Lively atmosphere. People of all ages. Reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend for after dinner drinks.
The young waiter with a scar on his nose responded rather rudely when we asked where we might be able to watch tennis in Pietrasanta. We kindly suggest offering him some guidance on customer service—or perhaps consider assigning him to a non-customer-facing role, such as in the kitchen
Look nice situated in Pietrasanta main square at Duomo, but spritz double the price than any other place. We were treated like tourists had to beg for some olives while having drinks. Service sucks
Slightly over the top rooms that have been designed with an astute attention to detail. Friendly staff at fair prices for what is offered. At night, you can hear some of the noise from the piazza, but it was never a real bother, rather equal to the occasional passing car at night.
The prices on the menu don’t match what you pay. 12 euros for a fruit juice is insane. Avoid this place.
Really bad service. We had to wait over an hour for our food. Waiter cussed at a friend of mine in Italian, thinking we wouldn’t understand them. Way too overpriced aswell… would not recommend
This place is really special, it has the perfect perch on the Piazza, and the owners will make you feel at home. They literally "took me in from the rain" when the skies opened up and there was a downpour. The inside atmosphere is really special, like being in an orange grove surrounded by art and curiosities. Not a place to get food, but a great one for drinks, while people-watching in Pietrasanta. Their Campari orange is my favorite.
I want to give this place more than 5 stars. Also to note the location of the square Bar Pietrasanta is located in, in so amazing. I don’t know the names of the staff, but from the entry they were all smiles and helpful.
The worst experience I have ever had! I usually enjoy going out a lot but the staff was so unfriendly that I was in loss of words. Not only did they make us pay double the price of the espresso they had on their menu but also treated me and my fiancé so bad.
Unexpectedly awful. I came with 5 people and asked for a table. They gave us the smallest they had so we required to add one more to fit better. Of course the answer was “No” followed by a “go to another bar”. Therefore, there’s no need to explain why you shouldn’t try it. I didn’t even have the chance to try their food or beverage since they didn’t let me experience their menu which seemed to be unnecessarily expensive.
Restaurant staff tried to charge us for drinks we did not order and were super rude when we tried to explain to them what we had ordered. Avoid this place!
While the atmosphere is peaceful, majority of the times i went to this establishment the service was not great and one of the servers was just rude constantly for no reason. Also, 8€ for a coke!!! I’m not joking, it is 8€ for a classic coke while other places in this same area charge maybe 4€. The spritz is good but definitely overpriced and why is it the I order the same drink two different days and they costs two different amount and for some reason the Bellini tasted like it was blended. The only thing aiding this place is the beautiful outside atmosphere that is downtown Pietrasanta.
