Decent coffee, but rather dry croissants

Café bueno, focaccia regular pero dulces muy buenos

Inefficient and what is worse: unfriendly, not hospitable. And they work in hospitality! Had hoped to have an extra cappuccino and some lunch, but if you rudely wave off clients like - now - I also read at other reviews, then they deserve people walking away from them. I left my ordered things and went to Bottega, which was very close by. Top.

At 04:45 am all tables had been used and not cleaned, all dirty cups, glasses, etc, etc. There was a clean area sealed off where I, and other customers sat, not having other options. A big lady employee, stormed in, telling us off because of it. I then asked where should we go, or to send someone to clean the tables, which she replied yes we will in time, like I had ask for God knows what. I actually have the feeling that they don't want people to use the main bfast area, so they won't have to clean it. Prices are already double Italian average standards, then a bad service too? (by the way, there is not table service, you'll have to help yourself with coffees and food). Bad

Poor service, the prices are already big , you pay a service charge so would be nice at least not to mistake the orders couple of times in a row, hopefully they gonna improve.

It was ok, we finished in this place because they had vegan options and it was opened in the morning and saw some nice seats. We ordered 2 coffees 1 capuchino , one vegan hamburger , 1 croissant and one club sandwich and all was around 20€ something I think 27€ , the only problem was that finally they didn’t lest us seat at the tables which where free and we had to eat standing up :/ Anyway at the second floor there was no vegan option at all👎 at least not where you can see it and chose

The lady working here was incredibly rude, some of the actions led me to believe that the attitude was due to be not being from the local area/country, after this encounter I walked away without making a purchase. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from here as there are many other options upstairs and through security for the same price/cheaper and without abusive staff.

We are ordered coffee, choco and bread and this big lady speaking in italian which we dont understand pointing us which i dont know what she wants so we just stand up where we are seating despite that our drinks are already on the table. This is no surprise why your bar has LOW rating. Talk to this lady and ask her to change her attitude

I loved the lasagne with bolognese sauce and birra italiana! Very tasty after a tiring trip to Italy. If you arrive the airport of Bologna and have time to sit and wait for your bus or taxi, then come here and have a tasty meal!

Extremely rude big older Italian waitress who yelled at me and her colleagues when I arrived and did not know that there is a separate bar and seated area for ordering. Not the experience you want to have first thing in the morning arriving at the airport. The two younger ladies working at the bar tried to make up for it later. Especially Sarra went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Very charming and customer oriented - give that girl a raise! Coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and Danish pastry were good.

Questa mattina alle 6.40 insieme ad una amica ci fermiamo per una colazione all'interno dell' Aeroporto: due caffè e due brioches. Prima lo scontrino, 7,40€ e va bene, poi ti allungano le 2 brioches con un tovagliolo nonostante avessi chiesto CORTESEMENTE (sono stato educato alla cortesia) un piattino. Niente piatto. Borse e zaini in mano e le due brioches chiedo all'esercente cortesemente di nuovo un piattino (dopo che l'altro addetto ha scrupolosamente controllato lo scontrino, prima di fare i caffè. Da notare che il bar era praticamente deserto). La Signora mi dice che il piatto non possono darmelo e mi propone un vassoio di cartone. Ovviamente va bene lo stesso! Non è che pretendessimo un vassoio di porcellana bavarese; semplicemente occorrerebbe un po' di attenzione alla clientela, visti i prezzi e visto che al banco non c'era anima viva. Caffè pessimo, prezzi esagerati e servizio del tutto simile a quello degli Autogrill Italiani che ho fin troppo frequentato, avendo percorso in passato poco meno di un milione di chilometri, in autostrada.

Tavoli sporchi, servizio inesistente.

I grabbed food and sat on the table. As soon as I did that they said I couldn’t sit there because it’s table service. I told them I wasn’t aware of it and will pay whatever amount needed to eat at the table-they charged me 5 euros extra for table service. After the waitress left, several waiters told me I couldn’t sit there. ( Maybe they are not used for young people sitting at a table?? ) I showed them that I paid table service and had all right to be here. They couldn’t say anything against it because I had the physical proof but for some reason kept checking on me. 1 minute after, one of the waiters got in a fight with another and left the bar screaming profane words. I don’t know what is happening behind the curtains at this place, but some of the people working there are very rude and unprofessional. It felt very uncomfortable being constantly asked if I had payed for table service even though I had the physical proof. I wondered is it because of my gender, my age ( I’m 30 ) or of my ethnicity? I do recommend you eat in a different restaurant either upstairs or another one in the basement if you want to have a more relaxing experience.

We order two Aperol Spritz and they bring us some snacks. We tell the waitress that we don’t want them, and she replies that they’re included in the price. When we go to pay, we realize we’ve been tricked — they charge us an extra 3 euros for the snacks and another 2 euros each just for sitting down. Scammers, avoid this place.

