Excellent physiotherapy service (rehabilitation and Tecar) with competitive prices. Capable and punctual professionals, friendly and trained physiotherapy staff. ACCEPTANCE AT THE ENTRANCE / MEZZANINE FLOOR, however, is VERY BAD. Slow, grumpy, poorly informed girls and almost always annoyed by responding to patients. I am saddened by the negative review, but I hope it is noticed by the structure and corrected as, unfortunately, it was not an isolated case, but a daily attitude found towards me and others during a long period of rehabilitation.

I must congratulate all the staff at Villa Orchidee. As soon as you enter you are welcomed and addressed with such kindness and courtesy by those at the Reception…. To make you understand how exquisite these people are, I'll tell you: "when I entered I didn't realize that the operator was busy with another person and without realizing it I interrupted him to ask for what I needed. To my great amazement I notice that, instead of answering me rudely, he very politely apologizes by saying "excuse me, I'm busy now, with this person but, as soon as I finish I'll be with you straight away". The physiotherapists, in particular Nadia and Elisa, were also very good and prepared. The structure is also very beautiful and seems more like a hotel than a nursing home.

The place is really beautiful and the reception staff is very kind and knowledgeable and this is an excellent thing for those who have to undergo visits, treatments or treatments. Furthermore, the professionals who work there are truly prepared and have the ability to put patients at ease. Visits always very punctual.

Welcoming and pleasant structure. Very convenient private parking. The reception immediately proved to be attentive to needs, professional and very friendly. Many services are cutting edge, personally I found the staff to be very well trained.

Very welcoming, kind and prepared staff. You feel like a person and not a "number" like in many hospitals. A piece of advice: don't change, but keep the service as it is today, don't make "cuts" in staff because the service would no longer be the same.

I needed physiotherapists for an urgent problem. I found an excellent welcome, especially from all the reception staff Katia, Michel and Chiara, attentive, kind and thoughtful and a lot of attention from the physiotherapist who looked after me. After a few weeks he even called me to see how I was. I highly recommend this property!
