    Ordered pickup this morning and this is what I find halfway through my drink? Choking hazard much? Unsanitary. How could they not have noticed the whole cap dropping?

    So I placed an online order at 6:20 a.m. proceeded to make it there by 6:30 and it says my order was supposed to be ready at 6:29. Okay I understand. Give it a few minutes. 645. I'm still inside waiting for my order. The young lady proceeds to tell me that the tickets did not print out. My son and I are standing there waiting on a grilled cheese sandwich. I watched the young lady make them then hand them to someone through the drive-thru window. Now wouldn't it make sense to go ahead and get the person that placed the online order out of the way considering they've been waiting over 20 minutes? Then she slams the food on the counter. No. Sorry for your wait. No. Sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing. Professionalism is everything. Once you get bad customer service it doesn't matter how good the food is. Why don't people seem to understand that? I actually enjoyed this Starbucks but the staff has changed numerous times and whoever they have working now should consider a job in stock, not food service

    Came through the drive through for the first time in forever because Dunkin was not open Christmas Eve and I haven’t had Starbucks in a while so it sounded great! The man taking orders around 2:30 pm was very unpleasant taking orders and sounded miserable like I was bothering him but giving him my service. They were sold out of all the sandwiches except grilled cheese and I am vegan. Very unfortunate as well so I didn’t get to eat before I went to work.

    Staff is always super friendly even when I come in close to closing time and they make my drink perfectly. A little hard to get in and out of the parking, but nothing too bad, and it's wheelchair accessible. Very clean inside as well.

    Staff were terrible. Slow and uncaring despite being steadily busy (although it might’ve only been a bit busy due to lack of urgency from the crew). We spent 10 min in the drive thru line without any movement so we decided to park and go inside. We were not greeted or acknowledged and then several min after standing at the counter we finally ordered our drinks. Then we sat down near where we would be picking them up. We heard several names called of 2 people who entered and ordered after us but neither saw our drinks nor heard our names. They finally heard my exasperation and said that our drinks had been ready for a while. Why wouldn’t you call our name? We are the only people besides the workers in the store besides the two other people whom they gave their drinks to in under a minute. You wouldn’t give us the courtesy of letting us know our drinks have been ready? Really? We leave with our drinks and immediately after finishing i realize that i have been given a dairy drink instead of oat like I ordered which is NOT OKAY when you’re dealing with an allergy which I let them know upon ordering. Absolute lack of professionalism or care in this facility and I’m so glad that I’m never in this part of Cincinnati so I will never have to go back and encounter them.

    Decent place but you're not going to have fun inside unless you're not the type who minds flies buzzing by all the time. The drinks I got were nice too. Interestingly the barista made the drinks and didn't tell us they were ready until another one brought it for us but maybe it was a long day for her. We all have those.

    I bought 2 drinks. Got them home and the cup was not full. I’m pissed. The money I spent for a 3/4 of my drink. They are lacking big time at forest park store. They are taking advantage of customers. 😡

    This used to be a good Starbucks but the past few times it has been just a disappointment. Employees dont pay attention to customers. IThe wait is always long. Recently I waited 30 minutes for a cold brew only for them to say they were out the whole time. This time I wanted a refresher with a small side of coconut milk which I always get since they are allowed to give 4 ounces for free per thier policy. The person taking my order changed me 3.15 for it I asked why when I always got it for free and it is less than 4 ounces. I ask for it to be taken off and mentioned you can get that small amount for free it is extra creamier for a coffee. I asked again for it to be taken off and mention the 4 ounces you can get for free as I used to work at a Starbucks. She stayed she was just trying to but never finished what she was trying to say. At this point I just left without anything since they make up thier own rules anyways and do not k nm ow thier policy. I am do t with this Starbucks.

    We got there and the girl taking orders was new. Not a big deal, but we said I bet she gets our order wrong and we were correct. She got it wrong. We waited 20 minutes to get a drink. They always wait on the drive thru first. We were 10 minutes into our 20 minute wait. We see this blue car way back in line and we made a joke about it saying I bet that car gets their stuff first. We were right again. Blue car gets their drinks and there we are still waiting. I finally had to say something. They hurried up and made it and by then we were in a rush because we waited so long. We went driving down the road and realized they didn't make my drink right. Over $7 for a drink that was wrong and waited 20 minutes. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks but i will never go back to this one.
