Horrific experience. Google says the practise closes at 2pm. Arrived at 1.12pm and spoke to a male receptionist. He was of absolute no help. He told me google time was wrong and that I had to check hotdoc. So I checked hotdoc right in front of him and it also said the practise closes at 2pm. Then he kept repeating that there were no doctors on site and that Sunday was booked out and that I had to call tomorrow morning to make a booking. I told him I'd come in at 9am and wait to see a doctor if there's a cancellation. He said there's no need because they close at 2pm and are completely booked out. So I sat in the car the time is now 1.27pm and what do i see. A doctor walk out with the receptionist. So not only did the receptionist male lie, the doctor was there and could hear that I needed to see him and still did nothing. The time these photos were taken was 1.29pm because they stood outside chatting. I don't know how I'm going to report this but what an absolutely horrific encounter.

A great bulk billing practice. Good front office staff. Not Hi fashion and cold but simple and helpful. The doctors are great too. Not much wait times. The onsite physiotherapist Suleman Bhagoo is excellent and very good at what he does. Concentrates on providing Support and help in getting better rather than creating income like many other physios. Highly recommend

Had the best experience especially being a walk in! Due to the increase in clients they have had to make some changes, which I believe is a real game changer! Grateful for all the staff here, you made this experience an enjoyable one.

Terrible customer service. Had a Telehealth appointment, no one called me at the time of 40 minutes after the appointment, so I called them. They told me I been booked in for a face to face appointment and not a Telehealth appointment.. they said I would receive a call from the doctor and that he was about to call so to keep my phone on me. A few hours went by and I never received a call back, however they had marked my appointment as attended. I called back twice within the space of 5 hours to chase up my own appointment and finally got a hold of the doctor. The doctor then said he would send me a medical certificate for the day. I did not receive my medical certificate. Called 3 times to chase this up and am still waiting. It has been almost 24hrs since they told me I would receive the medical certificate. I am very unhappy with this medical centre.

Always excellent, reception staff responsive and helpful. Dr Mohammed Fahad Ahamad is a lovely Dr and while we live in the area I will see him for myself and my family when we need medical assistance. Have a pathology clinic adjacent which is helpful for quick tests

The best clinic. All the doctors are very good and well behaved. Big thing it's bulk billed clinic. Lot of parking in front of the clinic. QML facility is there. Physiotherapist is there what else more you want. So for me you get everything under one roof.

The wait can be long as most bulk billing services are . But the service given by doctors and nursing staff is excellent. The waiting room is well air-conditioned. Admin staff always seem to be working extremely hard. It’s definitely my choice of Doctors surgeries.

The doctors are wonderful in particular my GP of eight good years Dr Saeed Alam. Dr Alam provides quality, professional and evidence-based GP services. Dr Alam is responsive and considerate in his approach of service delivery especially pertaining to my health care needs. Also, the reception staffs are respectful and patient. Thank you to all the doctors especially my GP Dr Alam.

Recently moved to Redbank so was looking for good drs. This place is definitely off my list. Booked an appt. for 9:20am. Wasn’t seen until 10:30am - more than an hour later!! I sat there and watched many patients go in & out including those who did walk-ins. When I asked receptionist what’s taking so long, he didn’t have an answer. It’s like they just forgot I was there. Won’t be coming back here lol

Everytime i went in there i was welcomed and also i didnt have to wait too long to see one of the doctors. So friendly in there from the reception right through to the nurses who do a great job i definitely recommend them

Wonderful local surgery. My Doctor, Dr Ahmad, for many years now, has managed to keep me sane, even at 72 ! He is highly skilled and up to date with most issues that land on his desk. He is kind, compassionate and extremely personable (....and he does like a good joke :) He is backed up by other doctors and terrific "front of house" staff who are equally kind, compassionate and extremely personable.......my Indian "Princess", the office manager is just a lovely person. Bulk billing is available and generally they are very accommodating regarding bookings

Dr Gul is great, he is thorough and sincere. He also has a great smile. Im happy to continue with the practise.

A good experience. I had the pleasure of speaking with a receptionist called Katie over the phone. Her demeanor was rather delightful.

The worst doctors ever. I have had to BEG them to do simple blood tests and get a referral to people who know what I am talking about. The receptionists are just as bad. I don’t understand how anyone there is certified.

A long wait to see the doctor regardless having an appointment. Nonetheless still Bulk billed, so why complain right? Dr Shasti is an excellent, friendly physician. Highly recommend.

-1 star worst place to see the doctors. 2 doctors are great but receptionist and admin can’t stand! Can’t do the job properly. Waited awhole hour just to find out they did not put my grandson on waiting list to see the doctor.

Dr Ahmad was great. Easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns. Highly recommend this clinic
