And orange chicken swimming in sauce.

Friendly service, but the foods are on the salty side for me

First timer to pick up stix and I am disappointed ~ expected a whole lot more for what I paid $17 for a honey shrimp w fried rice. The veggies that already come w the order were cooked to medium temp - I’m not a fan of all my veggies crunchy n they were bland also. The rice was clumpy and although the shrimp looked nice, I wasn’t impressed n the glaze/coating was salty. Not to mention the “small “ drink I ordered was the size of a child’s drink I ate some because I was hungry n 30 minutes from home n didn’t feel like asking for my money back But I won’t be back to this one or any other pick up stixs. 2 stars bcaus the person at the front was curious and the restaurant was not busy

Extremely disappointed, I usually love this place but I ordered today and I got the chicken wraps. They just gave me lettuce and the meat, non of the toppings, I ordered white rice and they gave me brown rice and I found hairs in my chicken, I don't know if it's hairs from a brush or what but it's mixed into the sauce and meat

The cook forgot to make my food. Waited 20 minutes for it

The place was dirty. The girl taking your order was coughing like she should be at the Dr.'s office (she did have a mask on). She kept playing with her personal phone while waiting to give you food. GERMS!! There was one girl trying to clean the place. She did spray down everything. The place needs a pick me up as far as the aesthics. I could not eat my food. Nasty!

I ordered spicy but no spice at all, it seems as if cooked with soy sauce or barbecue sauce

Day manager was very rude and always has an attitude. Said that I cant sub white fried rice for brown fried rice 🤔 sooo my wife has Diabetes and cant eat white rice . Just didn't understand that one We go to other o es and they do it all the time but o well there loss not mines.

The food is great and the staff is very polite, this is a great place to stop by if you're craving something spicy and full of flavor. Very generic fortunes in the cookies. Mine said, "You will hear good news soon." And I swear that is the most common fortune to find in a cookie.

Hours are short enough as is. Now even worse hours.not worth the effort.

Very poor management! It was supposed to open at 11:30 and we waited until 11:45 and it still wasn’t opened! There were also 6 people in line, we all gave up eventually!

Very disappointed with my lettuce wraps they gave me pieces that were breaking and not suitable for wraps, and the cashier forgot my dumplings 😢. Definitely I'll stick with the chino hills location
