Since Dr Ravi has gone,,,,,,,, This medical centre sucks.... Dr Marcel is rude and NON CARING... Get you in,,, Get you out... Being that they get paid by the number of people that enter from Medicare... So now this Med Centre is all about MONEY,, NOT CARE!!!! I was there yesterday, said thank you to Dr Marcel,, I GOT NOTHING IN RESPONCE!!!!!! As a matter of fact I am going to make a appointment for me just to tell him!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!

The clinic has gone downhill ever since dr Ravi Bathula got transferred. The current dr Briones prescribed me medication that directly reacted with my current pain management plan and when I called to talk to him about it he practically pulled the “I’m a dr I know all” BS on me even after I told him my specialist dr had made me aware of the interaction.. furthermore my elderly mother went there for a prescription to manage Diverticulosis and they had her waiting outside in the sun with no seat or water for half hour all because she isn’t vaccinated! She felt humiliated, segregated and discriminated for it. There was absolutely no compasión shown. You’re better off going to see dr Ravi at goodna medical or dr r Lakshmi Ramachandran at Springfield medical

Dr Ravi is an exceptional family GP and the clinic's admin/ nursing staff are excellent. I used to go to a doctor in a super clinic in Springfield who moved to a impracticable walk-in only system (no appointments). I came to Dr Ravi initially based on his location, and saw him at first for little things only, however he very quickly showed himself to be a very professional, thorough and caring doctor. Having earned my trust, I decided to make Dr Ravi my GP during my very high risk (IVF) pregnancy and recommended my partner to him also. He took extra care of us during my pregnancy and has been our family doctor ever since. My 2yr old son adores Dr Ravi. In fact we all do! He is everything a GP should be, and more. Almost old style in approach - which is just wonderful.

This practice has gone from good to bad to the worst of the worst. During the pandemic when state mandates required masking in medical facilities, that a receptionist and nurse here were seen here unmasked (whist insisting patients follow masking requirements) was bad and showed lack of respect for patients and put people like my wife, who is immune impaired at risk. Recently, after not attending the clinic for some time, my wife had need to for a straight-forward matter. To book the appointment, I had to deal with a horribly rude and snarky receptionist called Lesley. After the appointment, my wife was hit with a $80 cost (without being told by the receptionist before hand that this would apply). And my wife is has a pension card. Zero compassion. Poor standards and attitude. Worst of the worst.

We're a family with high risk members who continue to mask and take covid prevention and precautions seriously. When phoned to book an appointment and asked about masking, the Receptionist bluntly stated Dr Briones refuses to mask even for vulnerable patients. This decision and the way the message was delivered shows a complete and utter lack of respect, empathy or care for the well being of patients. Can relate to the other reviews. We used to attend this practice when Dr Ravi worked here and would look past the systemic rudeness and dismissiveness of the long-term receptionist however the masking stance is completely unacceptable. Even if you personally don't take covid as seriously as we do as a family, it is worth considering whether this doctor and practice is right for you and your family given the blatent disregard for individual patients needs or special needs of individuals. We now attend the new medical centre along the road at Rawle Street where masking is the norm and the admin/ nursing and medical staff are friendly, thorough, professional and compassionate.

No longer bulk billing. $80 Normal Consult & $120 Longer Consult. No word of this when appointment booked with receptionist.

Dr Marcel has been my GP for close to 3 years, he is attentive and caring, I am so grateful.

Doctors and medical staff are amazing however the receptionist have no respect/kindness/ customer service- they are extremely rude, dont know how to smile or talk to anyone! Makes the whole experience awful. They make you feel like an inconvenience. Not sure how the Asian looking girl has a job. She is awful. Not just towards myself but I’ve also seen this treatment with everyone!!! Definitely need to hire people better at their job who know basic respect and manners

Dr Marcel has been our family doctor for several years, we first consulted with him when he was in Collingwood and as soon as we found out he changed clinics so did our family. We absolutely love him as our doctor and recommend him to everyone we know. People are complaining about the fee that it's been implemented but what they don't understand is you pay once every 6 months also you get a rebate back so its not fully $80. Even if it was the full amount I would gladly pay. Just so everyone know most medical clinics are implementing a fee.

Great GP. Always through and helpful. Manages all my conditions professionally and listens. Does complete OBs each and every visit. My wife is still with me because of his care, insight and refusal to guess.

Marcel is excellent and friendly. He treated successfully a problem other doctors had given up on.
