Abbiamo alloggiato in tenda per tre notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le tende sono tutte nuove e corrispondono al migliore standard in commercio. Utile l'attrezzatura a disposizione per ciascuna piazzola (tavolo, sedie, luci, elettricità, materassini). I bagni a disposizione dei campeggiatori erano pulitissimi e sempre forniti di carta igienica e acqua calda. Per quanto riguarda la struttura in generale, abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza sia per quanto riguarda la cordialità dello staff che per la bellezza del posto. Le piscine e la sauna sono un'ottima e piacevole alternativa che permette di godere della tranquillità del luogo e di momenti di relax. Anche il servizio a domicilio della pizza è molto comodo. Consigliato!

The best comes first: Luca and Paco. They are both super friendly, always helpful and available every time you need them. Especially Luca has a lot of great tips for you. Paco Residence is a perfect place to relax. The Pools are very clean and nice, surrounded by a lot of tress. A Minimarket, Citara Beach and Forio are good to reach by foot. If you don't like walking there is a bus station nearby. When we come back to Ischia, we will never ever look for another place to stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay, the new young employee who greeted us spoke excellent English and was very helpful but also gave us our space. The room was adequate, quite spacious, but dated. The bed was very thin but not uncomfortable, shower was fairly powerful, storage for luggage was good. The kitchenette was below our expectations... The gas oven / hob was old, had no racks and required a match or lighter (which we did not have). There was no kettle or microwave, and nothing is provided complimentary. The following essentials were not provided: - spare toilet roll - small shampoo & shower gel - hand soap - Kitchen essentials: washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, matches/lighters for cooker On a positive side, the thermal heated pools were wonderful, the pool area is very well done, peaceful and relaxing. The water was clean and warm as described. The sauner was very different but very enjoyable. The place is situated at the top of steep, narrow road, a walk we only wanted to suffer once with all our luggage, so we got rental scooters delivered to the hotel for the duration of our stay. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend, 3 stars is only for the dates room and lack of basic provisions.

Cleap, helpful, calming, great outside area, kitchen acceptable, horrible but healthy walk up the road.

Not luxurious, perhaps, but solid, comfortable, and in a perfect location.

Bel posto, l'esterno è ben curato e ottime le piscine. Punto di debolezza il bagno nella camera e soprattutto la doccia. Si dorme bene perché è isolato e lontano dal caos. Luca che si occupa della reception e dell'assistenza è molto disponibile, gentile, simpatico e competente.

La struttura è curata e pulita, le piscine sono fantastiche, il personale è molto disponibile e simpatico. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, torneremo sicuramente al più presto!

Non consiglio a nessuno per chi va in vacanza a riposare bene, purtroppo è tutt altro che comodo per riposare, in mezzo a insetti di tutti i tipi, con dei materassi vecchi e duri e apartmento che ho dovuto pulire io prima di entrare perché puzzava