So I just had a horrible experience at this place. I was seating on a shared large table, working on my laptop after purchasing a drink, when 3 male customers complained they wanted to sit. The waiter came and asked, quite rudely, that I left, and also two other women who were also on their computers or phones. He said it was not a place to work but to eat. Having seen many men working on their computers there, both earlier today and last week, I complained that he was only saying that because we were women. To which he just laughed and dismissed. While he was being overly sympathetic to the 3 men now happy to sit. Then I said, if I purchase more food, can I come back sit and work? He said I could not. Because it is not a place to work. SO WHY IS THERE A LARGE SHARED TABLE WITH MULTIPLE ENERGY AND USB PLUGS?????? Why have I seen many other customers working there? I can only come to the conclusion that I was discriminated, either by being a woman or not being Italian. So shame on you. Train better your service. And remove all the energy plugs if you don’t want people to work on.

Nice & cosy restaurant in the arrivals hall. Arabi (the waiter) offers friendly & attentive service. Food is good too.

I was sitting inside at one of the tables, and a man (the server) started shouting at me loudly, asking why I was sitting there. He kept raising his voice instead of talking politely. This is not a respectful or human way to speak to a customer. I told him, “Okay, tell me what I should pay, and I will pay,” but he continued shouting. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

There is a place to just sit and relax but it costs additional price. We have purposelly not bought takeaway coffee so that we could sit and relax but we were denied and we couldn't even pay extra to just sit comfortably. Had to stand while drinking coffee.

The staff is VERY rude! I ordered a latte macchiato and sat down at a table. An Italian waiter came and told me I was not allowed to sit there and needed to go to a standing table. I got up to move and took my coffee with me. He smirked and said, 'GOODBYE, SEE YOU, NEVER AGAIN.' This was unnecessarily rude and hateful. As a waiter, is this how you treat your guests? I saw other bad reviews mentioning him; it is sad that he can continue behaving this way. Very disappointing and humiliating."

Employees were extremely rude when asking my son to get up as I was ordering food at the counter. Even after informing another employee (presumably higher up or manager) we were still promoted to move to a dirty table for 2 instead of the clean table for 4 that we were seated at.

Oggi avevo un volo da Bologna a Istanbul e, come ho fatto tante volte in passato, mi sono fermata in questo locale con il mio cane, senza mai avere problemi. Ero seduta a un tavolo da quattro persone nell’attesa di mia madre e di due amici. Il trasportino del mio cane era con me, ma nonostante ciò, un cameriere – probabilmente nuovo e poco informato – mi ha detto che non potevo restare nemmeno con il cane dentro al trasportino. Ho spiegato che stavamo per ordinare e che saremmo stati in quattro, ma è stato inutile: mi è stato detto in modo poco cortese che da sola non potevo occupare quel tavolo. Ho anche fatto notare questa situazione al cameriere, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna comprensione. Mi ha molto delusa essere trattata con tale mancanza di rispetto, dopo anni in cui ho frequentato questo posto senza alcun problema. Spero che la gestione prenda provvedimenti per formare meglio il proprio personale e trattare i clienti – anche quelli con animali – con più attenzione e gentilezza.

Oggi mi trovavo all’Aeroporto di Bologna con mia figlia e il nostro cane, come abbiamo fatto molte volte in passato, sempre senza alcun problema. Mentre facevo una breve passeggiata con il cane, mia figlia si era seduta a un tavolo da quattro persone, in attesa di me e di due amici. Il trasportino del cane era con lei, ma un cameriere – probabilmente nuovo – le ha detto che non poteva rimanere lì, nemmeno con il cane dentro il trasportino, e che non poteva occupare un tavolo da sola, anche se aveva già ordinato e stavano per arrivare altre persone. Trovo assurdo e poco rispettoso che in un locale di un aeroporto internazionale non ci sia alcuna tolleranza verso chi viaggia con animali. Il comportamento del personale è stato freddo e poco accogliente. Mi dispiace dover lasciare questa recensione, ma credo sia giusto che altri clienti sappiano cosa aspettarsi.

Terrible experience would not recommend. Terrible system from start to finish. I opted for self service. But it didnt explain that I needed to show my recipt to actually place my order, I ordered coffee and bakery items. The coffee guy took my recipt and threw it away, after I collected my coffee I went to the bakery person to collect my bakery items of which she shouted at me asking for my recipt, I said the coffee guy has it, she then pulld out a recipt and gave me the wrong items. Then I wanted to sit with my partner at one of the tables ti drink out drinks and eat our food of which we were roudly told we were not allowed to sit there. It baffles me that they are so hostile towards their patrons. Terrible rude place would not reccomend.

Personale estremamente scortese e poco accogliente. Nessun senso del servizio clienti, sembrava quasi un fastidio chiedere qualcosa. In più, i prezzi sono esagerati rispetto alla qualità e all’ambiente offerto. Deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Non lo consiglio.
