management.
Manager
needs
to
be
removed
or
business
shut.
No
understanding
of
basic
hygiene
or
rules.
Dodgey
work
practices.
Watched
staffs
bracelet
touch
my
sandwich.
Pointing
it
out,
she
moved
her
bracelet
up
using
her
gloved
hand
and
proceeded
to
make
sandwich
with
that
hand.
The
next
time
I
came
here,
2
weeks
later,
a
girl
planned
to
use
last
of
seafood
(only
2
scoops)
on
2
footlongs,
she
spread
1
scoop
on
the
1st
foot
long
and
another
girl
came
to
start
the
2nd
and
noticed
there
was
nowhere
near
enough
and
asked
if
i
wanted
something
else
which
is
what
the
1st
girl
should
have
done.
But
because
I
had
just
finished
a
12hour
shift
I
figured
the
1st
girl
must've
added
all
of
it
in
the
one
scoop.
Got
home
to
see
that
was
not
the
case,
there
was
really
only
one
scoop
of
meat
in
the
middle.
They
didn't
even
wrap
them
up
correctly.
So
I
called
the
store,
spoke
to
someone
who
did
not
give
their
name,
I'm
guessing
the
manager.
She
acted
like
her
english
wasn't
good,
kept
saying
sorry,
sorry,
sorry,
without
really
listening,
then
said
I
can
have
a
free
sandwich
the
next
time
I
come
in....
without
taking
down
my
details.
I
pointed
out
that
they
have
no
way
to
identify
me
and
that
I
really
just
want
her
to
acknowledge
that
her
staff
did
the
wrong
thing
and
that
she
would
train
them.
She
didnt
care.
I
said
I'm
coming
in
to
show
you
and
i'll
get
a
refund
and
she
hung
up.
She
dropped
the
act
when
I
arrived,
her
English
was
suddenly
fine
and
her
attitude
went
to
rude,
eye
rolling,
not
listening,
asking
random
staff
random
questions
about
my
order.
She
refused
to
acknowledge
what
happened,
was
rude
the
whole
time,
would
not
look
at
the
sandwich.
Kept
arguing
as
if
i
was
upset
that
I
couldn't
get
2
seafood
footlongs
and
she
said
i
knew
what
I
ordered...what
the...
She
seriously
didn't
listen
to
what
I
was
actually
saying.
Lady,
your
staff
sold
me
a
seafood
sandwich
with
nearly
no
seafood
on
it.
It's
that
simple,
look
at
the
dry
bread.
She
continued
being
rude,
I
asked
for
a
refund,
she
said
she'd
give
me
a
refund
even
though
its
what
i
ordered...
are
you
serious!?!
I
told
her
to
bin
the
sandwiches.
She
refunded
me
in
cash,
the
wrong
amount...
I
didn't
want
to
deal
with
even
getting
the
right
amount
back.
I
left.
Sent
an
email
to
head
office.
Disgusting
attitude,
poor
management.
She
turned
a
learning
exercise
into
losing
a
customer
of
8
years.The
only
staff
in
there
are
young
kids,
always
hiring
juniors...
no
wonder
this
place
has
become
a
dump.
No
decent
managers
to
provide
training,
this
place
will
be
shut
down
by
the
health
department
hopefully
soon.
