After just two visits, once during a super busy time and the other with less clients in the office, I have found that Kara is genuinely passionate about helping clients feel better and live better. She is so honest and approachable and my time there is truly relaxing and beneficial. I am never left feeling neglected, no matter how many clients are there. The office is beautiful and well organized with private rooms. The workout equipment is amazing. They will literally workout with you and show you how to engage your muscles correctly. Dr. Williams has an awesome personality and even though I'm still a bit self conscious about my body, he does not make me feel uncomfortable at all. They are such a great team and compliment each other very well. It makes all the difference to feel welcome the minute you arrive. They house the latest technology to address your needs and give your workout and/or diet a super boost. If you come in with realistic goals, you will not be disappointed! I have seen both men and women of all shapes and sizes here. Wherever you are on your weight loss journey, make an appointment here and it will give you incentive to do more and be more! I cannot wait to get back in there! If neck/back problems are preventing you from reaching your goals, Dr. Williams can address those issues, too. All of this under one roof! I had an awesome massage today with Lexi! It was my first visit here and everything was great! It was super easy to call and schedule the massage a few weeks ago and I loved that they had Sunday availability. I met Dr. Williams when I arrived today and he was so nice and personable. He even called me an hour prior to my appointment today to let me know that Lexi was running a few minutes late. I also appreciated the fact that the initial questionnaire asked if I preferred music and talking/no talking during the massage hour. I have been to SO many massages in this area where the masseuse talks the ENTIRE time and, without wanting to be rude, I will answer them but then the hour appointment is far from relaxing :( Lexi was gentle yet effective, professional and sweet!D the best massage I have ever had! Clean atmosphere, quiet environment and easy to find location. Highly recommend Icon Wellness :)

Dr. Williams is an AWESOME Chiropractor! He has worked on me extensively and has helped me with my low back pain better than I expected from a Chiropractor. I have been to several in my day and he definitely stands out, I would not personally go anywhere else in Columbia. Great office, excellent atmosphere, this office is a must!! 10/10 would recommend come and see Dr. W!

I really didn’t see much Results. I would stick to dieting or plan old exercising or get a tummy tuck surgery for real results. However, if you don’t mind spending your money on the laser liposuction go for it. The lady that runs the place is nice and it’s very clean. Just didn’t have the time for it 6-12 sessions for barely any results and having a crazy busy schedule.

I see Dr. Goebel. She is a great chiropractor and very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend her

I had a massage today with Lexi, amazing!! I went in with issues concerning head pain and she suggested speaking to Dr Williams to get his take on it. They both were so pleasant. Dr William's adjusted me after the massage and explained what was going on with my body. I am very impressed and will definitely be back!

I went for a massage and an adjustment and both were amazing. I’ve never left anywhere feeling so relaxed. Dr. Williams was very gentle with my chiropractic care knowing my reservations and was able to align my back and get me back to feeling normal again. Highly recommend both.

Enjoyed my first experience here. Had a really great massage, and appreciated the kind staff. Clean and organized. Only down fall I would have to say, was the amount of noise I could hear outside of the massage room. Was a little distracting while getting my massage, but it wasn't horrible. Overall, I recommend and I plan to reschedule an appointment.

Bought a Groupon for Laser Lipo and vibration and still have been unable to get anyone to call me back or schedule an appointment. This is rediculous. Don’t make the same mistake I made. If I am able to make an appointment and have the treatment done, I will revise this review. If you look they haven’t had a recent review or they are deleting them. 😡🤬. I was told there was supposed to be an email address for this Groupon but NEVER got that information. This Groupon needs to be refunded immediately.
