Totally not happy with service and attitude of the staff.we were 4 and got only 2 menus. Later the waitress came to ask what we will order. I said- I don't know what you have,I do not have a menu...later we asked for the bill the waiter told us 33 euro. No bill in paper from the computer, nothing. Disappointed, big one. For 33 euro we got our food with plastic cutleries. Not good,at all...

Classic Italian coffee, nice place good coffee.

I love an early morning coffee at an outside table at Bar Roma in the laneway just off Piazza Duomo beside the Basilica. Arrive early when it’s peaceful, just you, the pigeons and a few locals and soak up the atmosphere of this beautiful piazza in the quiet early morning light. Coffee is excellent, service is friendly and prices are very reasonable.

Food was really good, the staff was nice and the prize was great (considering the location of the bar). We were pleased.

Posto accogliente

A small bar but with delicious food. You can find different types of sandwiches and piadine which were very fresh. Noisy atmosphere for breakfast.

Came to buy apperols, service was okay and the toilet was clean. While waiting for the cocktails I saw they cook their dinner in a microwave oven, and not even to warm up but they use store bought dishes to serve as their own food. Would not recommend eating here as there are so many other good options to go to.

This caffe is OK for a coffee or Aperol break. We didn’t eat here

Very nice atmosphere and good fast service.

They insulted us because we ordered ‘double espresso’ in English, which proved beyond the intellectual capabilities of the ‘barista’ to translate. The coffee was very bad as well, I had to return it. Beyond rude, terrible behaviour.

Der Service ist wirklich unterirdisch. Nachdem wir lang ignoriert wurden, war das Personal nicht sonderlich einladend. Außer zum bezahlen- da ging alles ganz schnell. Pro: der Wein und die gereichten Snacks waren sehr gut!

We ordered some cocktails and they brought us complementary snacks. Shortly after, a pigeon took a shower in one of the drinks. Returned it to the bar with no expectation and they still brought us a new one. Nice service

Waited for 15 minutes without seeing a waiter. We'll go spend our money somewhere else.

Man who served gelato to us was offended by us coming in. We were polite and acted normally. In the end he acted passively aggressive to my mom while she was paying. Awful experience.

I had a very bad experience. I felt discriminated, as soon as I walked in, before I could even speak, I was told in a rude way that there was no bathroom. The attitude toward foreigners is unwelcoming and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place.

Xe had the best Poretti, with friendly service, immaculate toilets, and even a quirky paddle-operated handwash.

Приятно провели время с подругой, чай очень вкусный как для Италии, я ела корнетто с фисташкой и мне не очень понравилось но моя подруга взяла бамболоне(вроде бы так называется) и он был лучшим, в баре уютно. Из минусов мало места и столиков, а так все отлично!!!

My friends and I visited this café with high hopes of enjoying a cafe shakerato. Unfortunately, our visit left us disappointed. We ordered coffee, cappuccino, and water, and were asked to pay immediately, which seemed odd because all the other tables around us were not asked to do the same. This made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It's essential for businesses to treat all customers equally and with respect, regardless of their appearance. We couldn't help but feel that we were singled out, possibly due to our different appearance. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable. For this reason, we won't be returning to this café, and we hope that they reconsider their policies to ensure that every customer is treated fairly and without prejudice.

Bad place, not recommend

Ora capisco che tutti siano esercenti e ristoratori...ma leggendo le recensioni pubblicate mi è venuto il sospetto che talvolta le persone parlino senza saper cosa dicono...mi sono fermata in questo bar....per un pranzo veloce...sono stata servita con cortesia e per una lasagna un'acqua e caffè ho speso circa dieci euro ..vero non è una lasagna gourmet ma .siamo in un bar e non in un ristorante...forse a qualcuno è sfuggito.... ovunque nel locale è esposto chiaramente che al tavolo il servizio viene effettuato dal cameriere....quindi chi è abituato a frequentare locali sa che c è un prezzo differente tra banco e tavolo, le persone con me hanno bevuto bibite e quant'altro...prezzi certamente non da banco ma nella norma..considerando la location....ma dai..siate sinceri...sedersi ad un tavolo al giorno d'oggi ha un costo ..lo sappiamo tutti....PS ..listini prezzi e qrcode presenti ovunque e alla parete interna c è un vecchio listino...vecchio perché ormai introvabile conto tutto specificato chiaramente
