I was just at the coop in forres and the lady behind the counter named Tracy was extremely rude to the customers that were Infront of me. She started off by snapping at the lady (who had a disability) that she had to follow the one way system, which they did. Then she proceeded to verbally abuse the customers by saying that "don't snap at me" and " just stop, I've had it in the neck all day by customers" and by the way the customers were never rude to the lady at all. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour by the lady behind the till. She does need to be taught that not all disabilitys are visible, and she also needs to be taught not to snap at customer's.

Ok store stock is not the best on certain isles only one boy on the checkout but there was a big line of people but plenty tills

Friendly staff. Good selection of fodstuffs. Bit expensive for a big shop.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

It is a fairly small store, but has all the essentials, and is centrally located with good parking facilities at the rear.

Good little local supermarket. Nice local produce not your Sainsbury's but good enough. I do feel for this shop though, it must feel threatened as it is being flanked by charity shops, lots of, on all sides.

More expensive than other supermarkets but quality definitely better. Never allow queues to build. More than 2 or 3 and they call for more asststants. Also parcel service, very handy.
