Marvelous place with marvelous cuisine! Pastis is a mix between the best tastes from France and local flavors. We could also exchange with the Chef, making the moment even better. I definitely recommend the place

Really good food, cooked on a open grill at the back of the restaurant. The cote de bœuf was perfectly seasoned and the dorade was cooked to perfection.

last night we tried the french restaurant pastis. we were surprised by the high product quality, which was calculated very, very fairly. unfortunately i forgot to take pictures of the two desserts because they were so delicious. a slightly chilled red wine goes very well at 28 degrees.

Found the place by coincidence since we wanted to visit another restaurant. It’s a bit hidden but the location is very cozy, quiet with nice decor and beautiful trees. The staff is really friendly and attentive, I appreciate our waiter’s recommendation to try the moules pastis since it was delicious! I would encourage them to introduce the menu so people can found out more about the dishes options and not miss anything. Prices are normal for the island but worth it since the quality is high. Congrats to the team!

Along the streets of the little town of Sant Francesc Xavier, you can find this new trendy restaurant, Pastis. The beginning adventure of a French owner who did a superb job, I felt like he did a mix between some Spanish and French specialities which ends up in a perfectly well made menu that seems to suit everyone. Passionate about his job, we can really feel the good atmosphere there is as soon as you step in. Moreover, decorations are lovely, cozy which makes this place is full of charm. Excellent service, fast, professional and friendly. Food was very tasty. High appreciations for the warm Camembert cheese roasted with local rosemary, an absolute delish ! And, the beef tartare is made right in front of you at your own tastes and preferences, what else could you even ask for ? Superb. They also offer a brunch service which I think is lovely as the place is so cozy, can not wait to go and enjoy a breakfast in there. In addition, the music is good and not too loud, you truly feel like you’re at home ! Favorite part about this place is that it welcomes anyone: families, couples, bigger table, etc. Very suitable for everyone. Thank you Nico and his team for making our evening as special as it was ! We found this lovely little brunch spot in the town of Sant Francesc Xavier. It a a beautiful little hidden gem nicely placed on the side of all the action in town. The busy streets of Formentera sometimes can be a bit of an overload. You can enjoy a nice brunch near by the beach with delicious food. The restaurant style is french decor with a small hint of Formentera. The food nicely meets this concept. Really tasty flavourful food, we enjoyed the avocado toast and the prisoners egg (highly recommend both if you go for brunch. It’s the little gems we look for when eating out on holiday.

I had dinner there twice during my stay. The service was perfect! Everyone always on spot and super kind. The lady who served us spoke Spanish, Italian, English and French so all of my friend could order in their mother language!! We had some different appetisers and main course to be shared and I couldn’t find a lack. They suggested the owner’s French wine that he personally makes and was delish. You must try the octopus and their dessert!!!

A new addition to the Formentera dining scene. We were a large group and were all extremely happy. Meat and fish grilled and seasoned perfectly. Some interesting local red and white wines and friendly service. Highly recommend.
