One of the best tanning store experiences I have had! Me and my friend went a little close to closing and they still welcomed us with opened arms. Stacie and Dani created a super warm environment giving us advice and letting us know straight up what we needed!! Making this my go-to and you should too!

I like the salon, but the manager is SUPER pushy about sales/lotions. Very not likeable. I am am member, and hate being asked EVERY time. I know it's their job, but don't be as aggressive. I feel bad for the young women that have to work for her.

Had an 80 dollar gift card from Ultra Tan and Palm Beach will only honor $25. On top of that if you only want to buy one month, they charge you an extra $20 just because. The girl hung up on me as well. Rude and way over priced. I used them last year when they were Ultra Tan and their beds are not worth those prices.

I’ve been using the Ultra Tan on Forest Drive for many years (spray tans only). Stacie is usually working when I come in and she’s always been fantastic to work with! We’ve had great conversations whenever I’ve had to wait on other clients to finish. She reminds me when add-ons are on sale as I buy in bulk! And she was so helpful when my daughter recently came in to use the Mystic. My daughter was nervous because she rarely sprays and her college graduation was coming up. Stacie explained the process in detail, answered all her questions, and made sure she was comfortable. Thanks, Stacie! 😊

I’ve been coming here for a while now! The red light bed is my favorite!! Their equipment is well updated and super friendly staff! Mackenzie is my favorite, she always gives you a warm smile when coming in!

Nice friendly location! Shannon is everything you could ask for in customer service. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and on top of that she’s kind and sweet. People like her make anything more pleasurable. Top notch service!

I cannot say enough good about Stacie and her team at Ultratan on Forest Dr! I’ve tanned many places over the years but tanning at Ultratan has given me the most even, deep tan I’ve ever had. The beds are high quality and the staff is knowledgeable about how to achieve the results you’re looking for. Definitely recommend!

Been going for awhile Stacie is the best, while I'm there, I hear alot of people ask for her opinion cuz she knows products so well, everyone she meets loves her. She goes above and beyond for her customers and the store.
