They have always had wonderful service and great food. Today I left my blue bag in the store with my work boots and freezer suit. I called and asked them to hold it in the office until I can get it tomorrow and they said they would. Great customer service. Fresh food always. 😋

If I could rate a -5 I would. The new Gm Lady Is so RUDE not only to the Customers , But Extremely To Her Workers. I Would NEVER step foot in this place again. It’s Just Sad How People Treat Others , Not Knowing What They’re Dealing With. I Would Also Be contacting CORPORATE.

I ordered 2 for $3.29, I chose 6pc chicken nuggets and 1 small fry. The chicken nuggets were so fresh! A beautiful golden brown and cooked to perfection! Fries were fresh and salted evenly! I was so shocked! I would definitely go back to this location. The little girl at drive-thru must have cut off the signal, I had to pull up to the window to place order. I placed a mobile order and put the wrong location 🥴. High score is due to quality of my food, the service was wack!

This is the best mcdonalds I've had in a while (I stay in college park if you know you know) the service was fast and my order was correct. My double cheeseburger is fresh, hot, juicy and super cheesy. The guy at the window today (at about 1:30 while the supervisor was outside talking/ on break) was working his behind off and paying close attention to the orders and was really nice while doing so. My bag even had napkins!!!! I know this is a lot but honestly I haven't had such a good experience at McDonald's in so long I felt I should call it out.

It only took us about 10 minutes to get our food. The lady in front of us had to wait 20 minutes for drinks. She showed the receipt to prove it. The chicken nuggets & fries were soggy. It taste like the oil was old. We didn't get our sauce either. The bathrooms were disgusting and had no toliet paper. We couldn't even use them. If your traveling, I wouldn't stop here. We have to make another stop now.

First time here. Located in Forest Park, Ga. VERY clean! Connected to a Shell gas station. The manager is very nice and encouraging. He told his team they were doing a good job. Several workers assisted others at the kiosks. Large parking lot with a few handicapped spaces. They even have a closed off play area with several tables. Check out my pics and videos for more info

There's a shift manager that is short has glasses and middle age that works during lunch shift during the week she is very rude, will talk over you and walk away while talking to her. She has a poor attitude and if you're not African American she'll act like your invisible and gives off an I don't care attitude about anything you need or say. She needs to at least pretend she cares while at work, be consistent with how she treats guests no matter what race they are but a good manager would know that. She would also make sure orders are correct before sending them out if she's the one bagging the food and handing it out. I have complained about her at the store but it doesn't seem to do anything. If you are going to have a chip on your shoulder, poor attitude and appear racist maybe they shouldn't be a manager who deals with customers. McDonald's used to have standards for food and customer service and how they expect their employees to act. This manager is like this every time I come in this store.

Waited half an hour for 3 hamburgers. Went in to get the food and no one acknowledged my existence. When I asked it that food was mine 2 people looked at me and didn't say anything and kept working. Finally got my food and one of the burgers was wrong and had to ask for the milk for the kids happy meal.
