Terrible
experience,
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
incompetent
and
didn’t
‘sign
me
in’
for
over
an
hour
and
a
half,
along
with
certain
other
folks
that
needed
to
be
signed
in.
(Although
she
did
make
sure
to
sign
other
people
in
immediately
upon
their
arrival).
She
was
also
extremely
rude
to
nearly
everyone
for
no
reason,
and
for
some
reason,
had
this
very
weird
seemingly
undeserved
sense
of
false
entitlement.
After
all
this
was
said
and
done,
I
sat
in
the
lobby
for
a
total
of
about
2
hours
waiting
to
be
called
back
to
take
a
simple
urinalysis.
(Lots
of
people
were
waiting
the
same
time
I
waited,
but
some
people
were
called
back
within
minutes
of
their
arrival-
I
did
notice
that
often,
if
a
white
person
stood
in
line,
she
would
tell
them
to
go
to
the
back
of
the
line.)
Minus
the
wait
(due
to
the
receptionist
at
the
front
desk),
everyone
I
dealt
with
was
very
professional
and
pleasing
to
deal
with.
The
Nurse
Practitioner
was
extremely
professional,
and
although
I
did
have
to
wait
on
her
for
2
more
hours
after
being
called
back,
I
was
told
that
it
was
only
because
she
was
busy
with
incoming
injuries,
and
I’m
pretty
sure
she
was
the
only
provider
on
duty,
so
I
know
that
she
was
doing
everything
the
best
that
she
could,
and
she
made
the
experience
bearable,
given
the
short-staffed
situation.
She
was
also
very
nice,
and
I
highly
recommend
her.
Overall,
I
very
much
DO
NOT
recommend
going
anywhere
that
a
simple
urinalysis
ends
up
taking
4
hours,
although
the
actual
health-care
employees
were
very
professional
and
competent.
If
it
weren’t
for
the
extremely
incompetent
entry-level-acting
lady
at
the
front
desk,
I
would
say
that
MAYBE
it’s
worth
the
wait.
But
definitely
not.
Go
elsewhere.
Other
people
that
were
there
on
this
day
had
similar
comments
toward
this
very
incompetent
employee
at
the
front
desk.
